Good amenities, poor breakfast They would not change my English pounds without hassle
Large room (we are stay in 2 bedroom suite), good breakfast, friendly staff. Location is not very good - due to transport organization tax to center not very quick.
Spacious apartment with excellent staff.
Every thing. The staff were nice and friendly. The free shuttle . No
Great value for a spacious serviced apartment (we could fit 10 people comfortably in it :)) and the location is superb doing most of Ho Chi Min City sight seeing by foot. 5 of us stayed over for 5 days and we were very pleased with the service and the very friendly staff as well. We recommend it! Specially if you're traveling with a family. It's a shame our room balcony could not be used very often because of the high level of noise from a construction site right next to this hotel. For everything else it was perfectly fine.
Staff very attentive, we stayed in 2 bedroom apartment which was modern, clean and spacious. Nothing
Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The apartment was large with three bedrooms and three toilets, all fixtures, fittimgs and furniture were modern and high quality.
It was a very spacious apartment, with all necessary supplies. good location and very good and prompt shuttle service.
The accommodation is way above average for this type of property and affords the guests with everything required for a good city visit. Price is exceptional for what you get and we will be using this Hotel again. Our only disappointment was the breakfast which had a good but limited selection of choice.
Centrally located, easy to get to everywhere from there, very helpful staff. 1 issue with a meal from the OnTop Bar which caused some slight problems, but management did a good job in handling it.
Needs bigger towel Towel and no proper troth brush
Room and service were good, but location and overall impresion is not perfect
The 4 stars for a good price the deserts at the cafe!
staff were polite and helpful in many different ways....and relatively speaking cheap
Really marvellous bell man!
The swimming pool and the hotel proximity to the airport. Employees could be friendlier and dining room more cosy.
The staff is very kind. The premises is also very tidy and clean. Nothing.
Dinner buffet Breakfast stops at 10am-------better to stop at 10:30
Good bed Tv old, gym old, gym cramped and easy to bump your head.
This has got to be the best hotel stay I've had. The staff were very attentive, professional and helpful. Impeccable service! No 5 star hotel has ever come close to. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading HCMC! I'll be back again...
the owners and staff of Ma Maison were the warmest and best hosts ever! they took care of us wonderfully and made sure we really felt at home. who needs Lonely Planet when you've got such great hosts who'll tell you where exactly you can go and do for the best experience? :) it was a little far from the city centre..
Ma-Maision is comfortable and warmth place to stay. Both hotel owners and staff provided a personal touch to the entire experience. Highly recommended for small group(2-4). Nothing
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice touches with fresh flowers, quaint rooms and good food. Maybe provide slightly bigger breakfast options. People will not mind paying abit more.
Beautiful! Rooms and lobby decorated in true French details. You would never find something at this level in France for this price! The cleanliness of this place is incredible, especially when it is in an alley. The details to small pleasures like the amenities in the bathroom show thoughtful consideration to their guests. The Staff were so helpful and kind especially helping with getting a taxi at the wee hours of the morning to get to a very early flight. They even packed a breakfast bag for me. I was so grateful at 4am for that little bag of morning bliss. Family with children on one floor and parents on another. In the middle of the night there were children arquing, and doors slaming happening in the room next door. Truly not ideal for families to be on separate floors. There should be a conversation from parents and at checkin from reception with children, that they need to treat it like a shared space and be aware of the other guests around them. Bed was a bit hard, but not unusual in Asia. I did stay in the standard single, which was small but sweet. If you have a problem with stairs this would not be the place for you. Having said that, the staff carry everything up for you. I did not have time to really check out the area, but I did get a chance to walk the alley in the evening and see the life of the locals with doors wide open. Welcome to Vietnam!
