Decent as a three star hotel. Not quite close to the sea: see view really means " you can see the sea as a part of landscape". The bathtub was not quite clean especially for the part of jacuzzi. Due to the limited space, you need to ask them to park your car with payment. I don't understand why we had to pay 20 euros instead of 18 euros as indicated. Maybe because it was a new year period, but then we should have been informed of that. The hotel staff was friendly, but in the breakfast room there were flies, which wasn't really pleasant. Overall, I would prefer hotels on the coast to this one even if I would have to pay extra if I come back to Amalfi.
The desk staff was very polite and helpful. A little worried about the surroundings and having to be let in through the gate.
got a free upgrade to a nice, big room lack of Internet in rooms
The staff were scrupulously helpful and polite at all times. They even changed our room to one with a better view.
Comfortable accomodation, nice staff Restaurant a little pricey.
Beds and Rooms were excellent. It was immaculate. The front desk was very helpful-Renato-
Museumbuurt, Bij snelweg, Bij vliegveld, Park, Panoramisch uitzicht. The access to the hotel was a one way narrow road in an unsecure area of Naples. By trying to reach the hotel we were stuck in the narrow streets of the old city center and robbed. The hotel staff did not offer any help in our contact with the local police.
hotel garden surroundings were beautiful. A bit out of the way, the area did not look saft to walk around, however the hotel was gated, which help. Chose it to be close to the aiport for an early morning flight. Needed to contact reception to put the ac on.
food excellent receptionists excellent
The hotel was well signposted and the grounds were very well kept.
Clean, comfortable, unique and lovely design, lovely staff
The manager was at our beckon call. He was very helpful in every way. It was a hard to find-"off the beaten path"-even for the taxi driver from the airport. The button at the gate to the courtyard of the hotel needs to be labeled better especially at night.
Great manager, lovely rooms, excelent breakfast, great location. Wonderful hotel for those fit enough to walk up the stairs - not for the diabled.
The building was stunning, room excellent and the manager most attentive. Nothing.
It was a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming hotel. The staff were very friendly; it was all you would expect from a hotel.
Very high quality forniture / refurbishment, the common room for breakfast is a stucco room and looks more like a private living room (with couches and flat screen further to the tables) than a breakfast room since it's in a period building, there is no lift anyway the manager carried the luggage downstairs for us
I like the beauty of the palazzio, the original paintings on ceiling in the room and in the dining room. We had the impression not to be in an hotel but to live in real Napoli area.
The room was comfortable, spacious. The breakfast had several offerings. Maxime, the manager, was gracious and very helpful. The location took some getting used to. Hard to find street. The climb up 3 levels of stairs with luggage might prove difficult for some people.
The hotel is located in a building built in the 1600's but the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The best feature was Maxim, the manager, who gave us wonderful advice on places to eat and see in Naples and made us very comfortable while visiting in his city. We were not prepared for the first impression of the building where the hotel is located when our taxi dropped us off. We found that in Naples the exterior of most buildings are no reflection of what you may find inside and were very pleasantly surprised once we were in the hotel.
The nice rooms, the spaceous bathrooms, well designed and beautifully decorated, the distance of the location to museums and the university. I would rather classify it as a Boutique B&B than as a hotel.
Large comfortable bedroom, close proximity to the Capodimonte Museum, reasonably near the airport, some staff helpful. Breakfast unimaginative and very limited, dinner overpriced, no cold water in any bathroom fittings. Instructions for safe difficult to follow or safe not working - did not ask about this as only staying overnight.
The hotel is historical piece. The location of the hotel is really not easy recognized.
Good size room, clean and quite
