Location Bed size, no king size bed available, two full size beds not acceptable. My fiancée and I were not comfortable.
the complimentary breakfast was nice to have and the staff was accommodating also the grounds were nice The bathroom was way too small you could barely turn around and the door was right in front of the toilet
Walls are not sound proof. We could hear every door slam and car start along with TV and others conversations. Heated pool was not very warm.
Location, late check out, room space and A/C Bed mattres and size of bathroom
The bed was comfortable & clean. This was not worth $200/night. The bathroom ceiling was about 2 feet shorter than the ceiling throughout the rest of the room. My 6 foot tall fiancé could not walk into the bathroom without ducking and barely fit in the shower. This was a decent hotel room for a 1 night stay, but certainly not worth the price tag. I stayed at a very nice hotel one week earlier in downtown Boston for $150.
Closet to The beach Pool towels
We wanted to hotel close to 5th Ave for New Years to limit Uber costs. 3 couples stayed here and had a great time downtown. The hotel is a 50's era motel with two floors and all rooms exit to the outside. Well maintained inside and out. The rooms are fine with a fridge. The bathrooms are very small. For a limited stay its fine. Breakfast was mediocre.
The location is perfect, a short drive to the beach or downtown. I love the open concept of the hotel, open your door and feel the warm Florida breeze. But also you don't feel like your staying in some gross motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had an issue with the toilet in our room. Called the front desk, and 5 min later maintenance was out fixing it. We did enjoy the free breakfast, just wished it went past 10 am. The pool is decent but well taken care of. Overall the price is what you get! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to the Ramada of Naples. Nothing!
The grounds were beautiful. Staff friendly. Well located. Good value. I will return.
Nice pool, good breakfast, beach only a mile down the road, downtown about 3 miles very convenient. Nothing
The heated pool and included breakfast Nothing, everything was wonderful!!
The rooms are small but the location and staff more than make up for it!
Friendly staff. Close to beach. Clean rooms.Close to great places. Not knowing we had to pay to park. Having to pay to park. Not knowing what our use fees were paying for. Having to pay for shade on the beach.
I loved the tram to the beach. Driving through that little jungle was feeling being in the paradaise
Convenient to everything Never could get a chair at either pools or beach
Although this was our first time here, and we were only there for one night, we were greatly impressed! The staff was great from start to finish. The room was beautiful and we were only a quick ride to the beach. The beach staff were great as well. Bradley was very helpful and friendly. I couldn't think of anything not to like!
VERY nice and helpful staff at the front desk! Everything was very clean, new, and nice Pools were nice - I liked having the option of the adults only. Waterslide was fun! Loved the option of the golf cart ride down to beach. Wasn't a bad walk (.6 mile) but a ride was nice as well. Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at - can't wait to go back someday Nothing! Didn't like that we had to leave
Why are there extra charges to use the facilities that have no way for you to "opt out". Do tell me the room rate is 175/night and then add $60 to use the pool, beach.
Great location. All employees extremely accommodating and polite. Adult only pools in addition to main pool area. Service was generally excellent. Bad experience at the bar. Area not properly staffed for number of guests one Monday evening. Were unable to get ordered food because of chaos. Staff did nothing to control a very noisy group of four who made it impossible to have a quiet drink in a very nice area.
Location Resort fee Parking fees
Staff extremely helpful Good location Nice tram ride to beach Too strict about not using drink tickets on certain drinks. Have a baby and wasn't allowed to use them for room service when we ordered dinner or cappuccino at breakfast. Couldn't always go to a hotel bar with baby. Water slide at pool not working for over two days. Elevator from pool down to beach not working. Need for baby stroller. Trash cans in room are tiny! Not sufficient for us (couple with a baby). Billing inaccuracies
From start to finish the Naples Grande Resort provided an excellent experience for our whole family. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and the pool is great for kids and adults.
Nice gulf view, nice pools and relax areas. beautiful trail to the swimming beach, service staffs were very friendly The parking elevator was inconvenience and the sign was little confuse.
My daughters and I come every year to Naples and stay at Naples Grande. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great. It's just a short walk (or ride - transportation provided) to the beach. Ten minutes to 5th Avenue for great dining and 20 minutes to Miromar Outlets for off-price shopping. We always have a wonderful time.
