The "express check out" system is easy for people like me that have to rush to leave.
The staff was outstanding. Willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as good as possible.
The staff was really nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Everything was clean. The pool was so cold. The hot water in our room was also come and go. We had cold showers the first day we stayed there and hot the second day. It ended up being a guessing game if the shower would be hot for everyone.
Liked the hotel a lot. The room was comfortable and roomy. The indoor pool was very nice also. Was supposed to stay for two nights but they entered the info wrong. They were very helpful at helping get us another room at another hotel for the first night though. Then discounted the second night for the trouble.
We liked everything from the outside being nice and clean to the inside was nice and clean. Staff was nice. I was afraid with it being so close to airport we wouldn't sleep but didn't even hear any planes. Nice pool area. I didn't know that they didn't have hot breakfast food till a certain time which was after we had to leave. Also the elevator was extremely slow.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The place is fairly well maintained and cleaned. The rooms have a nice layout and are very roomy. The breakfast was very, very good with lots of variety. The hallways were wide and the decor was very modern and comfortable. Free USA Today and good sized HD TVs with the full DirectTV package available. Small fridge, microwave and iron/ironing board in each room were very welcome. The hot tub/pool is clean with a nice layout, but the "hot tub" was the same temperature as the pool. The pool temp was around 80, which is comfortable for a pool, but not for a hot tub. I would have liked at least 100. The room I was in must have had a leak in the roof around the ventilation fan in the bathroom. The paint was sagging and peeling in that area. The air conditioning unit in the room wasn't very efficient. I had it set at its lowest position (60), yet the room never got below 76. It was just slightly uncomfortable to stay in and sleep in. The wifi was very iffy. There were times it would work great, but other times where it was completely useless. I could watch streaming video in the morning (World Cup soccer/Netflix), but couldn't even read my email at night. Front desk referred me to their IT department offsite and they seemed to solve the problem the first night, but it occurred every night I was there. It seemed the system was overloaded with too many users. Large cement patio area just off the indoor pool area would have been a great place to hang out, lay out, eat out, etc. on, but there was no furniture out there and there was no key entry on the exit door from the pool to the patio.
Breakfast was good, location within half hour of convention center given the lateness we registered for the convention ... 1 month prior. Room and linens were clean. Staff very friendly. Location right off freeway. Pool nice. Very poor hot water supply each of three mornings for hot showers. Was obvious owners have dialed back hot water capacity to save costs. When we complained, the staff only sadly acknowledged the fact - they were cordial, apologetic, but could not change the situation. I would not stay there again for that reason - hot water insufficient. Pool jacuzzi not heated but regular pool water temp!
I woke up at 1 am with a dry throat. I grabbed the ice bucket and went searching for ice. I ended up on the main floor frustrated by finding nothing. The only vending was at the front desk and they wanted way to much for water. I ended up drinking warm water from the room sink. gross. Also there beds are rock hard. Like super firm.
The staff were very busy with large sports parties arriving for regional competition that weekend. Nonetheless, they were very friendly and accommodating, and welcomed me immediately.
There was nothing to not like. Started by being greeted by a very friendly desk clerk and was a good experience the whole way through.
The location, staff and facility were excellent. My "Double Room" had only one bed (A king size) and a sofa conversion to a bed. Evidently the term "two people and double room" does not mean two beds.
The stay was comfortable and they were very accommodating with helping us find a good place to eat. Their driver was great! He helped me drop off my rental car and got us to the airport early in the morning! Great place and I wish I could have tipped the driver more! A total asset to the company.
Dated, constant rattle from fridge/microwave
I initially booked a room with a whirlpool in it but as turns out it was not the room I got. Other than that our stay was great.
The staff were very helpful. The airport shuttle service was prompt & convenient. Thank you
The staff was helpful when they gave away our room. They upgraded us to a suite. The carpet was stained, pillows had stains on them, and the furniture had lots of stains and were filthy!
Excellent check-in process! Excellent complimentary Breakfast!! nothing
I definitely like the amenities to go along with the price. It was a Great place, especially for the cost and proximity to Indianapolis.
We stayed here before a flight out of indy. We selected it because of its low price only to find out later that it is another $29 to leave your car. It was dirty and not well maintained. We were told the shuttle left at 4 and 4:45 the next morning and I told him we would be down for one of them. The next morning we were called at 10 till four saying we had to be at the 4 o'clock one because we didn't schedule another pick up time?! We had an 11 month old with us so this wouldn't work. They did work with us in the end and agree to come get us at 4:30.
This was a great stay - close to the city and all the activities we were doing but a much more affordable package then a downtown option. It could use an up-grade, but the beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly!
Beds comfortable and staff friendly. What really turned us off was that there were cigarette burns in the carpet and the smell of room freshener overwhelmed the entire room. It was supposed to be nonsmoking, but we arrived late and were too tired to get another room. We did tell the front desk about the carpet and we said it smelled of stale cigarettes. He looked shocked. Really! Apprehensive about staying again.
Staff was excellent shower water pressure was very weak
Comfy bed, clean and modern, near the airport. Exactly what I was looking for. 0
The room was clean, and other than noted in the other section fairly comfortable. Temperature was inconsistent, making it very difficult to sleep. Refrigerator was a disaster, froze some things and let the rest get hot. Breakfast was horrible, don't bother. Didn't even keep the coffee carafe full.
Room was clean, in a safe area close to downtown. Hallway, elevator, and stairs were very dirty. I notified the front desk about someone trashing the stairwell by our room and it was still dirty when we left a few days later.
great staff. Great location for Indy 500. hospitality couldn't count to 4. We had to retrieve the corrct number of towels all 5 days of our visit. Bathroom floor not clean.
Hotel is well located. Staff service and room cleaning need to improve.
The maids did a good job resetting the room while we were out. The location was optimal for my stay. Even though check-out wasn't until 11, the maids started knocking on our door at 8:30 in the morning, and we were still asleep. If we hadn't put the security lock on the door, they would have come in while we were still in bed. They also did not change the sheets, which was kind of strange for a hotel.
Price Lobby was dark and dingy. The breakfast was out of coffee and there was no staff present. The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept on. The tv only had about 15 channels and no major networks. I'm sure the owners are saving a lot of money but there's a reason that there were only five cars in the parking lot. I won't be back.
The only thing we like was that it was close to downtown When we arrived we could not find it according to the maps. When we do arrive we learn that the name of the hotel changed to Super 8, with that being done there was no continental breakfast and the room service was horrible. We never got our room cleaned the by the staff the whole weekend. For the price that was ok, but we were disappointed with no breakfast and the name change.
Close to airport, fairly clean. Area and hotel itself seemed safe and the room was fairly comfortable. The common areas in the hallways and lobby were a bit beat up. No comp breakfast - just coffee. The shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor every time you took a shower and the handle on the shower faucet came off in my hand. Pillows not so great, but I managed to sleep through it.
The location to our Family event was good. The room while clean, was cluttered, staff was very impersonal, went to check out and had to stand there on crutches for at least 4 mins before a desk clerk was available let alone acknowledged me. She said very coldly: "Can I help you?" Mouth full of food and very unprofessional. No shampoos or anything besides bar soap was in the room. Mold in the room. Bed and pillows were flat and hard and very uncomfortable. Not worth the money we spent.
