Nice location, overpriced amenities
We like the location and the staff.
I was shocked that my 2 hardboiled eggs and yogurt (in room breakfast) was $30. My husband got fruit and Muesli and it was an additional $30. $60 for a small breakfast!!! Apparently if you order anything they charge you for a full buffet. Had I know that, I would have just gone downstairs to the buffet. The laundry service was also ridiculously priced. My husband washed 4 pairs of boxers and three pairs of socks and it was $60. Shame on us for not planning better, but shame on them for price gouging.

The location was excellent. Very clea room, bed was very comfortable, bathroom well-equipped and very modern. Front office staff courteous, polite, and helpful.
Hallways to room had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke.

“NH Hotel is wonderfully located near major museums and close to many restaurants and bars. The Hotel is within easy access to the main train station, metro station and taxis. The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One of my suitcases did not arrive on time, the hotel staff went out of its way to ensure the airline was contacted, the bag was traced and I was kept abreast of the situation.”