Nice staff and breakfast included. No elevator.
Beautiful tropical gardens Rooms a little outdated.
Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff very personable and helpful. Older facility with added on lifts (versus elevator). Bathrooms very small.
Great location near the beach. Pools and courtyard settings are very well done...especially for the value. The room was large and comfortable. The pillows weren't comfortable for me. Access to the refrigerator (which was in the closet) was partially blocked by the sliding closet doors.
Breakfast staff was super. Food was ok, not home cooking. Pool was ok, seemed clean, surrounded by very nice foliage, not very warm, but not too cool. Room on second floor was quiet. My suggestion ---- try another hotel. Front office staff was UNFRIENDLY. Room was very expensive for the quality, this was not a suite but a small room with very OLD Bathroom. No beach towels...... No beach chairs ...... No beach umbrellas...... Other hotels provide these items on a first come basis as part of the room rental. Had to beg for sheets to be changed, including bribing the service staff.
I loved the direct access our room had to the pool and the inclusive breakfast was pretty good; more than I expected of a continental breakfast. The inn is within walking distance of shopping, dining and recreational activities. The TV although nice in size, lacked the proper HD connection so even though it was an HD TV, the picture was still mediocre.
-Space and furniture -Location -Price -The internet could be better
Quiet room, large flat-panel TV.
We loved the hotel from the moment we entered the lobby area. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had a beautiful pool suite room which was well maintained by the housekeeping staff. We ate breakfast each morning, good choice and excellent value. The hotel was located ina Central location and they provided a shuttle service where the driver would drop off/pick up within a 3 mile radius. This was a late booking and we were so glad we found this hotel and will definitely return.
Explored Naples and its surrounding area, including Sanibel Island and the Everglades.Excellent position for shopping and restaurants. No
Feels like home away from home. The paper goods need to be better quality. Our breakfast didn't seem to be as good as the hotel and our wait staff needed to be less into herself and how she felt.
Great suite, great location, great place. Late check-in.
Very good quality hotel, suite was excellent equiped, staff was friendly and efficient
Beautiful rooms, kitchen and livingroom for our family, pool, great hotel and very nice, most kind and helpful people working in the hotel and bar. Everything was fine. You have to be 21years old to go to gym in hotel.
The staff were fantastic and were so helpful and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble. Ended up staying two nights instead of the planned one night The rooms were a little dark - especially the living room and dining area due to only one window. With the room being an end unit, there was very little natural light
Hotel was very nice. Pool area was wounderful.
The person we checked in with was wonderful. I am very familiar with Naples and found the Inn on Priceline for a discount. When we got to the hotel, the woman upgraded us to a more updated room with pool views and a balcony. She told us we'd be much happier there since we were staying for a week. She was right on as I had the chance to see my friends room overlooking the parking lot. Certainly not as nice and not as nicely updated. It made the difference between my going there again and not. Also telling my friends about the wonderful experience we had. The staff was also very helpful, from the front desk to Ryan 's great extended golf cart rides to the beach! Your housekeeping staff was also responsive and very detailed in keeping our room in great shape! Workout room was too small.
Friendly, professional, helpful Convenient location with good restaurants nearby e.g Flemings, Daruma Hotel was nice size, front desk staff superb. Had free upgrade to lovely room overlooking lake. Free breakfast was a lot better than I've experienced in other hotels, and was nice to eat on patio.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was very pleasant (no paper plates) and you can enjoy eating it on the patio looking over a lake. Checking in was dreadful and the rooms in our block were above a very noisy (generator)
The hotel is centrally located, clean, staff courteous and helpful, and continental breakfast very good.
excellent hotel-we will be in touch with you for a future booking without doubt. Very glad we used your site. pool was a ittle small
Very nice Hotel with in a great location. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast provided has a excellent selection. I realy enjoyed the breakfast with bagel, cream cheese and an egg. The rooms are nicely decorated and we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. N/A
staff and breakfast no compaints
Lovely sophisticated small "perfect" hotel , local ownrrship committed to developing this gem, a short walk to the beach. Empowered professional front desk, includes Michael & team, who demostrate their extraordinary service by word & deed. Depth of service & staff at all levels experienced at breakfast , bar & housekeeping. Use conveysnce or take a short walk to the beach!
