We liked the location When we arrived, there was a line out the door. People trying to check in and only two women working the desk, a third woman later joined them. People had been through the line several times, rooms were not ready, we'd hat appeared to be the msnager. Sat in an office and appeared clueless. There Was A Sense Of Anger IN THE CHECK IN line. Elevators are way too slow, had to wait up to five minutes for elevator and sometimes it never came so we took the stairs. Maintenance was working, loudly outside our room at 7am one morning, woke us up.We used part of our stay looking at other places to stay.
The price was good but you get what you pay for. Rooms were outdated and run down. Room was nasty and had Mold on top of shower. no vending machines worked. Parking for guest was very hard to find. Had to ride around for long periods of time in hopes someone would leave and get there spot. I traveled with an elderly person on oxygen. No guest carts available had to carry all tanks by hand to room on 11th floor. Asked for help but no one at the desk seemed to care.
The pools and closeness to beach nice. Old buildings not updated some areas in bad shape. Not enough signage to direct you. No security, people smoking where they should not be.

I liked the fact that the kids had plenty of activities to do and that I got a bottom floor room to accommodate my bad knees I didn't like the way the rooms smelled and the old look in the rooms. Made me feel like something was either going to crawl on me or bite me up. Also, I didn't like that people could bring radios to the pool and blast the music. Other than those things, it was ok
I had family come with me so it was 3 adults and 3 kids there was enough room for all of us While I was looking for hotels I called to make sure all the pools and the water parks they had in the hotel where open they said everything opens up around the 1st of April false advertising because it wasn't open with kids that's why I booked the room .. very disappointed with waterpark and also for giveing me the wrong address so we road around for 30 min looking for the hotel come to fine out they told us north not south
I like the beachfront and that it was close by active places. I didn't like the long wait to check in and the room wasn't that easy to find at first. The room we booked should've had a stove, but it didn't. There wasn't anything special about the room but the ocean view. The hotel I wanted was booked up. It was okay, but this is probably my first and last stay.
The view was amazing from the surf building! Stairwells and elevator were very dirty. Rooms need some updating. Rooms were not cleaned properly.
Nothing!!!! First of all that wasn't the hotel they send us to they put us in another hotel that was worst and it was dirt ....for the price that my husband was paying they should of put us in the hotel that picture above.....when we wanted to go to that hotel the one that has the picture above they said it was full ..they didn't do anything to make us feel comfortable so we left and ask for a refund ...I refuse to go to the one they send me at ...I think they should of gotten us something instead of saying no problem ......so beware on which bulding they put you since they don't tell you ...
Descent price. I was run down. So many things needed fixing and it was like nobody cared. The room was nasty. We were booked for three nights but left after the first. It is nothing like the pictures. On a shelf in the room there was what appeared to be rat turds. They had just cleaned the room. This place was not for me and my family.
No parking , kids running and yelling in the hallways . Loud music , drinking and foul language at the pool , decks and balconies. We had to switch rooms because it was just nasty and with a small child we didn't feel safe staying there . Please find a different place to stay . Don't waste your money !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Staff was very nice!!! Was very disappointed as I booked a king room and upon checkin none were available. Bathroom door squeaked horribly. Refrigerator leaked into the floor and needed defrosted.

