Great location very close to the beach - 1 min! 20 min on foot to the Lagos centre along the beach, so nice walk. The staff was very nice and responsive to our requests. The apartment we got was nice spacious with all needed facilities and balcony with sea view! Very good value for money especially off season.

The staff is very rude. The rooms have no air conditioning, they become terrible hot during summer days.

It is a 2 km from the downtown and more form the best beaches... without a car it is not good.