The location, room and appearance. No breakfast availability.
The hotel offers a grand entrance. They had just decorated for Christmas and the poinsiettas and tree were lavish. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were modern. My husband stepped on an exposed tack in the room which was fixed immediately but a thorough check after each stay would have prevented it. The doors to the room slam loudly which, if you have neighbors who loved the nightlife, will wake you several times a night. A buffer would help. Also, the towels need replacing; they're a bit shabby.
A/C Unit seems outdate and the noise level was high, which didn't contribute to a restful sleeping arrangement.
Excellent location in the centre of downtown and immediate acces to shops and restaurants
Great place to stay in the heart of old Naples! Would highly recommend it to my friends.
The Valet service No room service before noon or after 9pm The Hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything going on in the halls and next door to the point that it felt unsafe. There was a lot of banging and noise outside my doorway until 2;30 am. My room was on the same floor as the pool.
Great location Pool and hot tub.
Beautiful hotel... Very clean... Great location
Great service and excellent staff. Beautiful room overlooking 5th Avenue with a balcony. Great position and highly recommended Everything!
Everything No breakfast room
Great hotel Very clean and comfortable room. Great location convienent to all shopping, restaurants and local playhouse theatre The jacuzzi could have been warmer
Everything was very nice! Aircondition without a termostate, always on.
Beach location Construction going on. Lots of noise View of trucks and construction with a little ocean
Beautiful contemporary hotel with excellent service.
Facilities and staff were excellent. Beautiful location. Great food. Shuttle. Ghost ants in the bathroom.
The beach at the hotel is beautiful and the area around is lovely. We were annual visitors in the 90's with 5 other families the week before school began. We all loved it, but it is not the same now. They took us to what was supposed to be a gulf view room. It had a huge palm tree and stuck in a corner with roof angles for a view! We went back to the front desk to get it changed and we were put in another corner room, but with a partial gulf view and the asphalt parking lot. The remark was, "you booked on a travel site, so this is what happens!"That sure was not comforting to hear as a hotel guest! I can say that we were disappointed in the hotel and will not be returning or recommending to anyone in the future. It is overpriced and not value for the money.
Fantastic location on the beach, good lunch by the pool or on the beach, spacious and comfortable suites, very helpful and upbeat staff My only complaint is with housekeeping. Our room was serviced in a lackadaisical way. The bed was made sloppily, the door was left ajar one day (!), the floor in the kitchen area was not clean, living room ignored daily. There was no attention to detail. One of the pleasures of staying in a hotel is having a lovely, well made up and clean room. This was merely so-so. Everything else is very nice at Edgewater and they should step up their game in housekeeping.
Me encanto el area de la playa y que la piscina estaba cerca el ambiente muy agradable , muy relajante La comida del restaurante poco variada ,en mi caso soy alergica a los mariscos y no tuve muchas opciones Seria para mi caso mejorar la carta
Everything was wonderful! Our room was next to a noisy elevator.
Location great in area with little competition. Classy resort feel with nice pool, grounds, etc. Friendly, effective staff. Standard room very nice, but a bit dull and very pricey. However full during stay, so priced to the market? And price offset by unexpected free valet parking.
wifi didn't really work, u need to pay money for it.
This hotel is on the beach. We stayed for 3 nights and each day we spent our time divided between the pool and the beach. The resort was beautiful. Food and drink was a little pricey but just as any other nice beach resort would be.
I liked that the hotel was close to the beach and that they have a couple of nice restaurants right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I requested Gulf view, but i did not get that. In fact I was told that my room was upgraded which suprised me because the room was quite dated (old). Don't get me wrong. It was a nice room, just outdated. The most disappointing thing was that the a/c fan kept running all night. That created a humidity problem that kept me from sleeping all night. There was no way to shut it off other than turning the a/c off completely which was not an alternative with the 90 degree weather outside. Also, I was not expecting to pay for every little thing. Nothing is included.