The hotel was very nice, but I'm not a picky type. That said, I slept in the hotel and was very comfortable. The room felt very clean for a hotel that sees a hell of a lot of traffic all year. The hotel bar was nice and the food was good. The hotel was pretty much at the southern end of Myrtle Beach which would be nice during summer months if you don't want overcrowding on the beach. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Springmaid Beach Resort. It was my first time traveling to Myrtle Beach from Chicago and my room and view did not disappoint. My room looked right out onto the ocean and included a private balcony. The rooms were a very nice size and comfortable. The staff was great! Trey, the front desk clerk, was very friendly. After, I checked in I went to the bar in the lobby and Trey came over knew my first name and asked me how everything was. It is unusual for hotel employees to do that in my experience. Randy, the bartender, was also very friendly and extremely hospitable. I enjoyed my time in Myrtle Beach and am looking forward to planning my next trip there. I will be staying at this resort again in the future! I was confused on how to get to the front desk/lobby area at first. Not many signs but was able to locate it after a couple minutes.
I liked that they have their own pier. And are right on the beach. The room was nice. Outward appearance of the hotel is not very nice. Elevators smell so do the staircase. Pools are nothing fancy. VERY limited parking
I liked the cleaningness Didn't like that the office checkin was a bit far off, it shows a disconnect btw management and clients. Didn't like that the hotel didn't offer any water spots like jet ski rental or boat rentals. Didn't like the fact that there was no decent restaurant in the facility for breakfast, lunch etc. It meant you needed to leave the hotel often for quick stops which takes the relaxation out of the vacation

Nice oceanfront view. Right on the beach. Loved the tropical sno stand. Kids loved the mini golf. Pools not cleaned enough. Construction going on. They changed full size refrigerator to very small compact one.
Location off beach was wonderful! We traveled off-season, so traffic on Ocean Blvd wasn't an issue, but it would be during peak season. Parking is located in structure across the street and that was OK (prefer connected, but it's on the ocean front, so...). The Breakers ain't the same Breakers! Beware there are two (or more) towers -- North and South. You check into the North tower and it's all clean and wonderful looking, but if you're staying in South, it has more of a Motel 6 feel to it. Old, outdated. The three things that keep it alive are: Oceanfront views, price and housekeeping staff. Our phone didn't work, and (oddly) we didn't have a shower curtain, but they got right on it. Also, the beds are immediately there when you open the door, so be aware while dressing. Parking during check-in can be congested. Staff was harried -- took incoming phone calls before people standing in line (my pet peeve), but our check-in guy was cool and accommodating.

We liked the proximity to the beach. When booking this room, I did a great deal of research. I read reviews, I scanned hundreds of pictures, studied accommodations and compared them to prices. This hotel had beautiful pictures and some pretty good reviews, so we decided to give it a try. The first thing we saw (and smelled) upon arrival was giant dumpsters of trash and men were shoveling it out of the building into the dumpsters. We checked in just to use the pools because our room wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours. We had to go find parking across the street before we could swim. The hotel was very crowded so we walked around for awhile looking for a place to leave our things. Before we could find a chair, a security guard asked us where our arm bands were. We hadn't been given any armbands so we had to lug all of our stuff (including our eight month old daughter) back to the registration office to get them. The resort boasts it's number of pools but each of them was warmer than some baths I have taken. We eventually ended up at an indoor pool where a lady was sitting right next to us smoking. After a couple of cours our room was ready. I was excited because it was advertised as ocean-front. When we got into the room, our balcony overlooked the parking lot. There was a mini fridge which we had planned on keeping our sandwich meat and our daughters food in, but it didn't work, so we ended up traveling to and from the ice machine several times to keep our things cold.
Some construction going on but other than that it was perfect. It is off peak so I understand doing the construction now. The staff more than made up for any of that inconvenience though. Wish they had a shuttle service to Broadway at the Beach for shopping and entertainment. Great winter rates on ocean front suite. Would love to come back with the kids this summer.

Breakers Resort failed to bill Hotels.com for our stay which was purchased two months prior. Breakers had billed us again for the stay and I contacted Hotels.com the following day after checkout to investigate the billing problem. They contacted Breakers and resolved the billing issue. Breakers later contacted me and apologized for the billing issue and explained they were crediting our card account and waived the standard resort fee. The prompt response was much appreciated! Enjoyed our stay and will recommend Breakers Resort
Our stay at the Sheraton was perfect. Although we booked on July 3, the rate via Kayak was affordable and cost us 197 compared to the 279 booking through Sheraton would've cost. The hotel is in close proximity to the oceanfront, restaurants, and Broadway at the Beach. So close in fact we were able to walk to the oceanfront and enjoy July 4th on the beach! The hotel staff were prompt, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean and had an oceanview. It was great! Well, Kayak is a third party, so you will need to secure payment and ensure the hotel has your reservation via Kayak's Customer Service Department. But they were accommodated and got us all squared away. I would definitely book through Kayak again.

