room was quite spacious and location quite central food was not very good byt fair for England
The Hotel staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and very very helpful. They always remember me from my previous stay. The disabled facilties are not upto dda standards. The ramp to the reception is unsafe, too steep and not legal!! You must get the electric wheelchair lift repaired and make sure that it can operated by the wheelchair user from the pavement. either that place a bell outside so that the attention of the reception staff can be alerted. I would recommend this hotel to able bodied persons, but not to wheelchair users.
Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, well positioned for C London.
The very good location of the hotel and helpful staff, also good heating. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work too well and no extractor for the steam in bathroom.
its central position to Kingsbridge and shopping Water in bath and shower not hot enough at any time
Pool Paper thin walls, constant slamming of doors in the hallway!
The location of the hotel - central, being within walking distance of Knightsbridge tube station, yet quiet enough to get an undisturbed nights sleep! Vey clean hotel, providing a very good breakfast.
This was a very charming hotel. The location was wonderful - only a few blocks from an Underground station and Hyde Park. The staff was great - very helpful and friendly. The concierge helped with getting tickets to museums and other attractions as well as trains, which saved a great deal of time not waiting in long lines. We took advantage of the breakfast service. The food was good with lots of options. The waitstaff was very attentive. We did not have to wait long for assistance. The maid staff was fine as well and also very friendly. On several occasions, we had to call the front desk to request additional towels and they arrived within minutes. The Rembrandt is an older hotel with some of the issues associated with that. For example, the "switch" that controlled power to the room would "break" if the bathroom door was closed to hard in our room or a neighboring room. This could be easily fixed by tapping on the control panel. The room had a small table and desk, so there was no room for a wardrobe. It was a little difficult living out of a suitcase for two weeks. It would have been smarter to remove the desk and substitute some drawers for clothing.
The Rembrandt is in a great location not far from the many sights of London. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and a spa bath! It was excelent.
Well designed room; very complete; lots of nice touches. Heated towel rack; jacuzzie tub; upscale furnishings; even has a couple of 110/115 outlets. Location cannot be beat; just down from Harrods and up from South Kensington Underground station two stops away from Victoria Station and 4 stops away from Westminster Station. The BigBus "hop on hop off" number 36 is just out front and the narrated tour the bus provides last right at 3.5 hours with city traffic and goes to every single place of interest. Tour bus pricing varies based on package deal but around $30 per person. The staff of the hotel always exceeds expectation; Neal, the head concierge; is full of insights for the area; found us a large private van to Heathrow for $65. We had 4 big bags from a twoo week Cruise, so the large Mercedes was excellent. The hotel and its ammenities are moderately pricied if not leaning a little toward expensive, as in breakfast; but in tota,l worth the money especially if on vacation. A superior experience; will stay here again when visiting London for sure.
Our room was on the small side.
Service was outstanding. They provided extra towels and outlet adapter when asked. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great place to use for our home base for our anniversary getaway to London. Centrally located downtown. Close to the tube. Full English breakfast was included in our reservation but I was informed that not every reservation qualified for the "full" breakfast and instead they received a continental breakfast. Limited menu in hotel restaurant.
It was good returning to a hotel we knew where the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Excellent location Comfortable Good breakfast Doormen need to greet people
parking room cleanliness
This hotel is the quietest in london
public areas look really well, staff very good and very convenient location I perbooked internet access but it did not work satisfactorily. When I reported it a new connection was brought up fairly quickly but I had been very inconvenienced overnight and in checking in online in time and on checkout the front desk staff did not appear able to handle a request that some deduction to the 24 hour rate be made.
What I liked about this hotel was the close vicinity to Kensington gardens and the underground station we stayed at this hotel two times this trip, The first saty we checked in early, the only room available was at the mezzanine. though it was a non smoke room, the room smelled badly and the outlets for the laptop were hidden behind the refrigerator. The second time we upgraded to a better more expensive room , which was nicer but also showed some bad points, the exterior windows seals were partly gone, and the airconditioning which looked ancient was noisy. Overall my impression was that this was once a great hotel for its day but today is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. Also the exterior looks very dirty. The prices are very high compared to the room you get. Overall I don't think I would make use of this hotel again.
The friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always smiling and extremely helpful.
