Location of hotel was great, very central to everything we wanted to do. Staff extremely helplful and friendly . We had a very good sized room and the overall cost was excellent value for money.
The location of the hotel is excellent in relation to the city centre. Lots of noisy building work going on close to the hotel.
Great loocation, and good value Front desk clerk rude, person who got us sandwich in the lounge very rude, and paking information confusing
It is a nice modern, clean and up to date hotel that is ideal to visit the city of Malaga
Central convenience to Malaga Be aware that they are rebuilding the 3rd & 4th floors of the hotel. There is lots of noise during working hours and a crane over the roof top pool! If you just use the hotel for a base its not a big issue but can be annoying.
Very nice and comfortable room. Very kind and available staff. Free minibar. Close to the city center. They are missing transportation to the airport. Breakfast should be included with those 4stars high rates.
the location of the hotel and the comfort of the room and it was esy to find
It was a nice hotel - the bathroom was nice, the sleeping space was comfortable. I felt safe in the hotel area.
Location. Great for exploring the city. Was put in room at front of hotel looking onto the street despite requesting room with a view. When asked to change, it was a bit grudging and was put in smoking room that was small and poorly cleaned - dusty and also found sock of previous occupant under bedside table. But the view from the back of the hotel is brilliant. So, if possible, ask for room at back of the hotel on the fifth or fourth floor. Bathroom was spacious in comparison to the room. Breakfast was disappointing - very limited and poorly prepared hot food of any kind. Awful bacon and scrambled egg. Good on pastries (not my thing) but rest is mediocre.
I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, particularly on Reception. I had a slight problem when paying my bill. Was being overcharged but the bill was adjusted to my satisfaction.
Location, cleanliness, staff, easy to get to from the airport Nothing
Design, comfort, roof top pool area No films available on tv and small tv
Grade A service and food
The location is excellent and the quality also. Exceelent choice for a long weekend.
I have visited the hotel on a few occasions before and I would recommend its central location Reported broken hairdryer ( it smoked when plugged in) never replaced.Kettle in room broken replaced with another broken one.Towel rack in bathroom had screws hanging from wall.Hotel seemed to have a very low level of staff and so very not able to deal with guests as one would expect.I ordered poached eggs on final morning as breakfast for my wife and I. Eggs never arrived despite asking twice, was still charged 32 Euros!. I complained but no satisfaction given just empty "We are sorry". No rebate on breakfast charge though.
Size of room, location, room design Noice from the street
Great location. The staff was very kind & helpfull (especially Miguel in the reception). Nice & clean room.
i liked only two of the staff members. The beds were comfy. Showers were nice. Food was pretty good as were the prices of breakfast. The housekeeping and staff and laundry services were perfect. Too much money for what we got. Management is lacking. Pool is a bit too small. Got ignored in the dining area. Really loud construction right next to us on the street by us.
Great location near restaurants, shops and historical venues. Good food. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. We asked for and were given interior rooms that were very quiet. No irons or ironing board in the room and when we were given one on request, it twice shorted out the electricity on our entire floor (which is probably why they're not in the rooms to begin with). They do have an ironing service in the hotel which we didn't use.
Great location. Larger than expected rooms, and bathroom. Very clean. Would have preferred a larger bed rather than two twins (on wheels) pushed together. Very small balcony, and pool.
Cental, style modern,
The location (in the town center) and the hotel staff making your stay agreable!
The street noise was neverending with people coming out of pub, clubs, refuse being collected, streets being hosed and tables and chairs being put out. We got no sleep.
Right in the centre a of Malaga and a real "shoppers heaven" also close to the cathedral and other attractions. Lovely jucuzzi baths which light up. Great showers. Having a lap top in the room was a bonus. We found the staff at reception quite helpful. There are no safety rails on the bunk beds. In general the beds are quite solid. Breakfast was not worth the money. Alternatively there are a couple of nice cafe's in the area. As the hotel is in a pedistrian zone your taxi will not be able to deliver you to the front door.