The hotel was close to the beach without being in the middle of ocean blvd and all its crowds and traffic. The parking was inconvenient. You had to pay to park, and the garage was not directly connected to the hotel. You had to take the elevator down to the pedestrian walk way and walk around the hotel with all your luggage. It would have been nice to bring bags in during the check in process and then park after, but parking in front of the building was extremely limited. Although the room was nice and clean with a great view, I wouldn't say it was worth the price.
Clean, quiet, attentive staff, convenient to the event we were attending, and not far from other Myrtle Beach attractions. Beds were the "heavenly bed" types, big fluffy beds, pillows, comforters, etc. but they were WAY too soft. It felt like we were laying in a hot dog bun. My wife and I kept rolling to the middle all night until we finally took separate beds. Also, the beds were not queen sized, but double beds, be aware.

I really enjoyed everything about the Resort, when we arrived they upgraded us so for less than $200 per night We were able to enjoy a luxury hotel. I wanted to stay an additional night but they couldn't accommodate that.

The 2 bedroom suit was fabulous, it had a kitchen , fireplace and great view! Only thing I didn't like was there was no fruit,Danish or juice with the free coffee in the morning,
Waterfront , clean 3:00 check in
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We had an oceanfront standard room with two queen sized beds, and the room was spacious enough for four adults. It was also very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, while also having the options of the pools, lazy river, and jacuzzis. The grassy picnic area is also a great place enjoy lunch or just sit in the shade while still enjoying a view of the ocean. The location is close enough to all the action of main part of Myrtle Beach, but just down the road a bit to not be crazy. The resort is very family friendly, but our group of ladies enjoyed it on our trip without kids. I would recommend Dayton House to anyone heading to Myrtle Beach! Although some people may be frustrated that the parking is across the street, it seems to be pretty typical for hotels in that area. We never had trouble finding a spot. Also, there is a loading area where you can park when checking in.
Oceanfront Efficiency with plenty of room for my daughter and myself. Didnt have to drag a cooler around to have food and beverage in the room and even table and chairs to have a sit down meal. Great view of the Ocean in room 1062 from our "livingroom" and balcony. Great place for a winter shopping vacation. Toilet paper and towels were a little thin.
The ocean view was very nice. There were several pools to chose from as well. Location is very good. Within walking distance of main strip. Parking is extremely limited. We had to carry all of our luggage nearly an 1/8 of a mile due to there being no where to park. It also took us over an hour to check in. The line was out the door. It took the staff nearly 20 minutes per guest to check them in. The room are very out dated. Looks like it belongs in 1980.

Great location. Multiple pools were a plus! Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Parking was kind of a mess. Multiple lots and all very tight.
First of all, I would like to make it clear I can only review the section I stayed in, which was the "west tower" it is the smallest tower across the street. Over all the room was OK, it had random furniture kinda crammed wherever they could get it to fit. The kitchenette was nice, stove was older but actually very clean.BTW they expect you to wash whatever dishes you use before checking out. The staff all seemed very nice as well. I can stay I have stayed at much better hotels but I can also say I've stayed at worse. My issue however was the fact that although we parked in designated parking (we even had to fill out information about our car) our 30-day tags including the screws were stolen off of our brand new car. The night it happened I woke up in the middle of the night to a car alarm going off, it wasn't ours and I didn't see anyone so I figured someone must have bumped their keys. I know there was little to nothing Dayton House Resort could have done but they didn't even offer to knock money off of our room price. I'm sick of these myrtle beach hotels having designated parking but taking absolutely no responsibility for anything and Dayton House is one of them. My opinion......stay at your own risk.
We only stayed here overnight, but the hotel was within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. The front desk was very nice, called to ensure the room was ok, and even got us a cab so we could go to the Pirate's Voyage without having to drive. We were really looking forward to hanging out in the pool/hot tub with a few drinks after our early dinner reservations. However, the bar at the pool closed at 6 pm. Sure, there was a bar fairly close by that we eventually ended up at, but we would have preferred to stay on site.
Very friendly, helpful service Poolside bar ran out of most beer??? What the heck... They should have ran to the nearby liquor store and purchased a few cases. Lame.