Cleaning staff was friendly and came twice a day and my daughter loved that they left chocolates on the pillow! The heat kept coming on when we adjusted the unit, it was like everything was preset and you couldn't change it.
are you kidding? nada! accomodations were marginal at best. expected an ocean front room-but was forced into ground level hovel because of lack of availability. the place is getting dingier by the year! needs a whole refreshing! its only pluses are location on the gulf and its golf course.
The location can't be beat. You don't even need a car. You can walk the beaches, walk to town, walk to the pier. The first room we had was terrible. It was on the 3rd floor of the main building. There was no stair access; we had to rely on an elevator which was slow. We could not open the door to the patio overlooking the Gulf because the propane fumes were too strong. Very disappointing. We were however, offered a king room in another building on the 2nd floor which was fabulous. It made all the difference in our stay.
Didn't have to leave resort. Facilities well maintained and modern. HB's had a limited menu for the upscale dining.
Clean..great location...nice evening entertainment on the beach Food and beverage a bit expensive and 2 beach chairs and umbrella were $50 per day....ouch
Room, pool, beach, shops, pro shop. Just a great visit.
The food was pricey. Beach chairs and umbrella rental way too expensive.
We loved our stay at Naples Bay! The staff was great -- they went above and beyond to make sure our first anniversary was memorable, and we are so thankful to them. The staff is very friendly in the most genuine way, which we appreciated a lot. We had a view of the marina from our room, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the yachts and other people go by. If our stay had been longer, we would have made sure to take advantage of everything the resort had -- it would have been nice to rent a boat or a kayak, but we just didn't have the time. It's a very relaxing, quiet place. The pool area is nice -- there's a small lazy river there, and you can buy food and drinks. There's an adults-only area, which is great. Lots of great restaurants on site, and some boutique shops too. This is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing time. One note -- if you have an iPhone, the maps application will take you to the wrong spot. Make sure that you either look up or print out directions beforehand. Naples in general doesn't have a lot of nightlife, so if you're looking for that I would suggest researching some other cities too.
No ice machines or vending
Restaurant and pool staff The pool was a mile hike from the resort. And honestly for as much money as it was it's just an extended stay for family.
spacious room, excellent services, great pool, very friendly staff, definitely one of the best resorts we have ever visited...
It is beautifully maintained and a very relaxing place to stay. Myself my husband and my daughter all loved it. The swimmimg pools are great and there is a lazy river one for chilling out in. We hope to stay there again the next we are in Naples Florida. We did not know that you could get beach chairs and towels until the second last day. Really no complaints.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing. All was nice.
free parking Distance from historic center
Rooms were clean and bright. Toiletries very good. Bed comfortable. Pool was nice. Good service at the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs for guests. Would stay at this hotel again. The only restaurant to have lunch in the hotel was the steak restaurant. It was very expensive for lunch. We would have eaten lunch at the pool but it was raining.
All of the pillows provided were too soft, and afforded little support. The bed was too soft and by the end of the week my back was bothering me. The rest of the hotel amenities were great.
Business only Breakfast and lunch prices were a little high
The comfort The electricity went out. The staff took almost a days to respond to my complaint of not being able to connect to their wifi
Free parking and free internet. Room comfortable but standard fare. Not a good location and some miles from shopping and beaches. On US41 north of downtown. Very little landscaping and not worth paying supplement for a 'swimming pool view' since it does not provide a full view. Breakfast service slow.
Good location and excellent view of the harbour from our room. Coffee shop for breakfast very basic. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Nice location, all rooms on bayside, restaurants at walking distance. Breakfast at "The Coffee Shoppe" (independently operated) to avoid absolutely! Poor quality, poor service, high price. No other breakfast available at hotel.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a lovely relaxing time. Easy access to excellent restaurants and breakfast places No complaints
Good location, decent room with kitchen, friendly. Breakfast facility in cafe was poor.Go somewhere else for breakfast.
location and views no hot water due to main break 45 miles away. no fault of the hotel
The hotel was clean, the stuff was friendly, they even put us in bigger room for the same price. They have nice heated swimingpool. I recomend to families with kids. It is excellent for the morning joging on the sandy Naples beaches, just 10 minutes jog from the hotel!
Location, value and cleanliness of the property. None.
Clean, convenient, price Worst bed I have ever slept on; facility is old
The fan was noisy.
