A very convenient location in the north west commercial area I did not find any of the members of the staff to be corteous or communicative. They were just doing what they have to do.
I really enjoyed the fact that it was suite. You had a couch or chair to sit in and watch TV What were the eggs at breakfast? Else all was good
Friendly Staff...clean linens. Quality Control Team needs to walk through the rooms...several drywall patchwork needs to be done, as well as other cosmetic items like cleaning the blow dryers, the mildew in between the tiles, the handles to the refrigerators, and so forth.
Bed Toilet running all night. Bathtub wasn't draining properly. No garbage in bathroom. Shower was loud. Barely any soap.
The Guys at the front desk were so helpful. The breakfast was great every day and Cindy was always on point with refills and a smile. The hotel is really nicely appointed and we had a great long stay. Fitness room is not in service right now. But Manager Mike said that he's getting it fixed!
Nothing The fact that the sheets were chalky still dirty from the last occupants of the room and that they wouldn't come change the sheets for us.
Room was clean and it was right off the highway by half a dozen good restaurants There were young black adults hanging out in the parking lot with the music blaring. I asked the attendant in the hotel about it and he said that its normal on weekends because of the colleges in the area. I would never have let my wife and kids stay there because of that!
Though this is definitely a "bare-minimum" hotel in an older building, I could not have been happier with my stay. I was staying in town for a funeral and had to find a place on short notice and, because I was traveling alone, I wanted to stay at a hotel with interior doors to the room. When I arrived I was leery of the old building, but the staff is was incredibly friendly and interacted pleasantly with everyone. There were lots of people there, most of whom seemed to be on short trips. The same two people were at the front the entire time I was there, and when I checked in I was asked why I was traveling. I mentioned that I was in town for a funeral. When I checked out the manager remembered this and asked who I had lost and if I was okay. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, and I would recommend for short stays.
The price. No working vending machines.
Good price room fee and Indianapolis centore 15 min.
price just the facts - bare minimum facility; recent remodel was mediocre; linoleum floors, no pictures, etc.; it is ok for a place to sleep, and that is all; never a person at the front desk w/o being called; coffee only in the lobby in the morning, not the room; appears to be a remodeled Microtel; not sure I would stay there again w/my wife; probably would stay by myself; price the sole redeeming feature
The best part was the location - close to the highway. The room was very small and the pictures of the hotel did not do justice to it's poor condition.
Staff was great but carpet was sticky near window and garbage behind and under couch.
Staff was ok. Hotel was very old, smelled funky, NOTHING had been updated. Was so bad we chose not to stay even though it was a non refundable reservation.
We booked a room for a leisure trip weekend. The hotel was dirty, the staff rude, the continental breakfast was terrible, very crowded and very limited on food. Also we had an old blood stain on the linens which was also on the mattress pad, so I'm guessing they were never changed from the previous guests. I called and asked for the linens to be changed and about the blood stains, we left for the day, upon our return we found sheets on the table and the blood stained sheets still on our bed. Also, the noise level at night was very loud. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone, definitely not worth the $162 we spent for 2 nights.
The facility was a little dated. The carpet was a little sticky feeling on your feet. Just needs a facelift.
The staff and breakfast were great. I booked a suite and when I saw the room it was 1 bed and a couch, not my idea of a suite. The website advertises a hot tub which is permanently closed. The poo is very cold and you have to request pool towels from the desk
Not a great place. Dirty, people just randomly walk into your room with out knocking, pool was horrible no hot tub, TV was so small and old it barely worked. I didn't like the whole place.
Price was low. They did not clean the bathroom everyday. The bed was very uncomfortable. The TV quality was very poor. One of the desk clerks was very unprofessional in appearance and attitude.
It was ok for the price Bathroom drain clogged, electrical problem, breakfast was not that great but manageable all microwave food.
