Center location Rooms must be ready much before 2 pm.
Well we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Mayfair and the staff could do more for us. We come back to our room to find a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, such a great supprize for both myself and the wife. Would we stay again definitely 100%.
very friendly staff, great bar and good food
Nice room, excellent service, quality casino.
The Hotel was well located and the rooms were modern with all amenities.

Location. deluxe room spacious and well appointed. Too noisy. impossible to sleep well.
Excellent location, nice hotel, but not top rate. Room service breakfast was a bit poor considering price, small details missing for a hi calibre place.
the position of the hotel and not much else not much other than some of the staff. Having stayed at the Helmsley Park Lane I just could not compare the two establishments,
Excellent staff. Very helpful concierge. A hopping, "in" place.
Attention and concern of staff is excellent, especially Anna breakfast hostess in Amba room. Serving staff uneven although Nadia v nice and accommodating too. Hotel overwhelmed by the world travel convention, on all fronts that kind of capacity is hard for the whole 'factory' that is the hotel to function. Eelevators slow, rooms seem tired, and what seemed appropriate three years ago now seems tired and yes, a little rundown.
Location and service was good Problem with the room it was very small, offered improved room after two days
My daughter and I were greeted like we were royalty. Everybody is friendly, efficient and professional. The Ritz is gorgeous and always clean. The servers are very proper and the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend The Ritz, because you will certainly not be disappointed.
Everything Being in a smoking floor
Modern elegance this hotel is one of the finest I have stayed in. Contemporary design Incorporated into the old world charm and classic design of the building, The location is superb I really can't get any more central than this. The stuff are wonderful, right down to the doorman, I've stayed there four times in the past six months, and i must say, it's so nice when the doorman greats you and welcomes you back to the hotel.
Breakfast is amazing
The location of the hotel is unique!!! The room was spacious but the bathroom small and old style.
central and comfortable
Perfect location, helpful and qualified staff. Rooms smaller than expected.
I have stayed there on a few occaisions and have always had excellent service and been made to feel like a valued person
Service They put a service charge on everything.... even in the bar
Location is exellent. The room was extremely small and outdated. I stayed in the hotel many times before and always made the bookings directly with the hotel, the rooms I received were much better. I left the hotel under the impression that I've received a bad room because of my booking through booking.com. Perhaps the rate was good but "there is no free lunch".
the hotel was a little bit special and everything was very well done. the location for oxford street, and picadilly was excellent and within walking distance for convent garden. could have done with teaa making facilities in the room having said that we ordered tea for two via room service which was much nicer than a tea bag in a cup! but expensive.
Location Prefer seperate shower
although i had to move rooms twice because of a tv/internet that didn't work, the staff was very open to helping me get a comfortable room.
english atmosphere just in the hearth of Mayfair concierge too busy
having last stayed there over 30 years ago , it was good to see that nothing much had changed on the ground floor ; the bedroom was very comfortable and we were particularly pleased to be upgraded .
Perfect location Probably it's time to invest in a new remote controls of the TV sets!
very central and comfortable...easy to reach public transport...rooms clean and comfy though a bit too small breakfast was expensive and pay TV did not work
close from shops and resturants I came early in the morning and there was no rooms available! they let me wait for more than one hour although I came from long distance trip! didnt give late check out!
A great central location, yet quiet. Close to Oxford Street, convenient for shopping. Near tube station and city attractions/parks. Hotel staff not helpfull (We asked for info how to get to Luton airport and they sent us to the wrong train station. We almost missed our flight). Twin room was small for two people, internet connection and pay TV not working. Rather expensive (201 pounds/night excl. breakfast). Not really a five star hotel.
My stay was for just one night and for business use, but the 2 key factors for me were location and cleanliness. The checkout was poorly staffed.
The location was good. Overall the hotel is in shabby condition, mis-matched and tacky furniture, thread bare carpeting and dim lighting. The mattress was lumpy, we had no internet service though it was supposed to be provided free. The air conditioning did not work well and the toilet leaked. When we went to take a shower in the morning there was no hot water, we called multiple times and heard a different story each time regarding the water. There was never any hot water and we were told the boiler was broken. The staff was odd, almost seemed like a mafia running the property, very strange to explain. Not friendly or helpful at all, didn't seem to care about any of the issues or challenges we had there. When checking out the clerk just looked at me and handed me a business card for a discount on my next stay! When it was time to catch a cab to the airport, the concierge tried to force us to use a cab service recommended by them. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for a cab, though dozens of empty ones passed by the street in front of us. We finally hailed our own! The roof top lounge is like a ghetto night club, pounding music and lots of drunk teens staggering through there as well as the lobby. The gym has 4 pieces of equipment, all kind of old and not looking to safe to use, quite a joke! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are looking for a drunk-fest in London in a sleazy hotel. This was definitely not a value, our basic needs were not met.
The staff are very nice & helpful. The steps infront of the enterance gate which makes it a bit difficult for baby strollers.
