The location is wonderful. It's close to Beale Street and Midtown. The hotel is pretty much mediocre. It smelled a bit, was clean enough, but did the job well for a safe place to sleep that you won't catch a disease in. The beds are comfy enough, The staff was friendly and informative. Overall ok place for a group of friends trying to get a weekend away. Just don't expect anything wonderful, and you will leave content.
Carpet need to be replaced the odor was terrible.
I like they accepted pets The room decor was unsavory, the pet riom floors were very slippery and dirty...
Gargabe truck waking us up at 3am. Lawn workers waking us up. Housekeeping beating on the door continuously and too loudly. Dirty pool. Broken coke machine.
Plus was all appliances worked. Close to food and a Walgreens. Staff was nice Non smoking room reeked of recent cigarette smoke. Carpets very dirty. Very easy to hear other rooms and what is happening outside. Wifi not free. No iron or hair dryer. No extra furniture
Good value for the money, and close to downtown. I checked thoroughly for roaches and bed bugs, and didn't find any. The carpet was not very clean, and the sheets and bedding looked really old. The air conditioner was also extremely loud.
It's not as bad as I had imaged it being. We just needed a place to crash passing thru on a roadtrip so we weren't looking for much. Room was big and satisfied out needs for the night. Not in the greatest part of town but it's a short drive it uber to get to all the nightlife
We liked the huge room and the inclusion of fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Printing bus timetables and even offering to drive us to the supermarket. They did our on line cheking in and printed the boarding passes. The breakfast was good.
I like the extra space and the shower!
Cheap; large, clean room; reasonably close to centre of Memphis; polite, helpful staff Located in a fairly rough looking area
We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay. I was surprised how clean and comfy it was. It's a $5 uber ride from Beale St. The hotel provides a list of nearby restaurants, numbers for taxis, etc. Parking was easy.
The size of the room and the size of the bed. The breakfast was extremlly poor and so was the little corner with only one very little table with 2 chairs
After my first stay and after being away for a while i was still remembered just like yesterday. Large nice rooms. Cant complaine all was well.
large room much bigger than thought it would be for price drive in motel little distant if no transport and don`t like walking