The pools ,the room was big enough ,the housekeeper was super nice ,she took good care of us and our room,,, What I think I didn't like was they didn't explain some stuff to us like where the elevators were and if we need it coffe in our room we had to ask at the lobby,and that they had a gym at what time we could go there or how to get in, other than that it was ok,,,,
Rooms are spacious, good location has a lot to offer families. Have stayed here a number of times. Will stay again. Only problem we had in the number of times is the last time we stayed here they tried to charge we twice for the resort fees, the only reason they didn't is when I told him I had a copy of the receipt where I had payed it then he said he had made a mistake that I did not owe it.

Room was excellent with ocean/beach view. Very nice set up and everything went fine without an issue. Very slow season, so this was not a problem for me, but in the summer the parking is across the street behind a restaurant in a parking garage. This could be a frustration.

I liked the comfortable beds most of all and the quality of the furniture. We stayed on the 14th florr and the view was great. I did not like the front desk staff that showed lack of helpfulness.
the room was very nice and clean. very quiet. however not a comfortable chair in the room. parking policy and location are atrocious. the first 3 floors of the deck were nreserved for valet parking($8 dollars) and they were all but empty.received a warnig of possible towing if i parked on the first level again. deck was two blocks over.a long walk in rain or (yes) snow.
The couch in the room was unconformable because it was a fold away bed, needs to be replaced with a real couch.. The bed room shouldn't have a window that looks into the hall way out side of the room.

Beautiful condo style facility. This is one of the best overall resorts on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a market store where you can order hot food at reasonable prices. Their Philly Cheeses teak sandwich was the bomb. Rooms are spacious and include a full kitchen. Huge high Def TV. Elevators were slow. Take a patience pill to use them.
It's spacious with a modern design. The staff was great and the facility is kept very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. The valet service was not complimentary.