-Great location, everything you need within a mile radius, close to Downtown Indy and Indianapolis Motor Speedway -Affordable lodging -Our room was not very clean -The bed was uncomfortable/falling apart
There was nothing that I liked. Definitely not going back. The breakfast was not good. They did not have much. The pool area was dirty hot tub did not work. It's covered up. Guess they will not be fixing it. Would not recommend. For that price you can stay at comfort inn, which I am sure should be better.
There was nothing I liked. They lost my reservation. They did not honor my discount. The non-smoking room smelt like an ashtray. There was nothing I liked. They lost my reservation. They did not honor my discount. The non-smoking room smelt like an ashtray
The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and restrauants.
The hotel was clean & well maintained. Continental breakfast selection was limited..
It was excellent. We will come back
staff was great, breakfast also. satilite tv was the worst i ve ever seen or not seen.`
Breakfast was good enough. The man who checked us in gave us keys with room nunber written in two different places (key holder envelope and receipt). The numbers were different. When we went to the room (written on the receipt), the keys would not open the door. We went down to the room written on the Key holder, the key opened the room but the room already had luggage in it. The desk clerk had given us someone else's room keys. It would have been scary for them -- if they had been in the room. Certainly is a problem with respect to safety wouldn't you agree. The desk clerk apologized and reissued new keys to us, but it makes you wonder. We could have ran-sacked that other room, while they were out.
It's close to a wide variety of store's easy access to restaurants and to the interstate. The room next to us bathroom use of the shower was extremely loud
cleanliness and quiet and cozy atmosphere
I really like the kindness that the staff showed during our stay, my family and I would stay there again, the next time we come there.
I've been here before a few times also on business. Affordable, well maintained, minutes from downtown and next to good places to eat. Those eggs in the morning.
The hotel overall felt very dirty, there was some sort of what looked like a blood splatter on our ceiling. The hallways had a lot of stains in them and the chlorine smell from the pool was so overwhelming we stayed on the 3rd floor and could smell the chlorine all the way up there. Would not return to this hotel next time I am in Indianapolis.
They need a hottub and hotter water for showers
Breakfast was good. The elevator was broken and I had to walk up and down the steps outside in the rain. My room was on the third floor. No meat in the breakfast.
The staff was amazing! At 35 weeks pregnant I couldn't find an available hotel in the area until a day after I needed it. I ended up having to sleep in my car for a night but spoke to the manager about the situation and they were able to have me a room ready at around 8am instead of the typical 3pm check in time. Very nice of them and very appreciated! The room was very dirty. Typical things that you'd expect to be done weren't.
The staff was very nice. Beds and room were comfortable. I lost my bluetooth headset in my room and informed the front desk clerk if they found it please give me a call and mail it to me. Because everybody isn't so honest these days I had already started counting it a lost. Within 2 hours of my drive back home the clerk called and informed me that they found it and will be mailing it back. I thank God for his honesty. The toilet and tub kept getting stopped up, no garbage can in the room and I had to call the front desk for an iron.
My entire experience was great staff was very nice rooms was clean great stay
price The room was not very nice.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Location is good. Yes, plenty. 1)Free breakfast meant grab a granola bar and coffee. That's not breakfast in my opinion. 2) Rooms are small and only have one queen size bed. There is an upcharge of $10.00 for a sofa bed at the end of the bed.
Dirty towels left from previous occupant. Windows did not lock, so we had to jam it shut for security. Felt dirty just from being in the room. I'll never stay here again, for what we paid, I expected a lot more.

The staff was very nice, and it was located near many shopping centers and restaurants. The room was not very clean, there was mice feces and papers from back in september on top op the fridge, the toilet would only flush sometimes, the tub had water constantly running, the kitchen was missing a drawer and part of a door.

Location only Dirty, smelled of urine, misrepresented as motel as it appeared to be halfway house for mentally ill
The price and it had a kitchen. One has to carry their luggage up stairs for the second and third floor. I like this but most people may not.
I was scared I was going to take something home with me.. main desk closed at night they only gave me one key so if my key quit working I wouldn't have been able to get back in.. bathroom smells like urine really bad.. they took a deposit on your credit c Front desk lady was really nice