Great location Hallway is dirty, room does not have tea/coffee maker, however when we asked they did bring us.
the most we like was the location in the centre the most accept the room and the lobby where very bad.chairs in the breakfast room was onacceptebel.the bar on the roof was very , very bad, while the price is a hilton price. no we nevr schould go back.we always are going to hilton in the world but this was the most bad hilton we ever saw.
I stay in this hotel at 3 time, but at that time my room was auful - all was broken and was very uncomfortable.
Unfriendly personal; worn out hotel and a shame for the hilton group. Compared to the langham hilton where I stayed 2 nights before. This hotel is totally out of wack in price quality; Their web site is misleading.
Hotel staff on checkout were argumentative and unhelpful and slow to resolve problem. One lift was permanently out of order and there were no stairs.
I liked the location, I could walk anywhere I needed to go. The restruant was usefu l didn't like the idea that I would be charged for moving anything in the mini bar.
Very well placed Room too close to the lift and described as deluxe but given standard
Excellent location I booked 3 rooms at the price shown on the website but the hotel in all cases added vat and I had to apply for a refund.
they didnt give me deluxe room i booked and there is no benifets for this kind of rooms
The Location and the restuarant area Nothing, everything was good
Great location for access, very clean and in a very safe area with access to convient stores ,subway and shopping. We had booked a smoking room & even confirmed with hotel by phone but were very disappointed to find out none were available yet if we paid a premiumn we could obtain one. We found this very tacky along with the internet charges.
This hotel is in a good location and easy access to the Underground. The bed was comfortable and the flat screen TV was nice. The standard double we had was functional. I think most hotel rooms in London are on the small side and this was no different. Short story the room worked and we didn't spend much time there. The hotel room we had was a little "tired". The carpet needed replacing and some of the tiles in the bathroom had been repaired poorly. The furniture was nice quality but pretty worn out. The mini bar had been cleared out of the usual wares and left for personal use which was nice. But the old "sensors" were in the bins where things used to be sold. The internet was out while we were there but they were "working" on it. For the money it was clear we were paying for the location because anywhere else at that price would be a nice hotel.
swimming pool was great.such a great location. friendly staff. our room was quite small.noisy at night.service charge on a glass of wine nearlly £1!
The good location of the hotel. The window in the room was boarded up making it very dark.
Excellent breakfast, very kind personnell, very nice swimming pool. Location is excellent, very close to Buckingham Palace, Green Park, Regent Street, Oxford street. İt is in the heart of London. Building is facinating. Bathroom is very small. The room does not fit to 5 star hotel although it is very clean and has comfortable beds. The room is smaller than I expected.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful Quite a lot of noise from outside late at night - sounded like work was going on close by
Location is excelente!! Great to be able to have a swim in the morning. Rooms on the small side, although adequate. Breakfast was again adequate rather then excelente as would expect from this hotel.
Hotel staff Room size
9th floor rooms are very bad.we asked to change the room to lower floor that was o.k.bathroom fittings are very old and smells and it is not woth spending so much money to stay in such a hotel.no place to sir in lobby.
Location, center of London, near Piccadilly Circus. Easy to reach by Sub. Small room for this kind of hotel, no air conditionning. Price for English breakfeast too high.
great location, the club lounge was great with snacks most of the day, the pool, very big room windows were small and looked straight into the walls of another building so you could only just about see the sky and the room was very dark. bathrooms a little dated. One of the consigners was rather snooty and not very approachable
very friendly and relaxing breakfast was not good and expensive
especially the location
the location the room is small
Staff very attentive & helpful. Needed to change room as one allocated initally by reception did not match description on purchase from website.
Closeness to a lot of major tourist attractions. Service charge. I think it is disgusting that I had to pay 78p for someone to remove two bottle tops.
The location in the centre of St.James is excellent. Quiet and understated comfort and luxury.
Is very close to the interesting point of attraction, like Buckingham Palace,National Galleria. It is in central part of the town but you have quiet. Also is very close to shopping area. The breakfast is good. The rooms are too small, also the bed.
An excellent hotel with very pleasant and professional staff. My only minor complaint would be the lovely fruit served at breakfast was too cold and the hot breakfast was self service and not as nice as if cooked to order.
good TV no iron in the room
Hotel breafast room and bar lovely, room a bit small. Hotel staff were not good on arival, first time arrived told could not book in as too early, second time arrived asked us to move to another of their hotels to do them a favour! We said no!!!
Helpful and friendly staff The address was a little misleading as the main entrance was around the corner!
Clean, tidy, pleasant staff Bar drinks highly expensive in hotel....noise form entertainment area above our room was too much for our liking with chairs being dragged across the floors at late hours
This little jewel of a hotel is Soho chic. I can't say enough good things about it! It is perfectly located, priced under similar hotels, small enough to be personal but large enough to have a really exceptional restaurant and rooftop bar that appeared to have a London insider following. I say it is the best kept secret in London & would recommend it to anyone! Absolutely nothing!
Great location. Good service. Brilliant rooftop bar.
I liked the rooftop bar. The friendliness of staff. and the champagne cocktails.
Location is just perfect, clean room The room is far too small for its price. Breakfast is poor.
