Very nice building, good atmosphere. AC is a bit loud, matress of bed a bit thin, like in most Indian Hotels.
The hotel is very nicely decorated and overall beautiful throughout. The rooms are clean and service is friendly. Location is quite far from central Jaipur, and the amenities are quite expensive overall (laundry, rooftop restaurant). The business center is nearly useless. Wifi is very poor.
The comfort level was fine.Nothing much to say about the good points. I did not find the staff courteous. The waiters at the roof top restaurant were not at all polite. They need to improve a lot in this area. The guys preparing the final bill did a flat Rs.3000/- on the room rate without including any additional benefits of booking through booking.com.I would not recommend this hotel in future to anyone.
Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is good value for money. Roof top restaurant was very good. Wifi was working in rooms (I stayed two nigths in different rooms.)
-Nice furnishings in room -Hot showers with good water pressure -Beautiful private balcony off the bedroom -Extremely kind and welcoming staff -Location is not very central
The beautifully designed rooms, the singles roomy, classy and spacious. Just a little away from the center of things, but not a major problem.
the place was int he middle of city and nice garden to dinner Only the internet was not waorking however irt was not the fault of hotel rather the provider. Maybe also because of Diwali
The hotel is truly amazing, it should be at least a 4-star. The decor is fantastic and the rooms are clean and very neat. We had lunch in the restaurant on the rooftop and the food was good as well. Really recommend it if you're looking for a cheap stay in a fancy place.
The personal are very helpful and made our stay valuable No major issue
The building was old in indian style and the hotel managed to keep it that way. They have maintained the interior really good with all thoses photos and old arts and painting in display The service staff were not that good. They do not understand english. Most of the guests I noticed were foreigners and the staff do not speak english. They also do not look neat and clean.
The place at night was safe and a little haven away from the (good) madness of old Jaipur. The chicken tikka at the roof top resto was the best I had in the whole trip. you need to plan to be away from the hotel - it isn't really in the location where you can just nip back to if you need something.
The room 410 (a family room) was big. There is a lift. The staff was good. The bathroom was a bit rundown. There was mold on the walls above the shower. The toilet flush and the tap leaked.
It's was clean, confortable and with modern furniture, good location. breakfast must be improved!
The staff were very welcoming and supportive. My waiter had even gone to the trouble to put my name in the milk at the top of the coffee at breakfast. The computer technician and the A.C. engineers came promptly to solve my problems and answer questions. The swimming pool was disappointing as it was small and crowded - mainly with children. The sauna and steam rooms did not seem to be working at first but the situation was rectified.
