The location was fantastic you just stepped out the front door and walk straight into all the action! For what yoy pay you cant better it! Not the nicest place i have stayed in.
The genuine welcome, the Irish owner who came into the common room and offered all a packet of crisps, the location, good friendly vibe and great chance to meet others from all over and from Ireland. i'm not sure whether the sheets were clean on the bed!
Security was very good and I liked having a female dorm. Location was in great part of town, although away from bus terminal, which wasn't a problem.
Friendly staff and fellow travellers. Not used to having as many in a room. Felt cramped and a bit like a rabbit warren. Only for good signage would never have got my way around.
the friendly staff and location
The Savoy is very central, staff are friendly, professional and welcoming, rooms are clean and warm, each bed has its own light, charger and shelf, the bathroom was more like a hotel than a hostel. The free breakfast was great - cereal, toast, fruit, juice, tea and real coffee. The common room has 3 free computers with internet, pool table, lots of seating and tables, and a big TV. The kitchen is small but has all the essentials - cooker, microwave, plates, cups, cutlery. One of the best hostels I've stayed in Ireland and would definitely recommend. Kitchen is small and gets cramped at meal times. Many people staying there don't bother cleaning up after themselves and leave their dishes and beer cans all over the kitchen and dining area.
price didnt like grey furniture
It was simple accommodation that ticked all the boxes for a weekend break. The check out time was 10am too early.
Stayed for one night, its good value for money, room was clean with a nice bed. As the room was on the ground level, it was a bit humid.
Washing facilities. Free parking No free WiFi, which should work in the room, but didn't. Student dorm with its own very limited cleanliness. Breakfast so so
i found the corrib village to be excellent value for budget accomodation it's located close to the city centre (although it possibly should be better sign posted.) the staff were friendly and accomodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Looking for place to stay for a few days at the races and if you are looking for cheap, clean and good location then this is the place Rooms are a little small but if you are looking for a place to rest the head then I would have no hesitaiton in recommending this place
good quality/price ratio 1) bed blanket dirty; 2) if i'm in the toilet, I' can't lock the room door, so the guest in the room is able to come in my room;
noting !!!! it states that its budget accommodation, its dose not statethat it is a student accommodation , and would not recomend it to anyone
Very polite and helpful staff. Excellent product i.e. Low cost and good quality of accommodation exceeded my expectations. You could pay alot more in order to receive very little more.
