the way for helping you for the best. this hotel you fell you are in your home evry think was good.
Convenient and efficient. Expensive breakfast, so room service options were better
good location, I like big hotels breakfest prices and quality, it's not for 5 star hotel level.
Rooms v comfortable but a bit too warm Breakfast very expensive - no options just set 29 euro
room comfort breakfast is tooooo expensive.most people don't have breakfast at the hotel especially if you have a big family. hotel can make more money if breakfast was more affordable.
the rooms did not have high speed internet connectivity. very surprising for a business hotel. the hotel consisted of 2 towers across the street from each other - the one across the street had inferior amenities
Rooms are comfortable. Modern hotel in a good city location for the Xmas market. Bathroom a little small for an expensive hotel. Bar prices are very high. Breakfast prices also very high 29Euro per person. We ordered room service for breakfast - croissant x 2, jam etc and coffee for 15 euro, the croissants were mini croissants - so again thought this was very expensive for not much.
We were in a large group and we were individually attended to swiftly and courteously. Our room was well prepared and comfortable. A big positive was that we did not have porters bothering us to take our luggage when we were more than capable of carrying it ourselves. It would be good to have an a la carte menu for breakfast as it is expensive if you only want a light meal.
The design interior of the hotel. Very bad customer service. No business center to print important documents. First time in my life to see a respectful 5 star hotel provide a playboy Magazine in each corner of the hotel.
Very comfortable room and bed good internet access excellent breakfast valet parking A little bit too dark. Extra payment for breakfast is 'strange' when looking at the high price of the rooms
The spa was the real highlight and was exceptional. The restaurant was also first class. Staff were very friendly and I found the location was ideal (between the IAA site and the city centre). Would recommend and stay there again during the next motorshow in 2011. The room (although well designed and very clean) was on the small side and felt a little cramped, particularly in the bathroom.
Excellent Location, comfort, modern design and helpful staff Price, expensive...
When I made the booking the showed that there was shuttel ,but there was not
The funky mood of the hotel, excellent staff, unique Euro style. Loved the waterfall shower! I would have liked more pillows/blankets and more towels.
Quiet, staff spoke english, near the train station.
The staff upgrade our room to Duluxe room as a gift of our honeyroom trip.
Superlative! Top hotel with top service and beautiful design. Standard rooms are cut same way rooms in other hotels are but with great design. To get in real touch with what hotel roomers is, better book a Select or even a Deluxe room. Valet parking is very good but no entrance to park your car while unloading. You have to leave it on the road with traffic passing by. Thinking about the hotel and the price of 29 EUR I expected more "crazy food" during breakfast. Despite this litle remarks, everything was perfect!
Poor lighting which could not be adjusted- almost impossible to shave or apply make up in the dark. Poor room layout for two sharing-no privacy for toilet. Poor wardrobe space. Internet facilities inadequate for business.
Quirky hotel with a good bed and laced with sexual innuendo.
The superior room was wonderful, very spacious, with a nice view to a round-about with trees, traditional old German houses and scysapes. Frankfurt in sum! We waited a lot to do the check in. Maybe because it was prepaid and not refundable!
great location for what we needed to do and see lots of road works right outside...glad we were there on the weekend
Style, quite, service
An excellent name and the staff at this hotel certainly held up to their reputation. I would certainly recommend this via booking.com since typically you will find a good value price.
The welcoming and friendly staff and high standards in all areas Would have liked to be able to make tea and coffee in room
Excellent modern design of room; Staff very helpful.
They charged our card an additional 700 USD without authorization!
Close to the main Train Station
Going out in the evening to pastures new I have stayed in Le meridien Hotels in Frankfurt and Koln this hotel does not come close to the standards at the others
Situated very close to the railway station freindly staff
Nice, clean, comfortable, with a very chic, contemporary room design. The design aspect almost made up for the extremely small size of the room (small for folks used to American-sized hotel rooms). A very nice bonus feature was the free mini-bar in the room, though I only used it for the bottled water in it. Internet connectivity is available both wired (which I used) and through WiFi (which I didn't), and is free. There are plenty of electrical outlets for all the modern travelers' accessories that need charging. The booking.com description said that "private parking was available on- site", and this is incorrect: the hotel has no parking facilities of its own at all, and all nearby Frankfurt city parking lots close for entry by 9:00 pm every night. The only alternative, if you return late at night, is to park on the street (if you are lucky to find such parking).
Beautiful, spaces room and bathroom, delicious buffet breakfast Nothing. All was great.