Location was great, rooms very modern No swimming pool but we already knew that
The hotel was nice, and our children enjoyed the bunk beds in the room.
everything. and in particular the ensuite jacuzzi in the bath coffee machine was,nt working for breakfast. a bit petty, i know
The hotel is modern and very nice. It even has a computer in every room with free internet access. It does not have a parking and the public parking (between 17-20 Euros per day) is 3-5 blocks from the hotel
Location was fantastic, rooms were very nice No swimming pool
A boutique hotel, right in the centre of old Malaga...............excellent
Cleanlines of the hotel was excellent, breakfast good, Location is the best in Malaga. TV-rack was strange and inconvenient, you can easily break your toes with that. Wall rack would be much more convenient.
Great room - good facilities. Bright, clean, modern and extremely comfortable.
We have booked to stay in a 'sister' hotel in Salamanca in September
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were light and airy. The AC worked well. Staff at the reception were very pleasant and helpful. Location was 25 mins walk from historic centre but right by the beach. Better options for city centre hotel, but great if you dont want to be in the centre. Hotel bar was limited in options, but breakfast was good.
The hotel is clean and comfortable with its design. The breakfast is also nice. I enjoyed the stay during my vacation there. I'd suggest my friends to go, too!! Good!
WiFi included in price of the very excellent room, very good hotel garage for traveler with the car and hotel is on a beach location - beautiful palm trees and park. Makes you really enjoy the stay in Vincci Malaga.
free parking on the street the hotel charges a non refundable 10 euro deposit when using booking.com. However, the hotel markets the rooms as free cancellation. Be careful when booking. The rooms are large and average. On the night we were there, there was no heating or air conditioning. Open window let in a few mosquitoes.
A suberb hotel. Rooms (and other facilities) are big, nice and clean. Really nice area for families with children. A park with animals and playground right outside, 50 meters to the beach promenade, which also is full og playgrounds for children. The hotel is not in the city center, but it's easy to take a bus (16) or a taxi to the center.
The fridge in the bedroom just didn't work and made a lot of noise and there was no english tv. In the event of no english tv it would be worthwhile providing a dvd player to rent or for free.
The style and condition are really good as well as the location. The manager was always on hand and was very helpful without being asked. Need to crank up the airconditioning during warmer spells and problems with wi-fi
I liked very much the hotel itself, its design, the room, big and spacious, and the breakfast, although expensive Its location was veri good to just cross the road and relax at the beach, but slightly too far from the city ventre,if you'd like to go on foot
the room was excellent and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. that the restaruant wasnt open in the evening and was very limited for snack and food so we had to go out to eat. We were also very suprised that there was no pool or area to realax outside, it was warm weather but not warm enoughn to swim in the sea and we would of liked to have sat by pool and relaxed. would recommend but maybe jsut for an overnight stay if in off season
Staff were extremely helpful with train and airline changes. Also the proximity to the beach and great restaurants was wonderful. Size of the room, closet, storage space and having a frig were great. Free internet access also great.
the fact that although the hotel was in the city centre it had a roof top pool so you could also s[end time relaxing and chilling out
I liked the comfort of the room, the excellent facilities, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I have no complaints.
It`s within easy reach of the main sites of interests and city facilities. It`s roof top swimming pool and restaurant are idyllic! It does not have its own garage but your car is parked by Hotel staff. A/C in the room was not efficient enough. In hot weather the room felt uncomfortably hot.
Location of the hotel only cable internet in rooms, should be wifi
Excellent location and spacious bedroom The bed was not very comfortable, old & creaky!!
complementary drinks in bar no internet, no dressing gowns no slippers no towels at the pool area all these things were offered prior to booking
The location is excellent
This is probably the best hotel in Malaga, and we were afforded one of the best rooms with a viev across the harbour. the location is perfect.
The location and friendliness of front desk staff Extremely slow service in the bar, where we ate. The fact that the Atico bar was closed for a private function. The lack of a ramp at the front entrance with no staff to help with luggage, as we arrived.