The location was great; Right on the water and Ocean Boulevard. We were there during spring break and it was very noisy late at night. We could hear the cars, loud radios, yelling until about 3 AM. I would recommend that make sure it's not spring break for college/high school kids when traveling to this location.
The location was awesome. There was so much nearby and could walk which make the location an A+. The hotel sits right on the beach and all you have to do is walk out which makes going to the beach great. The staff was pleasant to work with and willing to explore questions about bill. The room seemed very small especially the bathroom and the kitchenette which is a nice touch to the room but a little much for that size room. The area for breakfast is extremely small and and tucked away.
The location was great and the woman working the front desk was nice. This hotel has no affiliation with the known "Holiday Inn" chain of hotels. How they can call themselves a Holiday Inn is a travesty. Also, I was looking forward to swimming when I checked in only to find out that the pool area was closed for renovations upon my arrival. My room was messy and there was clumps of hair and used tissues on the counter in my bathroom. And there was no food or hotel bar onsite. Lastly, the hotel advertises itself as a 3-star when in reality, it's probably a 1-star.
We had an oceanfront room that was big enough to accommodate our needs. My grandchildren and I loved the indoor pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi. The pool and lazy river really were very warm and perfect for having something to do together. The breakfast was just fine, like being at home. The staff was great and very welcoming. The facility is a bit dated and needs some renovations. That didn't change our stay any so it was okay. There are no outlets for charging your devices at the pool area or bathrooms but we made it work.
The rooms were huge and comfy. We were right by the children's pool area, so I expected it to be loud, but it was not. The beach was great. We also enjoyed the Malibu beach bar and the entertainment at night. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. There were some areas where the ceilings and walls needed some cleaning. The pool areas were very nice but were always very crowded.
Very child friendly. Lots of things to do to entertain small children. Definitely a good family atmosphere. Oceanfront queen suite was crowded for four people. I had stayed at this resort before and with the oceanview room with two queen beds we also had a sitting area with a sofa that gave us the extra room we needed to be more comfortable. Oceanfront was not worth the compromised space.
I like that it had a lot to offer to families and was beach front! I didn't feel that everything was clean. I SPRAYED my bed and that was about the only thing I sat on. The couches looked stained and my brother who slept on the pull out bed said it stinks.
It was very clean place to stay. Good for toddlers There is two sea crest hotels I though i was staying in the one infront of the beach but instead they gave me a room that was not ocean view I thought that was not good since i payed almost $600
Location, water parks and access to the ocean was good The service was poor from day 1 till I got home and is still poor. Day 1 - dirt or something around the toilet and tissue roll was broke. Fan above stove broke. broken knife in drawer. gave knife to lady who cleans rooms says not my job. day 2 - Called about fan - still no knife returned -no one showed to fix fan- elevator stopped working, stuck on 3rd floor day 3 - called again about fan and knife - no one cleaned room called for towels twice had to go get towels from main desk. got knife around 4pm day 4 - no one cleaned room again, called about fan, now someone shows late that day. day 5 check out, daughter left phone, called at 2 spoke to a fairly rude female, who showed no concern with taking my name or number and said some might call me tomorrow. called back at 6:30 and spoke to a very rude female who tried to hang up after saying the cleaning people went home at 4. I told here I called over 4 hours ago, she looked it up and said they found it but the lost and found person is gone and want be back till Wednesday and there is nothing that anyone can do. So I am still waiting to get my babies phone back.

Great rate, right on the beach. Nice pool and good food. Security. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Starbucks in lobby. Rooms need renovating. I've stayed in motels nicer than our room. Carpet is old, no TV remote in the room, bathroom was mediocre at best. There definitely needs to be an adult only area at the pool. We frequently found ourselves relaxing in the jacuzzi only to be disturbed by a group of kids. Shuttle service to and from the airport would have been nice too to save yourself from a $30 Uber.
Not much to complain about at this resort. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. And the scenery was mind blowing. Definitely will be returning. Maybe have more staff working on busy checkout days, like a sunday.

Everything. My favorite part was the view. That night I sat on my balcony and it was so quiet and peaceful, you only heard the waves crashing. My son had a mishap in the bathroom, I called the front desk and maintenance was there in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so friendly as well, not only staff but other hotel guests. I will definitely be coming back!
I loved the restaurant and would go there to eat even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. All staff in the restaurant was fantastic. As for the room, the view was amazing. We were on the 24th floor with a view of the ocean. There were several pools onsite that during the right season would have been fantastic, or if they were heated. We stayed from Friday to Monday, I had to call for room service because no one showed up by Sunday morning. The lady at the service desk was arguing with me instead of just saying I will get someone to come up there. I wasn't yelling or angry so no reason for an attitude. Sunday night my husband and I were tired so we were ready just to go back to the onsite restaurant, get all the way there and realize it is closed and we were not told it would be. Then also Sunday morning when we went to the onsite Starbucks the lady working was not friendly at all, she actually made a rude indignation sound when my husband ordered his coffee. Then Monday morning when we went to get coffee again, because the tiny pot in the room in not sufficient, it was closed for construction, again no notice. I feel like if you are going to stay somewhere as nice as this Hilton that we should have been told on arrival, to avoid confusion. Lastly the covers on the bed were extremely rough to the touch and I really wished I was sleeping somewhere else.
Checking out they were going to charge $8.00 a day for parking. I could not find anything on the web site about parking. The front desk took the charge off of my bill which I thought was the right thing to do.
The beds and pillows were really comfortable. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels where the beds were hard like a rock, so uncomfortable. I also love the location, it doesn't matter what room you choose you will have a ocean front room, that's a plus ;) The bathroom grout was supposed to be white. It was literally the color "black" no exaggeration. That to me is a sign that they don't clean very well. I was to discussed to walk barefoot it. The room was also a little out dated, my room had a hole on the wall, next to the socket. Any other time I would of complained but I was to tired to complain so I just dealt with it. The comfy bed made up for it ;)
The exterior of the building & landscaping of the grounds give this hotel the look of appeal. Once you go into the main lobby you will still be impressed. The room was in need of remodeling. It had that 80's feel to it. The balcony that we had gave us a water view so that was a plus. Stay away from the breakfast lounge. The view is what you pay for to stare at the ocean and pay as much as a dinner for mediocre food.

