i stayed in a double the opening week of Oktoberfest. service was good except at night, i didnt get his name but the older man (who was tending the front desk) was a bit short with his attitude. His attitude seemed like he was there for a pay check not there to help the customers.
- dirty floor in the room, I payed the parking for the night, but the parking was full, the TV didn't works !
Nice budget jewlery in the lobby Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Hard wooden support and mattress too thin.
Great service, close to down town, friendly staff, nice facility
The staff, closeness of public transport The hotel is very dated and not deserving of the stars that is given to them on the booking.com website. The bed is very uncomfortable and the bathroom too small compared with rest of room where there is wasted space.
it was walkable to city centre (albeit a solid walk) and the staff was very helpful. free internet was an added bonus. the rooms were a bit outdated and the bathroom was very very small and the shower head was awkwardly located. seemed more like a 3-star then 4-star hotel.
Friendly staff, good location.
The breakfast was wonderful and the room was very spacious. Good location and easy to get around should consider updating the carpets
I liked the atmosphere, the staff and the general comfortable feeling. The hotel front looks shabby and does not reflect the more comfy interior-and our remote control for TV had no batteries! (sorry if that's a complaint!)
Light, airy room, good breakfast N/A
Hotel was really well located, only a few hundred meters from U-bahn. The staff was really fast at processing check-in and check out and my room was very spacious with a bigger than expected bed. Very well furnished and equiped, it was a pleasure to stay there. The heating system was not working, it was really cold in my room
The rooms were moderately large for a European hotel at this price. The rooms were very clean and there was a very contemporary feel to the hotel in general. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Use the U2 underground to get to this hotel, the U6 is a little further to walk Amenities in general were lacking, but I knew this when I booked. I was there for a short biz trip anyway so I didn't matter
staff is nice and helpful. location is far away from train station, but traffic is still convenience.
Quiet and cleanest Everything was excellent
The room was nice and so was the toilet. The breakfast was alsogood my room wasn't clean. femenine garbage in the basket
the room and the location
Staff was friendly/helpful It was hot when we were in Munich; AC would have been nice; or book hotel opposite afternoon sun
clean and nice color... the equipment is good hmm...seem nothing... everything is ok.
A big hostel with clean rooms. It provides reasonable price to budget travellers. I always get quick responses before I stay in this hotel via e-mail or during my stay.
Nothing, it was like staying in a jail instead of a hotel. It was definitely not a hotel as stated on the site. Very strict security. Apparently you are not even allowed to have guests visit you in your room. Also you are not allowed to have alcohol in your room. i did not find this out until after we left.
too loud, way too expensive for a hostel, dirty rooms, smelled like urine, fan did not work in window staff did not fix
conveniently located Had more space in my college dorm room and the layout was better.
The proximity to the place where we visited , our fair ground.Otherwise it is an average hotel
10 minutes to the U-bahn station, parking prices weren't too bad for a city and free at weekends. Breakfast menu would be perfectly OK if not for the lack of vegetables. The internet was supposed to be accessible in all rooms but it wasn't the case. I had to go downstairs into the general area to get access on my laptop. No vegetables or fruit in the breakfast menu.
there is a disco located in the basement, which makes a lot of noise
internet access, staff's knowledge of the english language having to check in at 14:00 was a bit of a drag.