Our room was too hot, preventing us from sleeping well, and when we opened the window it was too noisy to sleep! When we complained we were told that the air conditioning was not available at that time of the year. We would not stay with you again in the hotel before checking that this was avaiable for the time we planned to be in Malaga.
Rooftop Bar (Terrazza) was excellent - amazing views of the city and waterfront as well as great service. The rooms were very basic and ours had a view of pretty much nothing.
Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was large and bright. Great value for the money.
Only 4K from Malaga Airport. Double size twin bedded rooms, friendly reception staff, close to the beach, free parking for guests, the good value buffet breakfast (€11 p.p. with a wide choice including great coffee) included in the price. For us the location was ideal being close to the airport but if one wanted to be nearer Malaga city centre it is somewhat remote. That said, it is difficult to find something we "didn't like".
Nice room Do not book in winter nothing around hotel so taxi very expensive to go anywhere!
Shopped, used the gym & spa. And enjoyed the spa No
sound of ocean dinner very poor
A good international standard hotel conveniently placed near but not too near to Malaga Airport.
The view of the mediterranean sea from the balcony. Food and service are very good. Front desk is very courteous and helpful. Lack of airport transportation.
this hotel made me appreciate Airbnb much more. the staff were very poor, there were no pleasantries at all from any of the staff. we arrived late at the hotel and the receptionist took over 15 minutes to check us in. she was taking calls and chatting to other staff while her incompetence with the computer system dragged on. the reason i booked the hotel was because of a very good experience with the same chain in Valencia but this was awful. there was no milk in the room, so later, when we asked the receptionist if some could be sent to our room, she said no, as she was on her own there and the bar was closed. do hotels store all their milk in the hotel bar? even the UHT shite? the shower head in the gym fell off the wall when the water was turned off, and whacked my head on the way down. the guy in the gym collecting the towel deposits had no interest in what is a dangerous defect. also, the changing rooms for the gym are tiny. at the most there is space for 2 people at a time to use them. while checking out, the guy on reception that morning behaved like everyone was inconveniencing him. if he can't act like he can deal with the public, then he should be given some other task. we parted with our own money and did not receive anything resembling a thank you, or goodbye. just pay up and GTFO. the hotel is miles away from anything, so it was a 15 minute drive into Malaga to get some food after we checked in. we asked reception if they could recommend anywhere to eat, and their answer was Torremolinos. nothing too specific then! a hotel chain should have much higher expectations of its staff. there are plenty of small, independent hotels that work much harder with smaller budgets and achieve much more than this place.
Location and Facilities Gym could be included in the price instead of being an extra
Was close to the airport which is a factor i wanted. Excellent customer service and just a good all round hotel
The excellent buffet breakfast with fresh ground coffee machines. Location for airport and sea excellent. The evening restaurant buffet
How clean and comforting the hotel was and the food was very good, staff friendly too
easy car parking
Clean room. Comfortable. A 15 minutes walk from the center. View is not great (harbour).
I thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. We were only there for two nights so didn't get to see very much but we were happy there.
Near the Train Station, Shopping area and Beach also free wireless internet service inside the room and all hotel.
Excellent room design. No prior guidence to the parking lot has been provided.
Location & ease of access
Hotel was lovely We felt we were overcharged by the taxi driver from the airport.
Excellent location for our cruise adventure Nothing...excellent hotel
Convenience to the airport. Service could be improved especially in the dining room. It was very slow with on one occasion two of the staff chatting away while I was waiting for someone to come to me. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also more English entertainment channels on the TV. Was disappointed as one reason I booked this hotel was it advertised having an indoor pool. When I went to use it I couldn't turn on the lights & also the water was cold. Another disappointment was I was leaving at 6.30am one morning but couldn't get any breakfast as room service was not operating until later & dining room not open until 7am.