The staff went the extra mile for our comfort. Very helpful and congenial.
Jennifer memorized my name from the moment she checked me in, so even after five days all I had to do was tell her I was checking out and she took care of it without me having to say anything else. Very fancy hotel with great staff.
That the location was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. Only, that when looking to book the reservation it was hard to find king size bed in one room for 2. We ended up with a lakeview & 2 queen beds, and it wasn't necessary, but also not horrible or a inconvenience.
The room was exactly what we needed -- enough space to move around. We've stayed in some efficiencies where even with just the two of us, we still felt crowded. It was clean and very nicely appointed. The toiletries and bath towels were luxurious.
Let me say this is a beautiful beautiful placrecommending this The staff was so friendly From beginning to end. The room was So clean Bed was extremely comfortable. I have been recommending this place since I left. The only bad i have to say is I should have stayed longer!!!!
I loved the convenience of the location of the hotel.It was not to close and not to far away from it all. At check in the amount quoted me was different than what they had. They wanted to collect more from me. I did not like this at all especially when there are other customers in line waiting and I appear to be the hold up.
This is what you expect from Marriott. Beautiful Ocean Front Property just steps from the ocean. My adult daughter and I were upgraded to an ocean view room that was fantastic. We enjoyed the Spa here very much. The staff was attentive and helpful. Added fees. Pay close attention to the fine print. There were many additional fees that add up quickly.
We were first timers to Myrtle Beach and since it was a short trip we were wanting to splurge and not drag our camper. We were beyond pleased with the value of this Resort. We had a fantastic Ocean view at a really nice Resort for not much more than the local campsite. I would for sure recommend staying here if you are not into the "Ocean Dr. strip scene" because unlike the hotels there you have privacy. The pillows they were too flat!!
Layout is good and service top notch
The public areas and amenities are fantastic. Definitely the best option (ONLY option) for luxury accommodations in Myrtle Beach. The room was clean, but spartan. It did not match the look of the rest of the facility and definitely needed updating.
Everything! Parking for large SUV going from deck to deck. Use valet parking on the first deck for handicap and large vehicles on the first deck. Turns are too tight going to upper decks.
Upon check in I was hopeful that this place just might be our new beach hotel since our recent hotel of choice for the past 5 years had a bout of bed bugs. I was incredibly disappointed when I arrived to our room. If I could have found another hotel to stay at I would have at this point money was no object. The room was dingy and musty. The bed linens had stains and the curtains had holes in them big enough to let light through and wake you in the morning. I found two hair balls behind the bathroom door and one behind the shower door. The plastic cups on the counter in bathroom were wrapped in plastic which I thought was great until I picked one up and there was black dirt and a bug wing stuck to the bottom of it. Back to the bed concerns, the box springs had two large stains on the sides. I would like to plead ignorance is bliss and I will just assume the stains were from peoples' pets. The restaurant was horrific! We went to the breakfast buffet again trying to make the most of it. The new plates brought out for the buffet were covered in grits and food particles. After going through 5 dirty plates, we left and reported our findings to the front desk. She handed us a coupon for 10% off at Omega pancakes (which was wonderful) and gave us walking directions. We will never be back to such a place as this! I realize that most people may say, "well I'm not going to be in the room much" but trust me this hotel is on the bed bug registry and is pet friendly so I am sure they have fleas to contend with too! As a beach goer of 20+ years just stay someplace else.
Proximity to the beach, restaurants, activities near Ocean Blvd, and the Convention Center were the reasons why I opted for this hotel. The staff that was there was fantastic. Parking was a breeze, as it was directly across the street....but very tight to physically park due to the way it was designed. Every inch of the building smelled like cigarettes / dirty ashtray. Breakfast at the restaurant didn't open until 7am. Part of the lobby was under draped under construction and never touched the 4 days / 3 nights I was there. In order to use a luggage cart, you were required to use a bell-man. The walls of the pool area were covered in very furry mold. One of the hot-tubs was cold and another was drastically low in water. Maid service was more than delayed. Some major police activity was going on in the hotel next door with no comment by hotel staff or administration - we had no idea whether it was safe or not, which was a concern given the large number of vehicles and policemen present. Recommendation -- Staff better and be more concerned about the quality of the hotel during your off-season....OR drastically reduce your prices to accommodate for the condition.