The location was terrific, service was good, hotel clean, room (including air conditioning) was very comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was easy access to buses and the underground. No
Staff were very helpful. Nice clean looking lobby. Good fire escape facilities. At check-in were trying to charge us for an extra baby cod (child < 2yrs) while in the initial advertisement baby cods were free of charge. After a short but crisp discussion showing them booking info on paper printed from the site, staff finally admitted the cod was indeed free of charge. Phone charges for local calls are ridiculously expensive, real robbery. Looking at the quality of the rooms, the general service facilities and costs, and comparing with other hotels, a 4-star classification is overrated.
Dinner was excellent
Handy for the Albert Hall and Kensington shopping
The location - it's literally across the metro station of Gloucester Road The bathroom acessories were poor for a 4 star, the furnishings need to be refreshed as they are a bit sad.
Well situated near restaurants, shops & tube stations.
It is a good honest hotel with a great location
Location very convenient for underground, airport and services
co-operation of staff increasement of room rate within the same week
location bathroom needed some updating lampshade was broken
Very helpful staff. For that rate, the rooms we were given were very small and did not have a proper heating system. The room was very cold.
Very conveniently located with nice facilities. In this day and age, no hotel guest should have to pay for internet access.
Great Location and great views of Kensington Palace, staff that spoke english were good. Room was small, price was high for room and some staff very poor.
Friendly and helpful staff, good rooms and service level. Noisy street - room facing the road, not flexible check in/out hours despite that I informed the reception about early arrival and departure in advance.
Great location on Kensington High Street. Pleasant view from room. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Location was perfect. The hotel staff recommended some excellent restaurants and were extremely helpful.
The location was excellent and the staff were great ambassadors for the hotel from reception through to housekeeping
the Tenth floor bar/restaurant is superb and has fantastic views throughout the day. the staff were fabulous the room was a bit dated and worn but still very nice.
Excellent staff and good room for London
The room was comfortable and spacious, whilst the staff were vwery attentive.
Location And the room Gym can be better.
I liked the fact that it is located beside the Hyde Park which gives a nice view from your room and makes it easy to take a walk there and enjoy the fresh air. Didnt like the GYM.
The location to the Albert Hall. We were not pre-warned that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment and therefore noise levels were very high.
I will not book a room in this hotel again because, having paid 200 pounds per night: - It took me half an hour to have a mediocre shower since the fresh water hardly run through the pipes (despite the washroom being recently refurbished). - The room was very noisy (street cars and doors slapping all night). - The complimentary breakfast (I paid for) was ridiculous. No salty/warm food, only some fresh fruit (which was good) and industrial pastries (along with the standard drinks, of course). R. Arranz (14/11/14)
there was a washing hose in the bathroom the rooms are a bit cold
The staff were very friendly, room was very well presented and very clean, parking was very conveniantly considering the Hotels location. Would have been helpful if the name of the hotel was displayed on the main road(high street) as at a glance its a casino. had to drive by a couple of times to find the main entrance of hotel. Not good!
location your company procedure for the reservation was very poor & unprofessional
very good bath amenities and good food timely service excellent location the rooms are to small the bathrooms dont have bidets and the room should have been properly checked b4 hand as light bulbs didnt work the shower drain was blocked
Very handy for city centre The bathroom was too small
very good location of hotel, near park, nice part of city, excellent for city trip. no
bedrooms where beautifully decorated, and the bed was really big and comfy
i like evere thing in Sheraton Park Tower no thing
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room atmosphere is verycomfortable. Reception and Councier staff are very efficient and welcoming Nothing of significance, though we have to ask them daily for the coffee mate, cream and cups. They provide only two small packets daily, which means each guest can only frink one cup a day !! a bit annoying. Furthermore, they offered to upgrade to me to Business floor against paying 75 pounds daily. The room was exactly the same as the classic. the only additional things were new furniture (meaningless), breakfast and internet access. The additional charge was exremely high for these things!
Room was comfortable, breakfast was good Breakfast was overpriced
Spacious rooms with awesome view. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Location Very good breakfast Poor mattress on bed No phone reception Ridiculous internet charges Room in the cellar. But like a dungeon with little natural light
Quiet room but had a great view on the 3rd floor. The shower was awesome. No one bothered us. The breakfast was ample. Room was larger than I expected from photos, thankfully. No one helped us with the front door or our luggage -even though we obviously needed help as there were no automatic doors. The sheets were a bit scratchy and bed wasn't the best but acceptable. They originally checked us into a room that was still being repaired -tool box and all! Luckily we were quickly moved to a better room with a nice view. Overall it was a good stay.