Near to train station , easy to find Also Clean towels every day
Check in was very easy, although slightly out of the main drag of things, but we only choose this for its closeness to the port There could perhaps have been reference to where the breakfasts were held. We were not told this at checkin and only by following another guest.
The location, the large lobby area, the excellent breakfast, the size of the room, the toiletries in the bathroom. Having to pay in advance and the indifferent check-in service however these minor issues didn't take away from the overall good impression of this hotel.
Relaxed atmosphere, rooms confortable, breakfast very good.
Well located for shopping and local amenities
Modern and sleek lobby, eventually received free wifi after talking to front desk Bed was too firm- like sleeping on hardwood. Bathroom was impossible I take a shower without the floor becoming soaked. The location was convenient for the train, bus station and airport but an otherwise unremarkable and undesirable location for siteseeing
clean and pleasant rooms, centrally located, courteous luggage storage
friendliness and accomodation of a delayed check out WiFi and LAN did not work
The bathroom was quite lovely, and there were some nice touches to the room overall. It was comfortable, but nothing special. We were told our room came with a king-size bed, but instead we got two pushed-together doubles. The bathroom sink plug was broken. Front desk staff seemed pre-occupied and weren't very helpful or interested in their jobs.
Great staff, nice hot tub area, ten minutes walk from the city sights. Across the street from the major rail and bus station, very convienent. No pool.
The facilities were very good and it was a relaxing place to stay. Our non-smoking room smelt of smoke and this didn't disappear during the length of our stay
the staff were most helpful and answered any questions nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were particularly happy and it was a pleasure to be in their company.
The atmosphere and the distance only 10 minutes by car to the airport.
This hotel is very near to the bus and train station. The room was a decent size also.
room was absolutely spotless, bathroom 1st class for cleanliness, everything was great even the minibar, not too expensive, better than imagined.never booked online before but recommend this one. no.
Fantastic hotel, good location, rooms very quiet, breakfast excellent, close to the train station and Malagas old town is just a short walk. El hotel fantástico, la posición buena, cuartos muy tranquilos, desayuno excelente, cerca de la estación de ferrocarril y la vieja ciudad de Malaga es sólo un paseo corto
very nice breakfast. relaxing atmosphere Not that international.
The help from the staff and the excellent location to bus station
Rooms too warm and breakfast very expensive although good.
everything especially the staff. no
Huge breakfast, ideal for those who want to get around all day without lunch. Position is wonderful both for getting into the center (in 5 minutes) and for reaching bus and rail stations. Room is comfortable and clean.
I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, very clean, comfortable and modern. It was very convenient that it was at the edge of a large shopping centre and near to the station. For people who are not particularly fit, it is a fairly lengthy walk to the old part of the city.
Business hotel. Clean room. Quite far from the city center.
Very nice hotel
The rooms are comfortable, warm and clean. Also they´re quite new and well mantained. I was charged for a film in a sort of PPV from the room TV that I selected by mistake and didn´t even watched
I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke
Very nice, new hotel, with very comfortable rooms. It was hard to find it for a first time, very small lifts ( for max.2), reception staff could be nicer.
it's an elegant and very clean hotel
That I had to pay for Wi-Fi.
Nice new comfortable hotel with a big bed, bus stop in front, acceptable walking distance to the center, free WIFI, varied and big breakfast, nice personel Room 110: the light in the bathroom was very heavy: I'd like a soft light better when I just woke up... There was some hair on the bathroom floor. The glass of one of the closet doors was broken. The smell in the bathroom wasn't that fresh.
room was a bit small
The clean comfortable rooms. Loaction. Service desk helpful and efficient.Good value for money. One of the better 3 star hotels. Smell from the toilet. Air condition was not on although it's already in middle of April.
location was excellent relative to the beach and restaurants; the staff was friendly and bi-lingual; continental breakfast was wonderful; hotel was clean and scent free. The timing of the room cleaning service was irregular, it was therefore impossible to plan your mornings/early afternoon... the sauna, jacuzzi and gym facilities were only available between 4pm to 10pm from mondays to saturdays, I wished they were available at my leisure.