I've stayed at Patricia Grand Resort several times prior to this, and on holidays (i.e Christmas 2013). It seemed that the resort was not dealing well with the larger than usual influx of guests during the New Year holiday. Some of the cleaning staff appeared unkempt and unprepared, making it hard for me to want them to clean our room. However, upon arrival, the rooms were clean and the amount of money we paid was definitely worth the stay.
The location was nice That the room was not up to date
The bed was very comfortable. The staff was slow and unprofessional. The wifi did not work. The smoke detector in my room had no battery! The cafe had no attendant for half an hour that I waited for coffee and milk was left on the counter during that whole time.
It was relatively close to everything, the plol side bat was sonderful, and do was the view from our room. The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.
Bed was comfortable. Excellent view and Location. Located near restaurants but car is needed to get to them. Staff was friendly. Was not offered valet parking. If you have a larger vehicle take the valet option. Garage access to upper floors is tight.
Nice view and staff.s kindless nothing
Compared to the other villas, Maui, Hilton Head, etc., this was not as nice plus they now allow dogs which kept us up at night. Not worth buying into! Once the remaining building is constructed, the pools will be too crowded (already are) and they lack parking.
The view and balcony size was amazing. It was very quiet, parking was always available and close. Everyone was friendly and the whole place was exceptionally clean. The villa and resort had everything we needed. The hotel staff was very friendly, but almost a little over the top and seemingly disingenuous at times. They had babysitting available which I thought was amazing -- but only offered on Tuesdays which makes no sense to me.

A wonderful resort with very comfortable accomodations. The various pools and other ammenities are a nice touch and being right on the ocean is fine. The place is beautiful and the people are friendly and very accomodating. All in all, I can whole-heartaly recommend this property.
Completely new facility
The grounds were most appealing. The various heated pools made were delightful. Having a schuttle service made our day. They were always prompt in their service. Nothing. Will return again and again.
Never have I reviewed before but this place deserves one! Staff was so friendly including maintenance that we happened upon in elevator! Very clean and I am picky! Everything you need in suite, definitely going back. By far best place I have stayed in Myr Parking little tight for oversized diesel truck like mine
The suites at this Marriott are terrific value for the money. They offer 2 master type bedrooms that are beautifully appointed with grand bathrooms attached. The living room with a gigantic television set and then the televisions in each bedroom allow for entertainment when in the room after taking part in the many planned activities that this wonderful resort offers from its monumental pool with waterslide to the marvelous spa with an excellent courteous staff. All of the staff were very courteous and friendly. Overall this Marriott resort is one of the best that I have ever encountered and has to be considered the overall class winner Myrtle Beach destination.

I think this is one of the top hotels in the Myrtle Beach area. The staff is outstanding and everything is clean. They even allow you to bring your own beverages to the pool area as long as they are in a plastic cup. My second visit and not the last. Nothing negative to add