Friendly staff, good location for west / central london, new and good breakfast room much more spacious and relaxing than many i've been in before. Good value for money
The fact that you have to pay a rediculous amount of money for internet usage. I think they can inlcude it in the price of the hotelrooms. And they were working on the building which made it noisy.
Room was comfortable and quiet, despite facing Cromwell Road. Bathroom fittings were rather well used, the chrome was largely off the taps and shower. The requirement to produce identity when you sign in for a pre-booked and paid for room seemed unnecessary.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely tatty, we had a entrance door that had a 3" gap, chips in the enamel bath and cracks in the cistern and furniture of the room. Also the TV had only 2 channels that worked. It was quite noisy outside our room the following morning, probably due to the huge gap in the door!
clean rooms, good breakfast, value for money poor attitude at reception, cold behaviour, not treated as guests. if someone is new to the country and systems, he or she should be informed and suggested, not be frowned on.
Price, location comfort
close to train station n/a
location and close to underground station
The matress was superb. We had the best sleep ever. The cleaning lady did not speak English well so it was not easy to communicate. Firstly, they opened the door a 8 o'cock in the morning to deliver the newspaper. THey could have slipped it under the door. Moreover, new towels were added every day but the previous ones were left behind. So after a four night stay we ended up with a pile of towels in our bathroom.
central location plus comfort and cleanliness of room
A great choice for leisure trips to London. Hilton quality without the central London prices!
Friendly staff, comfortable room N/A
Excellent location. Rude (male) receptionist staff.
The friendliness of the staff the relaxed atmosphere and the comfortable bedand pillows.
Staff were frindly Too small room compare to the price paid for!
Good hotel to enjoy London for a few days; conveniently close to central metro line and Westfield shopping mall. Excellent breakfast facilities. Windows need to stay closed to keep traffic noise out if you stay in the road facing rooms (Holland Park Avenue). Bathroom could be better for a 4 star hotel, almost no water pressure and limited hot water supply during peak hours.
Food was good. I never realised that the Hilton group operated low budget hotels with rooms smaller than most other hotels.
The location is great for people from Oxford as the bus stops right outside and nearby is Westfield Shopping
Everything worked as it should; good location for Tube and attractions, Museums. Queuing for breakfast; we shouldn't need to be shown to a table and have breakfast explained to us. It's a good breakfast. Just get on with it!
Great location, staff was excellent. A bit old, but so is most of London, - minor compared to the benefits, it was in good condition given how old building was.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and accomodated an early check in.Especially like to mention Andrea Doyle who showed a great deal of empathy and was agreat ambassador for the hotel. Room was small, you could hardly get past the bed, staircase still not finished which detracted from otherwise luxurious feel to the hotel. Not sure you could desribe it as a superior double !
V nice hotel, attentive staff. Room too small, had to ask several times to have safe fixed, extra blanket provided and light bulb replaced. Reception desk not v well- manned (often empty).
This hotel is so beautiful, amalgam of charming English style with some bold fashion details Hotel rooms are gorgeous, all are renovated, free WiFi, complimentary coffee and tea in the room, good size closet and 24 h room service! Location is tremendous few minutes walk to a shopping area including Harrods mall, there are many restaurants and cafes near by as well, from fancy 5 star French to little local bars, all are great! If you are about explore the city, right on the corner from the hotel there are few museums, Hyde Park and Kensington palace! Safe, clean neighborhood, 3min walk to the South Ken Tube Station, just perfect! I am very happy with the hotel, staff is so friendly and very helpful
The location for sightseeing, the facilities and the staff of the hotel were excellent. The costs to stay were also very reasonable. I reccomend this hotel to stay.
very nice design hotel, comfy lobby & rooms showergel / shampoo weren't filled up after user
very nice hotel in a great area. the reception staff is fantastic a bit less the service employees. all in all good place
clean room, facilities good, breakfast v.good if little expensive .service quick efficient good location room small bit cramped
- turndown service - chocolates on pillows - let me check-in early - helped me secure a taxi for wherever I was going - friendly attentive staff
The spaciousness of the lobby. Not stuffy! The problem was they had no booking from us,checked everything! They solved it and gave us a room for the price agreed.