We wanted to stay one day in Frankfurt to see the museums, and this is a good place to stay for that purpose. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The breakfast is great. The hotel is also relatively inexpensive. The location - across the square from the railway station - makes planning of travel easy. The area by the railway station is not the most pleasant in the city. Plenty of beggars around, and not very clean. We felt safe, though.
Central location across from train station. Free mini bar. Good breakfast. Small rooms
Even though the location is on the other side of the train station the noise was keept to a low levev. Bathroom shower was very small.
Easy to find and east to get to Iffa Exhibition.
The free wifi, mini-bar (juice, soda, water, and beer), and breakfast were good. When I showered the water would go down the drain in the tub and then come back up the drain on the bathroom floor and flood the bathroom. It was gross. I asked them to clean the bathroom floor so they dried everything, but they did not fix the issue with the drain. The rest of the room was clean.
Location, Breakfust & Rooms. Good facilities for looking after luggage after check out. The Lift - too slow
in Reciption jarman man is not coperative
I thought the hotel was exellent value for money. Location was perfect, Breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was a bonus and Staff were very helpful and friendly especially the reception staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not really, would have liked an extra blanket and pillow but was no big deal.
Good location. Great breakfast and free Wi-Fi with free mini bar!!! The room was very old and warm. No AC (may be not for my room type ) but the windows won't open, curtains were very old and weak!! It was very difficult to sleep especially in summer. So be mindful. Otherwise great.
The location, the price of the room, friendly Hotel staff
Free mini bar Free tea coffee cake fruit till 7 pm Nothing
really great value for money
They offered free mini bar included on the price. Some staff were not helpful.
It is over rated as this hotel is very old with old dirty carpet floor. No air condition. Even No free wifi in public lobby near reception area. Sink plug did not work. I will not stay even one night in the future Very noisy all night, very old dirty carpet floor, No free wifi, No air condition, Gypsies are everywhere near hotel. Needs full renovation
Best breakfast spread I've experienced in my travels. I'm 6'6" and I had a hard time in the shower as it's not made for someone of my height.
Location is great, 1 minute by walk till Railwaystation. 4 small beverages in freezer for free. Nice swimming pool, small but not overcrowded. Nice sauna (evening working hours) Not great interior finish. Neighborhood is poor - some homeless people near hotel on the street. Jym is poor.
breakfast was very good and room was clean. room is so small.
I enjoyed the kindness of the staff, and the comfort of the room. I would definitly recommand this hotel RAS
The location of the hotel is good and staff are freindly
Breakfast I was sorry the pool was closed.
Savoy was excellent in service, buffet breakfast, closeness to the railway station and yet on a posh street with other top hotels. It was real classy with real touch of hospitality, welcoming goodies (fruits, cookies and mineral water etc.) We simply loved it.
We stayed at the Savoy on our last night in Germany because of the convenience to the Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt. The room was very good, the staff was great and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe all for a very good price. After breakfast we trotted accross the street to the train station, took a quick trip to the airport and flew out. Seemless!!
The Savoy was close to many eateries. The breakfast was to expensive and the choices were not good
Friendly helpful staff, clean very nice room and excellent exercise, sauna and pool.
Comfort & convenient hotel with my family (Yong two daughters)
The friendly reception and the overall climate of the Pearl Hôtel was very good including car parking facilities.
close to locations we were working in, price performance ratio
We liked the location, free internet, staff service and the fact that the hotle was renovated. We missed having a gym
Great physical product, brand new. The hotel seemed to have just opened so staff was still getting organized to get everything up and running.
the room is too small
Friendly staff on reception Service at breakfast poor. Variety could be improved. No food available during rest of day apart from paninis. A comfortable lounge area would have been good. TV magazine in room.
Very friendly personnel. Nice and vast rooms.
All perfect Nothing but no ice I understand you were opening so.....
The breakfast buffet was delicious.
I have liked the bathroom of the hotel. There are many things which I did not like, 1. there no facilities for drinking coffee or tea any time we require. 2. There is no room service being a 4star hotel. 3. The price they are charging is very high. 4. The request for extension to stay in hotel was promised but did not followed their promises and kept all my laguage in the reception without intimating and which is very bad. :(
Free mini-bar, availability of newspapers, availability of internet, good breakfast The carpet in the room I stayed in (461) looked quite dirty, as if it had been there a long time. Everything else seemed very clean. The worst thing was the heat. That was probably one of the warmest rooms I have ever stayed in. The window opened onto a narrow air shaft, so not much circulation.
