friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location for ibiza town liked everything
nothing in particular seems worth to mention, except for the nice and central location in front of the sea very bad service, poor infrastructures (the air conditioning system went off during a night, producing a terrible noise, and the only reply the staff gave was "we're sorry, we have to wait, we can't do anything")
Quit are so this suited the purpose, to work for a couple of hours after returning from meetings. Correct breakfast service, correct reception (Room 535) Carpet is no standard of today anymore! All in all the interior of the room was old fashioned and too dark(quite depressing) if you spend some time to work. Not adapted for business traveller. No real desk!
The staff were very helpful. The view of the sea is great.
Loved the view from room. Staff efficient.Parking easy The view from, and apparent cleanliness, of the single room booked for daughter
Clean and comfortable with very helpful reception staff. Good size pool and gardens. Restaurant bland and noisy, lacking staff. Very noisy repair work being carried out over looking the pool and sun terrace.
Hotel is very convenient; 10 min walk to the old town and all the lovely restaurants. Rooms were comfortable although overall its a little dated. At the price we paid it was a good place to stay. Breakfast was average... but enough to eat if you weren't too fussed over the quality.
Good location, walking distance to downtown Ibiza. Friendly reception. It was surprinsingly quiet (for Ibiza), no noisy teenagers in sight. Clean. Good pool. Single rooms have tiny single beds that makes the whole experince seems even more overpriced. No single room has sea view. Expensive for what it offers but in line with Ibiza prices in August.
Excellent service that we received from hotel stuff. Our flight left only late in the evening and they let us use the facilities until that time.
We had the sea view room and the views was very good, that's it. The hotel in general is smelly. The rooms were smelly. Beds & mattress needs replacements. A general face lift is required throughout the hotel.
Grocery store across the street Very basic accomodation/bare minimum. Beds too hard. No direct access to beach. Too expensive for what you get. No free internet access nor wifi. Given 2 twin beds instead of a queen or king. Decor old and unattractive. Annoying entertainer downstairs singing karaoke. No fridge available. Also tried to charge us for ice. Shower curtain in bathroom was awful. Ac and ceiling fan too noisey. No secure lock box. Not a good location for those without a car. There was no good restaurants in the hotel vicinity.
Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The location is great if you want to walk (10mins) to the Dalt Vila (Old Town) for dinner, it's also short cab rides away from the beach clubs & nightclubs too. Rooms and hotel itself are modern & clean. Not much we didn't like. It has a pool, but we didn't use it. Didn't look very nice and was more for families. But we didn't pick it for the pool & its facilities, we wanted location.
we only stayed for one night, we had our holiday on a yacht. We left the yacht on sunday and our flight was on monday so we only be there for stay the night over. We had dinner on the seaside of an italian restaurant, which was nice. The swimmingpool was very poor.
Fantastic sea view in my room. Staff did not impress me at all (they had a free room in a hotel but told me they do not have). Poor breakfast, no wi-fi.
Pool, sea view and proximity to town. Good breakfast buffet. Limited and expensive access to wifi and internet, limited taxi availability, breakfast ends too early for holidaymakers - 10am
The hotel is in a very good location, staff and cleaning was perfect, food was excellent, definetly we will choose this hotel when we will be next time in ibiza. missing the fridges from the rooms.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.
Excellent location right on the beach, great views if you have a balcony and are sea-facing The hotel is slightly dated, although this doesn't spoil the holiday. The food is as you would expect from a 3* half-board, buffet style hotel
they even take money for safe box, room does not have refrigerator, the staff dont put daily soap & shampoo for us
On the beach, but close to town Noise of other guests at night (Saturday)
Nice staff. The Maritimo is next to the beach, has all convenient store and restaurant around... quite calm for Eivissa. We arrived in a "low" season.... our wall could be too thin for the noise in "high" season (maybe). The pool is not very nice... but enjoy the see next to the hotel rather.
This time Accommodation：Single room discount price.No Breakfast／Information desk staff：Friendly staff(Some staff).Reception is opened 24 hours.I am a beginner in English.For me,staff can speak easy English／Single room：Double bed&Single bed.The room is spacious／Bath room：Shower＆bathtub／Location：A Rent motorcycle shop is very near Room：No good fragrance(Fungus).Next room living sound(Stairs are noisy).There is not a outside window／Bath room：No good fragrance(Fungus).Hot water does not flow＝Many Normal temperature／Same room：Purchase discount price＝Appropriate.Fixed price＝I do not Lodging
Close to the beach, clean. Booking.com price was more expensive than their actual prices. Rooms are between 20 and 50 euros, if you book direct with the hotel. It didn't have much of a hotel feeling, kind of more like a backpacker-lodge. The swimming pool is just a joke, it's some 6m long and in the cellar without daylight. Jacouzzi is in the fitness room, absoloutely not inviting.
