Intercon always make my trips so smooth. The staff, the breakfast, the lobby, the room view of Geneva lake and the fontain were fantastic. The hotel is nearby the UN, and there is a free bus service to downtown. When you stay in Geneva Intercon, remember that a lot of political leaders and celebrities were there!!

I thought the staff were outstanding - their level of professionalism and attention to detail was excellent. My husband was there on business for first couple of days and I then joined him for weekend. The staff dealt efficiently with the change in room occupancy, billing etc.
Room a little outdated and small with over-bath shower and colored suite - not great. However, we realise that the hotel is currently being modernised so expect great things! Would use again for business but not terribly suitable for leisure trip as a little far out of town. Realise that free travel pass is available from hotel but even so - it's nice to be in the middle of things.

The Hotel Staff is extremely courtise. Location of hotel is more suitable for business. I was on vacation with my family and therefore would have prefered a hotel close to down town. The cooperation provided by the hotel staff when my wife forgot her valuable rings in hotel is highly admirable, I am thankful to Intercontinental staff for sending these rings to the airport.
There should have been more choices for food in the hotel.