Very good location. Nice breakfast and kind staff. Each room has free mini bar!
Friendly staff, exellent location, nice rooms
It is located directly opposite the train station, wonderfully convenient for an interim stop.
the hospitality of the people from the front desk cleanliness of the room
Very close to Frankfurt Main railway station.Helpful staff, good choice of breakfast items.
Snacks facility and freeintrnet in bussiness No
very good rates during a busy exhibition time. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and cheerful. The bedrooms were large, clean and well equiped. Each morning there was a very good selection of food for breakfast.
Clean, comfortable room. Excellent sauna facilities.
Easy to get to/from airport, clean, comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast and courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staff N/A
Helpful staff Unattractive view
central to city small rooms
friendly staff and close to things we wanted to see. no
Good location, friendly and polite staff, good breakfast Small bathroom.
The location is very good and service is good for the price.
24 hour access, airconditioned bedroom bedrooms are small
The people of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The peanut and the candy they put on the table have costed extra charge--this is quite confusing. I think if they wanted to put them on the table then they should be free.
location near Hbf comfort in the room
being close to the train station
Close of the Train Station, excellent services, friendly staff, clean.
Typical middle class hotel. very good value for money. excellent location. adequate breakfast
the breakfast is really gooc. the room is too small!
staff very pleasant, good location room very basic indeed and paper cups provided with tea and coffee facilities in room from a supposedly 4 star hotel ??!! very disappointing for a 289 euro a night stay.
The hotel did not have toothpaste as a 4 star should. I pointed this out and the guiy at reception was rude. . At 338 euro for the night it was at least three times too expensive for the quality
The staff -- extremely outgoing and helpful. My special thanks to Ms.____ Christiansen (main desk) for her kind help in securing a room for me prior to the regular check-in time. Also, Mr. Apos ______, manager of the hotel's bar, recommended a Greek restaurant in the area which turned out to be an absolutely wonderful dining experience. My sincere thanks to both of these dedicated employees.
Great hotel - great value. Very friendly staff.
it was close to the city center, thus very convenient for my movements the central heating didn't work
Friendly staff, hotel was clean with breakfast selection and presentation both excellent Like all of Frankfurt, seriously overpriced during the Bookfair, it can't be long before the organisers look to move it to another town.
convient, nice, clean, friendly, no clock in the room and rough tp...
Stayed here for the second time in Sept. 2010, and this hotel cannot be faulted, plus they have the best bartender with an amazing knowledge of wine, Apo! Very convenient location close to main train station and short walk to river.
Location. the multi levels.
Cost and value as well as location No tee or coffee possibility at room. I like bath tab also especially winter time.
Extremely good service at reception, good breakfast and only few minutes by foot from the main railway station.
Beautiful hotel in a Moroccan or Middle Eastern style, incredible craftsmanship throughout. Friendly hostess who went out of her way to be of assistance. Comfortable bed, v. clean, good internet. Close to central main train station, but not seedy area. A little more expensive than we usually pay, but not unexpected in Frankfurt. I would recommend it for an overnight or short stay.
Location Noise of the street, and no air conditionning
Nice decor, friendly staff, comfortable bed, free Internet, good breakfast
the location of the hotel , halpful staffe and the delicios brackfast the left loction to the room was bad to carry havey luggage in a way that you should carry them from small stairs to the left and again claim small stairs to reach your room
An all around very good hotel in all respects.
The quality of the interiors and design noisy street, no air con,
I like the decorations and Oriental feeling of the room. A big plus was the floor was tiled not with wall-to-wall carpets (which are always dusty). The noice both from the street and from the corridor was very loud and clear. For some reason also the staff started discussions in the corridor very early in the morning.
Simple Room, Friendly Staff, excellent Location for food, easy acessible for transportation
The view, light in the room.
The hotel has very nice interior design and the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is very clean and quiet although its located in a busy city centre. Its so easy to get around Frankfurt from the hotel. The wireless internet coverage offered by The Cloud was no good at all. You can only get the coverage in some part of the hotel, eg at the hotel lobby. This is not acceptable consider its not a free service. The hotel should have their own wi-fi solution.
cleanliness, breakfast, location cigaret smell in non-smoking room
The room was new and very clean. The staff was rude.
A very pleasant hotel: friendly & helpful receptionists, a comfortable, quiet room with a superb bathroom, an excellent breakfast, & a most reasonable price!