Room very clean and Air conditioner worked very well. I'd recommend the hotel if you only look for party Bathroom too small;
the closeness to the coast
the immediate area was very pretty, and good time of year to go. Within walking distance of Ibiza town, and easy to get to from the airport Dissappointed that we did not have a sea view but that was our fault for a later booking
the staff were friendly especially in the restaurant, the rooms were basic but very comfortable and clean , and there was a view of the beach which was nice.. it was very inexpensive and there was good value for money
Location, location, location no
The staff! Everyone was so helpful. Especially Anita, Anita,Rita, Maria and Balazs! Nothing! I loved it tremendously!
The hotel is very close to the beach. Nice rooms. Well air-conditioned. Away from the centre. No public transport around. Extremely slow Internet. Water in the pool is dangerous because of the amount of chlorine they add. I was seriously concerned about my eyes. Breakfast was also terrible.
Front desk guy with the curly hair was very helpful!
Great Location, good clientel, helpful front desk, defintely would return! internet service sucks
Service the food
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
nice pool, apartment was nice, location was alright salt water out of the shower and tap in the room was annoying
very shabby hotel
easy go to the beach and to the shops/bars
Apartment was clean and comfortable.
The maids cleaned well. It was cheap if you didn't buy the breakfast. The toilet was wobbly and my partner said to be careful to sit on it fully or it may come away and leak. It smelt too. Noisy as walls so thin. Poor breakfast for cost. We left 3 days early to stay somewhere nicer but haven't checked if they refunded yet. Better have !
lift was going only one way, first photo on booking, not real, they dont have so big swimming pool
The front desk reception staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They were on standby with great suggestions for clubs and things to do while in Ibiza. The location was ideal in that it was near the beach but only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town center where there were many bars and shopping.
Great location, very clean. The room! The door rattled, the sink had no plug the hairdryer did not work, the bedding was scant a sheet and light cover, I woke cold several nights, the room had a kitchen unit but no crockery of cutlery so was useless in that respect. TV receptionon a badly positioned portable stuck high on top of the wardrobe was poor. Cant blame them for not speaking English but it made communicating the problems very difficult. I booked a double and got twin beds. I peeked in other rooms and I have to say they seemed better in most ways, Twice they took the towels but forgot to issue any more...fortunately I only stayed a week.
Easy to get into town/harbor very very basic.... the photo's have very clearly taken and really does not relate to the hotel or pool...
Location, kindness of cleaning ladies In the reservations AMEX was indicated as accepted, but arriving in the hotel they told me they didn´t accept it. Too expensive for what it was offering, difficult to regulate air conditioner temperature
The hotel corresponds to a room rate. Hotel for tourists who search for cheap rest It is very noisy, near to hotel cafes are opened. Noise till the morning
good location The bathroom door was broken, the sheets where dirty, for 2 days there was no hot water.
was ok hotel maybe more a one star tho!
Would not go back
Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location for Ibiza Town and Airport transfer. We found it more expensive than we would normally pay.
staff were fine but a very poor hotel everything rooms are very small and very noisey
perfect location for beach and city centre, very clean, staff muy amable. no aircon, but in september not an issue. excellent value for money
The host/staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is good with easy access to the beach. Spacious room, good value. limited Wifi acces in rooms.
Great value for money. Would recommend it for people on a budget going to Ibiza for a couple of days, but would not recommend it for several weeks. Easy to get around (i e playa d'en bossa, Ibiza town & San Antonio) by bus. Silent room, ok bathroom and ok beds
Very friendly staff and rooms very clean and spacious, with a balcony to have some drinks. Excellent location, nearby shops and bars and restaurants and Figueretas beach just around the corner.
We liked the recommendations from the daughter of the hostel owner/staff member. The hostel is clean, honest, real, central, original, down to earth, no frills, back to basic. Ask for a room on the backside; you might hear every car driving by at night.
Great location next to Figueretas beach. Low price Very small room. Noisy hotel and street in front
I had a place to sleep. My room made me feel like I was in a half way house. Everything looked like it has been there since the 70's. The hallways were dark. You can get better for the price.