Friendly staff and continental breakfast included in the room rate basic facilities and small rooms
Love the Old Florida feel with rattan furnishings and palm tree motifs!
the accomdations were good for the money and the staff was very curteous and informative- visited friends and family
This was the best value I could find in Naples. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable! There' s plenty of seating around the pool so even during busy hours we were able to find a place to lay out. It is an older hotel so each room had a A/C wall unit, in our room it didn't really cool that well. Luckily we were in FL when it was in the 50's and 60's at night so we just slept with the sliding glass door open.
The staff was very friendly & professional. Every part of the Inn of Naples was immaculately clean. The free breakfast was as good at the free breakfast offered at the national chains. It's clear the management does all the right things to please it's guests. Hats off to the entire staff...Top to Bottom The only downside was that the entire facility is dated. It has a beachy,, tropical look to it, which was in style in the 80's. Fortunately, none of it looked worn or overused. This is a minor issue when you rate the facility. Our son attends Ave Maria and we will be returning to this property
Hotel was conveniently located. Free breakfast was worth every penny.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Unfortunelty, the rates were a bit pricey. The bed was horrible. And the put us right next to the elevators.
Wireless Internet connection works excelent. The breakfast was not like normal European breakfast.
All personal from the front desk to the room, were very polite. When the extra mile to feel our needs. My family and i will be back. love this hotel, and the people that works in there. We only stay one night and the front desk rep couldn't upgrade me to a balcony view.
I liked that there was a guest laundry room.
Beautiful location, easy to locate, beach was a few steps out of the door, staff is very pleasant. A little dated in decor, a number of "extra" charges. I had a contacted the resort several days before my trip to arrange some special items - they basically completely dropped the ball on these requests. They eventually got it all done but it took quite a bit of time. Went we wanted to go out for dinner - we contacted the valet for our car. Arrived downstairs more that 15 minutes later - as they suggested. The car was not ready. We continued to wait - it was clear they did not go for the car until we arrived downstairs. I travel often and always stay 4+ star resorts. This was A nice resort - but based on the price point $600+ per night - I really expect flawless service.
Pools were great, on site restaurant was good (pricey) and had a great view. Enjoyed siting by the fire pits at night on the beach. warms were spacious. We were across the street from main hotel but still had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. They passed out cool towels at the beach which was a nice touch. When we asked valet for some water he said they didn't have any but we would pass several gas stations on our way that we could get some. This sounds trivial but little things like this make this hotel rate lower then the Ritz. When we went to the Ritz for dinner that night valet gladly gives us water.
Staff, location, property Stayed in the tower. Beatiful gulf view but the rooms could use an update. More expensive than it should be. Daily extra 'resort" & parking fees.
Location, location, location. That's what gives this resort 4 stars overall. Our room in the bea house building, 1st floor was literally steps from the beautiful beach right out our back sliding door. Staff very attentive. Food and drink good but overpriced as expected. You're paying for staying right on the beach with easy ability to go back and forth from the resort pool area to the beach. The furnishings in our room and building were dated and worn. Needs a facelift for the $$$ that's being charged per night. Bathroom is small. Pain to have valet and tip every time you park and need the car, plus pay $25 a night for parking. Resort fee at least included chairs and umbrellas at beach and internet. Would be nice to have a more casual express breakfast option. The pools are fine but nothing special. There are 4 but they are all small. Being able to parasail at the beach was great and there are paddle boards and jet skis for rent as well. The beach is pristine and that alone earns 4 stars. The staff is very accommodating . Loved sitting by the fire pit making s'mores at night! Worn furnishings, no low cost option for breakfast, valet parking only, high price charged for even non- alcoholic beverages .
Very relax, family, The location, the attention of hotel staff, facilities. I did not like the pool area does not have light at night, you should have at least a little more light
The staff was the most pleasant, well trained that I've experienced in a while. excellent customer service.
The staff is super efficient and quick to attend to every request. The food was incredibly good. The area is peaceful yet there was plenty to do. Our room was amazing, we had a balcony that was covered with a fan and was wonderful to sit upon. We will be back! I wouldnt change anything.