Room very small, the door is difficult to open by key
Location is great. Room is small. If you have more luggages, no much space left.
The hotel is very conveniently located, only a few steps away from the main station. It is very clean and although our room was located at the main street, it was not noisy at all and we had a very good night's rest. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly.
i liked that it was walking distance from city centre and provided descent services the cleaners were turning off the heating after cleaning and the room was cold in the evening when i was going back
Helpful, friendly staff with good english. Lovely room, clean with well stocked mini bar. Great bathroom. Good location close to main railway station and a straight run to the Frankfurt airport.
location, clean and quiet room, huge bathroom, worth for money, free internet connections small room
Location. Near station and city. Could walk to most places. Quiet.
The hotel offers excellent value in the city centre of frankfurt
They had free wi-fi and coffee. Location was convenient and staff was really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was a bit too high.
It is very convenient for the main railway station in Frankfurt and at a good price.
clean, comfortable room, quiet area, convenient, a very nice experience it was very warm and it would be nice to have room fans, but this was a minor problem
Friendly, no long wait There was no airconditioning, just a fan on the table. When the weather is hot, that is not so nice. But it may come with the prize level it has. I could live with it.
The location Small bathroom
Very convenient! A little bit noisy
proximity to the train station and trolley was the only positive. This "motel" is located in the red light district. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. No Children!!!. The entire place smelled like the Korean restaurant downstairs. My entire room smelled like Kim Chi which to me, smells like burning garbage. I had to keep the window open the entire time just so I don't throw up. The room was a low end motel room. The TV was more like a computer monitor and only a few channels. If you need to use the iron for your clothes make sure you have 5 euros on you. Its the deposit. They must have a lot of guests steal the irons out of sheer anger. I couldn't figure it out.
Free internet connection at hotel lobby noisy at night, people walking down corridors slamming doors and even more noise afterwards
Location, friendliness of staff, breakfast
The room was clean, and comfortable. The road access to the hotel is not easy, but that is because of the chaotic road system in Frankfurt, not the hotel's fault
Excellent Central Location
Excellent location near the central train station, the city center and ethnic restaurants. I was in Frankfurt for 2 nights and this hotel was fine. The decor was bit depressing but I paid less than $50 so I did not expect much. Tired decor.
I liked the multilanguaged helpfull staff, fast and proper problem solving. The hotel has good connection to the airport and city center, good location for shopping and city attractions. The room was not too big but enough for 2. Breakfast has not wide selection of items, however is fresh and serving ledies are polite and helpfull.
It's a budget hotel, yet clean, simple and tidy. Breakfast was unexpectedly good, esp with such package room rate. The area where the hotel is a bit unsecure. Hotel is not air-conditioned makes it not a choice for me during hot season.
Low price Uncomfortable bed, noise
It is next to the railway station and conveniently located next to many restaurants.
I like vew from my window,it was very nice.
20 m away, 4 mosques 10th of Halal Food. 50 m away Central station. walking distance from Mess.
close to city center, renovated rooms.
I was staying in a room facing the street. The noise from the trams passing by was unbearable. It was awfull. I couldn't get any sleep. I requested a change of the rooms but I was was told there weren't any available. Most bothering was that the reception clerk told me that with the windows closed the noise can be hardly heard. It seemed like a mocking after the night ...
Location I was charged for additional night I haven't booked
Place of hotel is good but sometime is not safe.
we thought breakfast was included, but it was 15 euro each extra,we did not have it and had to walk miles for some food.
Close to station. Very new furnishings to rooms. Nice reception area. Breakfast was excluded. AC was poor. Street outside noisy on 1st night with bin lorries.
location they didn't cleaned rooms for a 3 days, and only after 3 complaines
location the single room is more of a 2 stars hotel
Staff were friendly and helpful Hotel was basic but the price reflected four star which this was not by uk standards
New or renovated hotel, hotel parking, close to railway/subway station, possible to reach city center on foot. 1. location in a industrial area (but german industrial architecture is worth to be seen) 2. closest connection with city center - bus station with wery rare traffic.
Good location, clean, good staff Breakfast is too poor. Only cold, with limited bread choice, yoghurt, coffee/tea. by 10:00, bread is almost finished and was not refilled. Parking is too much, 12 euro/night.
The pleasant, accommodating attitude of the staff. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of items. The twin rooms are quite small to house two people.