Good location that was walking distance to ibiza town and playa den bosca. Double room was tiny! Very, very small with no balcony. Compared to other options (we stayed subsequent days at Tivoli), I would stay elsewhere.
Very good price, breakfast, close to beach. We saw a large bug.
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a great location close to the beach, and the showers were amazing!
It's in a very nice place near lots of nice restaurants and bus lines, the staff is very friendly The bathrooms are very small and the water goes everywhere when you are taking shower
The hotel is very close to everything (beach, city center). The breakfast was fine, but it would be good if its open at 7:30 in the morning. The hotel room is not small, its extremely small, you can reach with your leg the regfrigator from the bed. Every day was problem: the tap didnt work, other day the water come out from the bathroom, on other 2 days the television didnt work... At night the street was full with "night butterfly ladies", so for families with childrens not recommended area. The staff didnt speak english, and also spanish..:) just 1 of them, its funny. I was 30 times in Ibiza, and it was the most poor hotel.
The location. It is near by the center of Ibiza and the beach. The hotel is clean, has a nice swimmingpool and it is not expensive at all. The room was a bite small but is not a problem.
It had aircondition The rest
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Superb location, close to the beach of Figueretas and ten minutes walk to the old town of Ibiza.
Great location to explore Ibiza.! Taxi stand is 20m away and bus stop is 2 mins walk.! Back rooms have no view at all and can be dark. also no double bed option at all.
The seaside is 50m far, the swimming pool on the top is excellent, and you have a beautiful view on the town of Eivissa. From the bathroom often came some stinky smell, but as we opened the window, it disappeared.
The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly! They helped us several time with all from what beaches were worth visiting, to transportation to the airport.
Location I booked my reservation through a third-party and upon arrival was not able to check until I emailed them proof of the reservation being pre-paid even though they have the booking my approximate check in time took 20 minutes upon arriving to my it was outdated not clean and mold surrounded the bad the following morning unable to find a room elsewhere I booked online again and took it upon myself to forward the confirmation to the same email address and then called guest services to inform them. After several failed attempts to reach them I went down to the desk to inform them of my new reservation went back upstairs to sleep and housekeeping I attempted to enter the room multiple times until security was sent telling me I did not have a reservation suggesting I go back downstairs to handle, spoke with the manager who did not apologize for the inconvenience. Do not stay at this hotel
Hotel has a good location, staff were very friendly. I don't like that my room didn't have balcony, only small window to stair nd therer was no air conditioner or fan, because on Ibiza is very hot and there was very stuffy in the room
Location and price. It doesn´t have air conditioner or ventilation. Too much hot inside!
Very good location is the Hotel. It is close to public transport to the city center, next to the sea shore. Hotel clean, simple rooms.
location rooms not cleaned every day. no aircond or fan.no television and refigerator
Good value for the money I got a great rate, but I couldn't imagine paying full rack rates....it is solidly in the "budget" class of hotel
the hotel was placed in a very good place, near the beach, the supermarket and near bus-station. and from there, you could go very quickly in the main street for going in the centre.
We stayed on the 8th floor, it had a great view. It was 100m from the beach and lots of restaurants. Very nice place. We wouldn't mind staying there again for a good budget hotel.
breakfast, location, value for money the girl in the reception in the afternoon shift was quite unfriendly
cheap, good location, clean. it's cheap but it's pretty bare bones facilities. no tv, no air conditioning, and the room is sparsely furnished. i thought it was due to the price but then we moved to Hotel Putchet for similar price which was 1,000 times better. this was ok but i wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
The reception lady is very nice and helpful. Close to Figueretes beach and 15 min walk to the city through a dirt road. Rooms are clean but very basic. Good pizzas and beer at the front restaurant - service is very slow though. Room rates are way too high for what you get. Rooms have little security. No lift or ramps for luggage. Breakfast inculded is a joke, very basic and you are not given a choice - They might as well not give you anything. TV is hard to operate all channels are in Spanish or Catalan so if you don't speak any of those languages you might as well turn it off.
great location.clean room. had to walk up 2 flights of stairs.....no lift available.....
in the city center quit room no elevator I stay in 3rd floor ,the quality of the break fast was bad
spacious, friendly staff dirty, disgusting. repellent.
I did not like this hotel at all. It was too expensive for 1 person - 120euro and did not have even an elevator all i did not like anything
Very clean, modern decor in very good condition. Well air conditioned.
It was closer to City than others on Playa den Bossa Really loud, staff doesn't speak english.
Close to Figueretes beach. Old furniture, expensive, noisy, no elevator. Only for young people don't need confort.
