It was easy to get the hospital everything was great
Room was very comfortable, although dated. Big bedroom and living area, including kitchen. Access for a person in a wheelchair was almost impossible. The ramp to the front door is much steeper than ADA would permit. Elevators were too small.
The rooms are big and include a kitchen and living room area. They are more like apartments than hotel rooms. The facilities are a bit old and run down. It's not serious, but it's also not exactly "luxury" or anything.
Very reasonable, HUGE room with full kitchen, clean, on bike path, shuttle service Nothing within walking distance
The bed was very comfortable. Staff aimed to please guests. Room was clean. Location was outstanding for the Speedway. Some of the other guests were loud.
No pool! It was very hot in the room even with the air on full blast! Air conditioning vent was caked with dirt!
The staff is nice, but the entire Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It could use a lot of renovation and repair. It kind of made me feel gross to be there.
It was close to a major road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Terrible smell of smoke that made all of my belongings reek. Possible safety issue, as doors were not secure on hinges. Location didn't seem safe.
location could a little more updating
Proximity to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Very run down. Poorly maintained.
Staff were very friendly. Cost was very high given the quality of environment. Courage burns, broken lamp, tv not working and extremely outdated. Literally it was the stereotypical image of a 'flea bag motel'. It's quite possible that our room hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
Smelled funny in room, TV remote didn't work, people in charge were nice and helpful.