At check in we were upgraded to single king bed which originally I had requested of Bookings. none
Ability to walk out the back door right on to the beach; beverage and meal service right from your spot on the beach; ocean front balcony to watch the sunset and have breakfast from in the morning, etc.
The Staff at the Valet, Very kind and courteous, You must us the valet as there is no self parking. Check in , seemed very rushed and bothered. Room furnishings need updated.
Wonderful resort nothing is within walking distance. Your choice is a taxi, or a car rental, but then must pay twenty some dollars a day to park.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the attention was exquisite. And then it started getting better - every detail, from the decoration to the pillows to the beach-front amenities to the food (oh, the food!) was superb! Everything was perfect - honestly
The Old Naples Trianon's location is the best we've had in Naples Florida. The hotel is beautiful, clean and within walking distance to 5th Ave and the beach. We travel to Naples often to visit family and this is our first time staying there. We have found our new favorite place to stay. Thank you Kayak for allowing us to be open minded to change and doing so we found a gem. The temper pedic bed was very firm and took a few nights to get used to. Not what we expected with that kind of bed. I would have slept better with a softer bed.
Good clean rooms Clean and spacious rooms with good helpful staff
Just 2 blocks from Naples' downtown 5th Ave S, the Trianon Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, Tin City, Cove Inn and the beach. We were able to park our car upon arrival and not drive again until we checked out. The hotel is also close to Cambier Park, where we walked thru an art show on the morning we checked out. The area is charming, as is the hotel, tucked quietly away amongst shady trees. The room was laid out nicely, and very clean. We didn't partake of the breakfast items offered, choosing instead to walk to a nearby cafe. We enjoyed our evening dining and listening to music on 5th Ave S, and walked up and down that street, all the way to the beach and back, stopping in at several gift shops and art galleries. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped in at Seventh Avenue Social for late night cocktails, people watching and music. This was almost next door to the hotel. There is a pool at the hotel, open only from 8am to dusk. The enclosure is private with nice landscaping. The staff was polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable. We live in Naples and stayed overnight for a birthday celebration, but would definitely recommend the Trianon to out of town visitors. It would have been nice if the pool was open later into the evening and if there was a hot tub to soak in. Our view happened to be at the back of the hotel, overlooking busy streets and a maintenance area. I imagine rooms on the other side have a lovely view.
walk to everything for a great price. hotel is clean and quiet just how we wanted for relaxing getaway. the staff is okay but hotel is missing someone to help with your bags out your car. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here.
We staid only one night. The breakfast.
Perfect for the price and location. Very clean and modern - beds very comfy. Breakfast was buffet style - did the trick. Will stay there again! Nothing
Good location, Naples centre only 2 minutes by car. Spacious rooms. There was no hot water due to a gas leak in Fort Myers and we did not get a discount.
Very helpful staff. Easy parking. Cose to downtown. Near some restaurants. Reasonably priced. The weather, nice pool. Web stated hot breakfast. Jimmy Dean bisquits not really considered as hot breakfast in my book.
we recieved a warm welcome at reception on arrival the room was exellent and the shops were just a shot walk away the beach was a little farther away but easily managed breakfast area could be a little crowded ar times
The suite we stayed in was like our own little apartment. It was fully equipped with all kitchen necessities. The fact that its pet friendly was an even bigger plus. We would definitely stay again The only thing I would say I didn't like is that I was charged a 6% sales tax on the pet fee. Tax on a fee?? If the fee is $75 then say $75 but if your gonna add tax just tell people its $80
location itself and its surroundings
Beautiful decor. They did not provide AM coffee in the lobby. This seemed inhospitable to me.
Beautiful location and view. Excellent food and very helpful staff. Great value for money. The room was a little too hot however this was just due to the weather outside
convenient location nothing
I think that the Bayfront was every bit of what I had expected. It was very nicely decorated and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and responsive to special needs. I love children but was also glad that there were not a lot of children running around. In order to go in and out front door had to get just the one elevator which was an issue. Would not have been a problem if I could climb the few stairs which I can't. Otherwise everything was excellent.
pool and hot tub, location, view shower (no water pressure), room a bit small
Quite near the shopping avenue, near artificial beach and most southern point Simple rooms, bit noisy.
