Location, restaurant, shuttle
Shuttle drop off location, clean the room, update the room. This is a Hyatt Regency but felt like a La Quinta with a nice lobby and a restaurant. There are other hotels close to LAX, don’t pick Hyatt Regency as it doesn’t live up to the name.

Its super close to the airport. if you can walk 9 minutes to the hotel its a great deal.
The airport is in road change mode therefore waiting for the shuttle is onerous maybe 30 minutes to hour because of the traffic. It is actually a 9 minute walk!!!! I would suggest walking if you don't have too much luggage. It does no good to take a uber or a taxi because they are displaced outside the airport and you have to take a bus to get there.