Its proximity to the city centre. It was not sufficiently clear that parking was off street by the hotel porter
the location was great, with an amazing view from our balcony
Staff were excellent. Receptionists really friendly and helpful. Perfect location for the beach and only 10 minute walk to the main toursit cites and town centre.
Spacious room and well maintained. Hotel Car Parking expensive. There is a public car park behind the hotel so probably much cheaper to park there yourselves.
Staff extremely helpful, friendly & efficient.
Apart from the location and the receptionist who was extremely professional and ready to help nothing else to mention. For a 4 stars hotel, the premises were poor, the bed for 2 people was 1.20m large! The ceiling had humidity spots and the smell in the room was not great. The air conditionning was making a lot of noise. Difficult to find and to access the hotel with the car.
friendly staff a bit further from centre of town than I would have liked
the location of hotel is superb.it has amazing views and the staff are very helpful and friendly
Close to the beach for outdoor activities, hotel gym and easy access to the centre. Free internet access is very dependent on where your room is located in the hotel. I had no connection ap 50% of the time.
An inovative design, charm and quiet hotel
hotel design; room confort; breakfast included;
Very good hotel, comfort level very good. shower tended to pulse from hot to cool.
Nice hotel in a great location. Tastefully designed. Friendly staff. The front desk staff is not authorized to be helpful or to solve problems. We had an air conditioner that didn't work. We were given another room the next day with a bedside light that was out, a TV screen that was only shades of blue and the A/C in the new room was not much better the the first one. We were charged full price for all days in spite of the inconveniences.
Design, location. Matress
Very clean, contemporary rooms and bathrooms seem new It seems as if all doors in the morning slam shut. It made for a restless morning. Service and helpfulness does not exist at this hotel.
The central location and the peace and quiet. Its cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Lacked a cafeteria / bar for the evening after a day of sightseeing and / or shopping.
Great hotel, very clean, original stylish decor. Red light district location. Red light district location - surrounded by sex shops.
good staff poor catering facilities
very centrql, walking distance to all tourist area, quiet, and rooms very comfortable. would like to have jug kettle to make tea or coffee.
the room was good and spacious, nicely styled. The staff were very very friendly, always someone on hand to give advice about the local nightlife and travel timetables. Couldn't fault them. Didn't try the bar as it didn't look too enticing, they have a lot of space that they could do a lot more with - it is a lovely hotel but could be lovelier. Not much of a negative, me just being picky
Hotel is clean and pretty No bell hops. Had to deal with my own luggage in a 4 star hotel. Restaurant is tiny and smoke filled. Impossible for a non smoker. Hallway smoky (cigarettes) on top floor. Understaffed. No bathtub only a shower. Did not respond to any e mails before arrival. The customer is not always right here.
Only 10 min. of the middle of the old Malaga shoping area.
Clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The satellite television offered a wide range of channels. Good location not far from Railway station. None noted.
It was near the port for our cruise trip The dining services were very basic
Yes Hotel Lobbies are not air conditioned and room A/C's also work very slow, not as per 4 star standard
Good location, walking distance to city centre and most attractions. Very nice bathroom, comfy beds, A/C very good. Relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff, and the breakfast was very good. Only a minor thing, the roof terrace was closed as our stay was in October. As the weather was so good it would have been nice to use the jacuzzi and sun loungers.
Location very good, the cafe next door provided good food and other eating places were close by. Quiter than expected. Great views and an interesting building. All staff very friendly with one exception.
Brand new hotel that was a typical 4 star hotel. Very nice staff. Pet-friendly (which is always nice).
Very good location (close to the direct train to the airport, and close to the main bus/train station) - 10-15 min. walk to the city centre and the main sights. A clean, well-maintained hotel.