Loved the location, the staff, the overall comfort of the hotel. It was perfect. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to be in the south kensington area.
Ultra quiet room. Good bar. Good location Used Kayak to request an early check-in (1 hr) to make a confidential business call. Automessage from hotel "could not commit" to this. Arrived 90 mins early to plead my case, but didn't get access till 10 mins prior to 3pm check-in. In other words, they placed zero priority on this simple ask despite having 4 hrs between departure and check-in. Also requested a room with a desk and accessible outlets, but got a room with no desk at all - and only accessible outlets were under the television, across the room at the head of the bed. Lighting in room was terrible. Very slow service in the restaurant
it was close to the underground station & within walking distance of the museums.
Its a good hotel in an excellent location but pricey - you are paying for the location and it is a safe area close to tourist attractions. Only the cost
Very clean hotel, very nice location
The location is excellent near all sort of transportation & all touristic atraction, staff are very helpfull rooms are clean, not a bad view
Friendly staff, good location for public transp. And neraby Museums Fitness room not available for young people (14)
The hotel is a fantastic location. Great value for the area. A very nice Holiday Inn, nothing fancy but good, clean and safe. I would highly recommend, the only reason I did not give it Excellent for everything is I would reserve that for a truly 5 star hotel or luxury boutique hotel. This was neither, but served our needs and met all of my expectations.
The hotel was conveniently located in South Kensington close to the Gloucester Road tube station. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet and offered some good options for dining.
They had smoking rooms available, they respected my comment for a room above the 20th floor, they had a fridge. It was 2 minutes walking distance from the tube station. They gave us a corner room on the 23rd room, hiding the view :-(
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. It was so cold outside despite it was only September, so I would have appriciated if there was a heating in the room.
The rooms was very small and rather on the cheap side for this grade of hotel.
I stayed only for one night to be closer to my departure the next day, but after having stayed at airbnb apartments, staying at the Holiday Inn was a fresh experience!! Clean, comfortable and a good value Liked everything! Perhaps only that the noise from the next room was a bit loud but that didnt last.
Location was very convenient for the event"Art London" I was attending. It is a good hotel. The only issue I had was with the lifts which would not reconise my room card when I arrived and I had to wait almost 10 mins for a lft to the ground floor from the 3rd floor!
great location, good staff. wonderful and helpful concierge
It is a very good location for us for shopping, resturants and good bars. no complaints
Location was good. near tube station. walking distance from good shops. Beds uncomfortable hollow in centre. wrote in dust!! Otherwise ok.
The Location Only! Rooms were so small & Internet expensive
Close to shopping center, harrod etc. Too small area
Our room was dressed well with comfortable bedding, however the bathroom was in desperate need of some tlc! Breakfast was very poor. We had full English breakfast minus the work 'full'. There was no sausage, eggs, mushrooms. Just beans and bacon! It was reported to the manager, of which he disappeared and came back 20 min its later after I had finished by piece of bacon and informed us the eggs were then available. a little too late. Not an enjoyable breakfast experience. Concierge and the bar staff were friendly. Your basically paying for the location and not the hotel class. In desperate need of a makeover and a kick up the arse in the breakfast restaurant!
Its proximity to the center, it has a very good restaurant and bar...great food The staff is ultra professional with a smile
It is brilliantly situated - great for shopping but don't spend a lot of time in the room - it is so small it will drive you mad. No gym and stupidly expensive wifi You couldn't swing a cat in the room. Expensive wifi
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent location.
Had the best breakfast! Super cocktail bar. Fantastic location. Room a little small.
Internet Connetions was very bad !
The location was ideal for my purpose. The room was very small indeed. The lounge/bar area was poortly lit and extremely noisy with either canned music or even louder live music. Breakfast is not included in the pricec and was very expensive. It's better to buy a sandwich at the supermarket across the road.
The hotel had character and was not like a chain hotel. The location was within walking distance of a lot of things to do in the city but it wasn't in the middle of all the action. I found the hot water in the bathroom to be unpredictable and often ran cold unexpectedly.
atmoshpere, position, The only fault shower was abismal in room 535, severe lack of water pressure
Very convenient for Underground and taxis and walking to Knightsbridge and the Royal Albert Hall. Restaurant was good and comfortable at lunchtime. Breakfast was disorganised and over-crowded, as well as overpriced. I would recommend taking breakfast in one of the neighbouring cafes.