We made the reservation for a double room and got a twin room instead and the staff were very unfriendly about it although we made the reservation 2 almost months ahead
The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were ok. very helpful with directions and what method of transport to take to get into the city. The only thing that was a little annoying was that there was only one pillow per single bed, so sleeping was a little uncomfortable. There should have been at least one spare pillow in the room to cater for different people's comfort. Other than this everything about the room and Hotel was fantastic 10/10
the only good thing is that its near the train station the breakfast below average, no room service after 6pm at all. noises from inside the hotel, bed is very small in bouble room, no any fasility in the room, no closet in the room
We stayed here for one night after arriving in Frankfurt. The hotel is fairly close to the airport, was very clean, and gave us a delicious complimentary breakfast. Only thing to keep in mind that we didn't know before is they don't have free parking. It was 12 euro for one night, so keep that in mind. We had to pay 12 euro for parking.
The hotel is in a very quiet area. The rooms were very clean with a modern decor. We appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room was a bit small so I do not recommend it for long stays.
Pet friendly, convenient access to Motorway, secure parking Cannot cool the room down in November. heating was set way too high preventing sleep even with window open
The decoration of the premises, the breakfast, the comfortable beds and the room prices.
Hotel people were good, nice and friendly. Wireless internet I do understand that most like europ are not cheap. Basically after connect, speed is good, but this hotel, the signal is not stable and speed is so slow. This is no mean to payable system.
The location was the most convenient part, and quite frankly, the only redeeming quality. The free wifi was completely useless. It had no password protection, and simply didnt work at all. If you are counting on having a useable wifi connection, then skip this hotel entirely. Also the place looks shabby, its not being well maintained. The staff were detached and a bit burned out. Skip this hotel, its depressing. The site around it is also really depressing too.
Very reasonable in price, service and location Breakfast was rather poor for German 3* hotel
Best city Location, everything is very close to the hotel, Ryan air bus stops about 3 mins walk from the hotel.1 min walk from tram/bus/underground/train station, Clean rooms, staff is friendly, free internet at the ground floor. I would definately stay at this hotel again. bit noisy but hey its the city center what do you expect, I dont think its a minus point.
Location excellent close main railway station and city area of Frankfurt.. Nice hotel staff. High traffic on street makes Hotel Room a bit noisy.
The cleanliness in my room and the services
Very convenient to train station and close to the shopping and tourist areas of Frankfurt. Room was big and clean and the beds were comfy. Wifi wasn't free and was paid for in 12 hour blocks which is very inconvenient if you want to get up and check your mail in the morning. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but I guess that's not really their fault. Unfortunately the biggest downside to the street facing rooms was the noise of the train station although in the end it didn't really seem to bother my sleep too much.
average at best. but then again, most german hotels are like that unless it's a 5 star or better. good for a one nite stay, two max. no a/c, no refrigator in room, tv way too small and lack of chanel choices.
Very close to the train station. When you walk out the front of the train station, look right, and you can see the place. Our room was very spacious. The hotel overall was very nice inside, quite a bit nicer than we expected for the price. Breakfast was a fairly typical German hotel breakfast buffet (good assortment to satisfy almost anyone), and we found it to be a good value on some mornings. Less expensive (and good!) breakfasts can be had nearby, but if you're looking for convenience before boarding a train in the morning, the hotel breakfast is likely an excellent value. There surprisingly little outside noise (we slept with the windows open most nights). There is some light that can shine in at night, but the room had nice, heavy curtains and we were able to make it pretty dark (we're amateur astronomers and really like sleeping in DARK rooms, and were satisfied). The room had hardwood floors in the sleeping area and a tiled front entrance and bathroom. The tiles were modern, and the wood flooring was actual wood. In the end, we can find no good reason not to stay here again. All of the staff were *very* friendly and courteous. The room lacked a safe and mini-fridge, if you expect or need that kind of thing. The "bed" was two twin beds pushed as close together as possible (completely separate sheets/bedding), but this seems to be pretty common within europe, in our experience. This part of Frankfurt is a little sketchy (it *is* right next to a big train station), but we didn't feel unsafe. We've certainly been in more dangerous parts of cities. Be alert, and take the usual precautions that you would in a big city, and you should be fine. Be prepared to see homeless people begging for money; they seemed mostly harmless. The bathroom was always clean, but probably could have used a deep scrubbing (there was some mild staining in some of the tile grout).
Well located. Opposite the main train station and only 7 mins walk from the river.
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room. Perfect location. The noise is hell. Impossible to sleep. The ongoing construction prevents opening windows. No air conditioning. Not recommended for people who like to breathe.