Fittings and furnishings were of a high standard, everything worked, the bed was very comfortable. The location is just about the worst you can imagine -- in a semi-industrial area. Even though it's close to the airport (almost adjacent), taxis there are very expensive because they apply a minimum charge of Euro 14,50 (18,00 on weekends), and there is no alternative way of getting to the airport, e.g. bus, shuttle or train.
Coffe making facilities in room were non functional and blew the electrics each time. In view of this we expected a coffee concession in the cafeteria. The reception staff were very helpful however.
Very comfy beds Access a bit tricky off the motorway
The proximity to the airport,
Easy access from motorway, and located close to airport.
That reception stayed open late enough to check us in at an ungodly hour considering how long it took us to find the place we were worried they would have given us room away. It's ridiculously hard to find. We picked up a rental car at the airport in record time, only to spend nearly an hour trying to find the hotel, because it is so badly marked on the side of the road. What kind of direction is "we're behind the gas station"??.
Cleanliness Very difficult to locate, I suggest a bigger/brighter sign, or better directions,
two blocks away from airport where we arrived after midnight.
The hotel may be geografically close to the airport but due to the road layout its a 10 min drive and taxi costs 20 EUR each way.
Rooms were clean and big. It was very difficult to get to because of construction in the area. There was no remote for the TV in the room.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. Despite being called an "Airport Hotel" it is €15 by taxi. It is located at the side of a major road with no facilities nearby. Other people in the hotel had booked directly and paid less.
Near the airport. Nice host at the reception. Baby bed had a horrible matras! And please mention to take bus A or 19 from the airport and then get out at the first stop "Villa Rosa", cross the road with bridge, hotel behind fuel station.
Central location Noisy Rooms, smell of fish cooking from the restaurant, even in the rooms
great location No outside window
The location is perfect - and the local, personsalized feel is comforting, you sense you are staying in Malaga, not an airport. It feels like a City hotel for grown ups on a cultural holiday or interesting business-very nice The breakfast is extremely poor. Improve it with better bread, well made egg & bacon, fresh fruit and better coffee.
Proximity to main shopping and dining area of Malaga Old Town. Staff shortage due to a holiday meant there was no restaurant, bar or room service.
did not figure out the heating control which appeared easy but did not work as I thought it would, so I was cold all night.
It's very central to Malaga and close to all services, clean and friendly
The hotel central location
Convenient for access to airport.Excellent breakfast bar, and as we had to leave early for the airport, it was available a little earlier than usual enabling us to enjoy it before we checked out. Room quite small.
really good beds!! and a for a not big big room it was a fair size bathroom with space !liked it! fill up the minibar, get some wine there too we are in spain!!! but instead it was a supermercado just next door!!so no complaints...!
Room with a view ! Hairdryer did not work. The cooking rather poor. As bed and breakfast recommendable
Sea view. Breakfast is not included hot food.
The Las Vegas was in a great location - a very short walk to the beach and right off the city metro stop. The staff was not helpful at all for any travel or tour information, but Malaga was so easy to get around in so that made up for that fact. The room was clean and large and was all that was needed, but it was nothing luxuorious. I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a short stay in Malaga and wan to be close to beach and a short walk away from the city center.
Location was excellent and cleanliness of room Bathroom smelt when it rained heavily
Good to stay 2-3 days
Close to the beach and clean room (however ants in the bathroom). Staff speak english. Breakfast was included and paid however we weren't allowed to take out anything from the dining room even small donut!!! There were ants in the bathroom! There was only one channel in English language (cnn). Car noise from the street was annoying
location and the way fr hotel to town. also the sea view fr balony well, the facade, and even the rooms, could use some lil brushing up ;)
The room was a good size and the air conditioning was very afficient. The view from the balcony over the beach was marvellous. The breakfast was very good apart fron the tea and coffee which was out of a machine and was never very hot. The hotel was in a great position but could do with some updating ie. the awning on the dining room windows were in tatters, the paintwork on the balconies was peeling and the bar closed very early although as there was seldomn anyone around I dare say they thought it wasn't worth staying open
The hotel was central to all of the facilites and the city centre. Staff needed to smile more! Near a busy main road. Buildings needed painting around the pool area.