Location and fair sized room with good bathroom. Considering the substantive room rate it is annoying that you have to pay 8£/hr for internet
We liked everything. The room and bathroom were lovely (we had a club room), well furnished, spacious, comfortable and elegant. No
Location was perfect, just a short tube ride to everything. Lots of nice cafes & pubs near by. The Lifts, there were 3 but only one working, so it was waiting forever for a full lift and wait until they piled out before it came back down empty again.
Closeness to tube station No
Location in Gloucester Road and the Station was excellent.Ammbience of the hotel and the hotel staff was very good Olives Restaurant. We were delayed for an evening meal and we had to walk out before eating to go to the theatre
We liked the refurnished rooms, very clean and beutiful. The continental breakfast was very good and the service at the breakfast room very good! The location near Earls Court Underground is very convenient. I tryed to get in contact through e-mail in beforehand to see if I could have a large room but I didnt get any answer from the hotel. If you are easily disturbed by noice you should ask for a room on the frontside to the street, because on the backside you hear the trains coming and going. For us it was no problem, but it could be for other persons.
The room was very small, but entirely functional. As I was on my own, it exactly met with my requirements. Quite a lot of night time traffic.
Staff lovely. Hotel bedrooms way too hot and back bedrooms very noisy. Windows would benefit from double glazing keeping outdoor noise down and perhaps enabling heating to be turned down
the location was suitable for my needs, the hotel staff very kind my room was too small
second time that i overnight there, this time i got an apartment that it is quite nice even if it is in the basement. not so much to say. fair hotel, they have to do something for the breakfast room there is not space to pass true tables
The staff was excellent -- very accomodating. The room decor was pleasing and the location was great (close to a tube station, and lots of restaurants and pubs in the immediate area). Noise from the underground trains kept us awake when we stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, but staff were happy to switch us to a room at the front of the hotel, which was much quieter.
Very pleasant hotel and staff
The room was beautifully presented but the double bed was two beds pushed together which resulted in a deep groove between the two beds. So it wasn't as comfortable as you'd expect
decent staffs and breakfast, very mordern probably refurnbished recently... a good location near the station as well... room and bathroom are quite small, quite noisy because it was near the station and close to roads
Very good location in London.Efficient reception staff . When I arrived I got the 4 W appartment - a nightmare.Smelly, messy, cold, no telephone, bad TV, dirty cups on the cupboard..etc ..Then, after complaints they changed me to a nicer one - and I was happy - nice reception staff. So whatever you do , stay away from 4W ! (Breakfast- very basic and lack of space)
We were in the apartment part of the Mayflower. We had booked an efficiency room and they gave us a free upgrade to a one-bedroom, which was great! It was located very near tube station in a nice area.
Excellent breakfast in our room. Air con in the bar - we were freezing at 8pm on Sunday.
location only room was smoky on non smoking flooor
there were very obviously prostitutes hanging around inside the hotel at night and this was not discreet at all
friendly faces during peak season the hotel should have more than one choice to experience the after noon treat
nice rooms, clean pool, staff is excellent
Service minded hotel staff , devotedness of the concierge staff helping and organizing theater, journeys etc
The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were really nicely fitted out with unexpected amenities like Bose iPod speakers.Great position for most of Londons attractions. Nice touches like coffee and croissants available in reception for early check out guests. Room service and housekeeping were particularly quick with their assistance and the prter conciege people seemd to genuinely want to help. Overall a really nice place to stay. The restaurant facilities are very poor indeed. The casual restaurant is right in the reception and was blighted by a freezing cold blast of wind every time the main door opened ( which was many times ). It also looked more like a reception than a place to eat - a place to drink coffee or wait for someone rather than a place to eat, even casually. The menu offered high quality food but the range was very limited, especially for vegetarians. In fact vegetarians in general are very poorly served by this hotel.
spacious room and amenities in room slow service in the Chinoiserie and staff not paying attention to room, must wait to catch their attention
staff location facilities room and bathroom too small 2 coffee and a water gbp16
Our stay at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower was truely amazing, the service is excellent, we were upgraded on arrival due to a request I had made, as it was my husband's birthday. The atmosphere is great the staff cannot do enough for you. The treatments were brilliant. Can't wait for our next trip.
Very clean. Friendly staff, quiet room. Single room was small, and did not have a dresser, only a closet. The bed was kind of hard.
