rooms could be more ... luxurious? kids play ground was closed, helth club located in the other side of the road, which inhibits the will to go there.

The staff is attentious, the beach is ok, the pool is very good.
The all-inclusive system. One should avoid it for sure. Many things are not included and the staff who serve it seems to be doing you a favour.