It was very accessible to the beach, 30 min walk from the main shopping in Malaga. Proximity to cultural events and monuments was good. It lacked decent pool facilities, which was in need of some dire t.l.c. The grassy area was poor and unkempt and there was a lack of privacy from the public, as you could be seen from the main roadway and pathway along the beach front. A gate with access sraight onto the beach from was not in use, a simple entrance code system would be good, saving having to go through the main entrance of the hotel each time you wanted to go to the beach.I would say the hotel was tired and little dated.
The hotel was close to the port which suited us as we were going on a cruise. The hotel was very clean, staff pleasant and helpful and the jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Location was only about 10 minutes walk from shopping areas. It would have been nice to have a view from a window but for one night it wasn't a problem and we had no problem with noise.
The weekend deal was good, including a bottle of cava and late check out, breakfast served in the room for an extra small charge. Wonderful for a lazy romantic wake up. Good location, walking distance from El Corte Ingles and also pubs and clubs. It is difficult to find if you drive there. Call the hotel for indications as the main door is in a pedestrian road. Parking not included in the deal, but easy parking available outdoors.
the room was very comfortable the personnel was not able to help us a lot in regards to travel and sight-seeing information.
We stayed for two nights for mini break and the hotel was spot on. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 15min walk to the beach is lovely, however there are not many bars on the sea front! The bedroom was adequate and clean with great freebies including a toothbrush and shoe shine! Don't turn left out of the hotel, you'll walk for miles and see nothing. Always turn right!
Room size Location
Centrally placed hotel in quiet sorrundings, offering good value for the money. Had it been cheaper and still offering the quality I wouldn't have discussed that for long ;o)) No
not enough information about the surrounding area if like us you use malaga as abase .
Absolutly perfect place, 1 minute walk from train station, 5 minute walk to centre. Rooms should be little bit bigger (for two persons), but this is something you can accept if you just sleep at the hotel. It should be problem if you stay for more than a week.
Great for overnight stay following cruise. Handy for Malaga Port and rail link to airport. Very satisfied :-) There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was just what we hoped it would be so we were very pleased with our choice.
nice and clean hotel, pretty atmosphere , on walking distance from the city-center, good price/quality
Very friendly staff at reception. Room very clean with good view over the city. We had the superior room with "terrace" which was really just a ledge. All in all good central hotel close to bus/train stations.Good value for money with excellant breakfast. Close to historic centre of Malaga. Only stayed one night so cannot comment to restauants etc.
The service was excellent ,, food was great . I love the location is right in center of Malaga great commute . Ppl are polite I have nothing negative to say about the hotel . It was just great.
The staff were very friendly and totally sincere and helpful. Laura who works behind the bar in the evenings was especially nice, as we were able to practise our Spanish whilst she practised her English! :) There could have been a pool.
The airco did not work so the room was too warm. The surroundings are very noisy. The staff would not agree with the original booking offer and charged us 6 euro's more.
Modern, pratik Difficult to locate by gps
Location was ascetic.
The staff were excellent and it's proximity to the airport
only stayed one night, could find some food around the hotel even if arrived at past 11PM. Hotel is practicle close to the airport. nice staff.Proper big TV screen I did not have any plate or anything to feed ans give water to my cat even if I wrote an Email prior to my arrival and paid an extra fee for the cat. It is bad that you cannot even buy a sandwish out of the hours.
Friendly staff and reasonably good amenities; no extra charges for child below 12 years; close to the airport Limited breakfast range and accessibility to the centre is not that great (even though it is indeed possible to catch a bus quite close to the hotel)
I liked the room, the service and the food and the fact I could park was a joy To get to the airport, all but a 4 minute journey by road, I had to get a bus, which worked out ok, but getting a taxi from the airport costs 17 euros minimum charge. I found it best to get to central Malagaby going to the airport, and take a train which is a brilliant service.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Good food.