Location Lift works badly
Staff were friendly and attentive, bar food was excellent quality and value for money, room was high standard Very warm
location was good and room/staff were good room was a bit small but only what one has to expect with a central london hotel in this style
Everything was great, from the room, the location and the staff. I have never experience a more friendly or helpful staff. They were definitely there to make sure we were happy and comfortable, and they did a wonderful job! Nothing
breackfast and it's service is excelleny bell captain arranged taxi, seems to be an unlicenced taxi. they don't have a meter and want to hard sell
breakfast! also peace & quiet and proximity to Tube and other amenities sulphurous smell from bathroom, not from my use of the facilities but even coming into the room after a day out
convenient location intial room I was allocated was tiny, but they were happy to move me when I complained
Incredibly small room. Also smely.
Bimal was incredibly helpful. The rooms were VERY small. We switched from a postage stamp sized room to one with another 10 square feet. The cleaning staff talked loudly on their cell phones as they went from room to room.
Location ! Street noise
The Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt breakfast was very very good indeed. Great choice, perfectly cooked and great service No Cold Water in the rooms.
Very close to Tube station...easy access to all the main sights. Very clean rooms and public areas. Excellent Concierge!! Super breakfast. Only one (of 2) lift working and not very well....kept breaking down!!! Bar was very limited, no draught lagers/beers etc.
Location Narrow bath.
The room was really good but the A/C was not working and it was really hot They did not say that the cooling system in the hotel was not working when we checked in
central location The room was basically clean, however the mattresses were brown with age and looked disgusting
Very convenient location. Good facilities. I always stay here when I'm in London On this stay the air conditioning was not working. It was very hot in the room because it was summer. The hotel did provide fans but it was not ideal.
the location of hotel is very good. underground metro in front, supermarket and restaurants are nearby. The hotel is very clean and good decorated
Staff helpful, good location Rooms are very small
The tube stop was close.Concierge was very helpful. We requested a non smoking room and that was not honored.Stayed on the top floor , and found it extremely hot.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and overall a nice environment. Close to the tube station! The concierges were not that knowledgeable or helpful. They were unaware of local shows and used a basic service to get play tickets that I could have probably bought online just as easily. Also when we asked them later for a delivery, they searched and said they had none, we had to come back and ask again...they found it and said 'Oh, we thought you meant a package delivery, not ticket delivery'. Real air conditioning instead of a swamp cooler would have been nice.
Central placed, good room No
location was good. The hotel staff was not helpfull at all. When I was checking in receptionist was talking to her friends in russian and didn't give me any information at all. Also when I asked for internet access, they told me that internet access cards are finished and I had to wait for next day.
Price, very reasonable indeed Very Very Hot in the building
we didn't like it.
The rooms reminded me of a prison cell. The beds were lumpy and my feet hung off the bed at night. The tv remote did not work and a small tv was mounted off the ceiling in the corner. The twin bedroom is two small cots pushed together as one bed. a "triple" room upgrade is the same exact room with a third cot crammed. Can barely walk in the room with two people and luggage. There was no hot water one morning. One early night I stood for 20 minutes before someone showed up to reactivate my room key. I would not recommend this hotel.
the bed was uncomfortable, and metal supports down the sides poked through the matress.
Location No place to leave bags after checking out.
The location and overall the room was clean. Also breakfast is quite affordable a 10£ (for London standards). The size of the room is pathetically small and looks very tired, dark and gloomy. Comfort of mattress poor. Only one elevator serving the whole hotel, really insufficient. To hold your luggage they charge 5£, first time in my life I get charged for that... WiFi worked very poorly with disconnections and very poor bandwith. I cannot recommend it if having a reliable internet connection is something you are counting on.
Staff was friendly and location Room was extremely small. We were supposed to get 2 double beds and they were together one next to each other. Also they want to charge you 5 pounds per day for 1 device to get wifi. Found this very ridiculous due to the fact we are tourist and need to connect to internet.
proximity to the statio the staff behaviour. i was not issued a receipt for the payment i made.
did not like the very unprofessional staff at reception, did not like that there were menus in foyer and bed room when any time i wanted to order drink and food was unavailable, lay out of bedroom very uncomfortable.
location and price no bar service
Location Extremely small rooms and bath tub. Very small bed. Poor breakfast. Internet is not free.
