“We just came back from a well spent vacation at this wonderful hotel, no words can describe how this hotel is amazing and how the staff are willing to do anything to make it a great vacation.. we were lucky as we nearly had the whole hotel for ourselves. The food is great specially the A la carte restaurants (my fav was the egyptian one). Thanks to the animation team specially Sarah and Tori who took good care of our toddler and made him very happy and entertained !! Another thank you goes to Abduallah from the egyptian restaurant. Big big thank you goes to Mr/ Ali Ahmed ( Manager F&B), from the first day we arrived and i noticed that he is very active the whole day checking the restaurant/food/Staff to make sure that everything is correct... there was an instance of miscommunication and he stepped in immediately to clear the issue and to satisfy us again.. he even offered us lunch boxes at checkout as we were returning back to Cairo driving. Thanks alot Crystal Bay, you have been good to us :)”

In the evenings, even though most entertainment activities were cancelled due to lack of customers, the staff did own performance by dancing and inviting all guests to participate in the dancing. It was such a comfortable stay that I wish I could have stayed more days!”
“It was my second time here in crystal bay, it was amazing as before really the best in hurghada, so friendly staff special thanks for Mr Samy and Mr Moataz from reception and for all the animation team Aly, Sara, Fox and Henry for their great effort, the food were so delicious in all types of restaurants and we can freely go to mamlouk and garden beach to enjoy the aqua, thanks a lot and see you again inshallah”
