Staff very helpfull - Concierge booked all dinner reservations for us which made life easier
very friendly service
All staff that we met were were extremely friendly and courteous. Our Room was fantastic-spacious, comfortable with a wonderful view over the convent towards the hills. The outdoor pool was a joy and situated in delightful surroundings that was perfect for chilling during the day before heading into town-only 15 mins walk to Ponte Vecchio. I would gladly recommend. Disappointed that for the price we paid that it didn't include breakfast!!prices were very expensive-eg 18 euros for a ham/cheese toastie/12 euros for a btl of beer/glass wine/7.5 euros for a coke/water etc and that was just the snack menu!!However, the food bought at the hotel was very nice we would have eaten more at the hotel if prices had been more reasonable.Although we did find a lovely pattiserie where we were able to get breakfast with great coffee and only 2mins walk from hotel. Also the 'fitness centre' was disappointing-the gym was tiny, a mirrored room with odds and ends-equipment that was present was very dated.
Liked nearly everything The service around the pool area was a bit slow some days
space of the rooms sheet of the beds is not soft
All in all a good experience. Even our group ordered two bottles of Don Perignon during every dinner it was a surprise to be told in the third night that it is no more. Even the personnel had a bad feeling about the situation.
clean rooms and very nice staff I had a room that was joined to another one...the people beside me were very loud, got changed to another room and then someone was moving the furniture in the suite above me. since it's an old house I am not sure it's got the proper sound proofing.
kind staff, cleanness, well internet service, nice hotel nothing
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Service was exceptional. The pool was great after a long day walking around in Florence. Breakfast was very good. Upgraded room was a nice touch. Parking was a little expensive and not run by the hotel itself.
Hotel is conveniently located, stylish (Florentine style) and quiet. Room was spacious with lots of space for clothing, etc. Moldy fabric on walls; didn't know about comlimentary breakfast.
Excellent room, reliable air conditioning, all facilities new and fresh. Checking in easy, lots of dining choices in neighborhood--and easy access to key Florence sites.
hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. It states they serve American breakfast, unfortunately this is not what I would describe as American breakfast having travelled many times to the USA. I asked for fried eggs, sunny side up as served in USA to be told that would be an extra charge. No choice of eggs only scrambled supplied. No mushrooms or hash browns etc.Dissappointed as this was not what you would expect. The continental breakfast was good.
It's cenral location and upmarket clientele Rooms too small and the complementary coffee making facilities need to be asked for. Breakfast too basic.
I enjoyed the convinience of the hotels location and the easily accesible parking area. During our visit the air conditioning was not turned on and the rooms were very hot, and when we inquired about it, the staff told us to open the windows.
Not bad. While it is not a designer hotel, it is still good value for a hotel close to train station and major tourist site. We had a triple room which was spacious enough for three adults. Room clean, breakfast average. Shower is a bit small.
The rooms and the hotel staff are very friendly, and its close to the center of Florence.
Very nice rooms, good breakfast, central location (by foot less than 15 minutes to the dome), private parking,... There is no guarantee for the parking, so it might be that it is full and the private garages are very expensive…
Good position, good rooms and a nice breakfast. I would expect to have the free wifi/cable internet access in the room package
excellent position to centrum and very good parking very complicated and expensivve internet service
Great place and a great location Very Homey
I have stayed at the hotel many times with my husband and it felt like returning to a well loved home - the staff and attention to detail is super and jk PLace has cornered the market on "boutique" Nothing - it was all super
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was very calming and luxurious. Not really, except the room was quite small, but very comfortable
After enjoying the countryside for almost a week, we loved the extremely comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Perfect! It was a bit off putting not to be told about the noise from the street which could have been far worse if the construction crews had been working when we were there. Also, we had to wind through the lobby to find staff...
Excellent location - short walking distance from the train station, beautifully decorated, staff providing an excellent customer service, the best hotel - MUST - when you stay in Florence! N/A
Wow, a beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, wonderful staff and the most comfortable beds. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations. lovely breakfast included.
Quite simply the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Since it was our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded us from their 2nd best room, to their best room. It was a beautiful room, and a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel is excellently designed and appointed. The staff are gracious and helpful with everything.
good service small room, no window view
Above all the attitude of the staff - professional, courteous, helpful andwarm. No
the room is perfect, everyone should stay in this hotel when you travel to Florence.
A beautifully furnished, neat and simple hotel. Quiet and comfortable room with spacious bathroom.
The hotel has a great location but that's about it. The room I was given was #400 and the only nice part was the bathroom as it looked new. Tint room and very dark Hated the room but I am sure they have better rooms but wasn't given an option to select while booking
It was hard to find our room in the new wing.
Fantastic hotel. The room was very big and tidy. It had a wonderful view on the city.
no comment. we only state for couple of hours and check out at the morning 5:00 a.m. we have 4-5 pcs big luggage but no one come to help us to handle the big luggauge when we step in the hotel, they just look at us.
Good breakfast and is in a clase location to move around It is too noisy for being next to train station, my room has the windows that did not close properly and when reported they personal just had excuses and told that they were no other rooms available . Seems the motto that client never has the reason, not even a refund !
Right opposite the train and bus station so,if one is travelling from pisa, like we did, once there you don't have to worry about how to get to the hotel.Beside it's close to the centre and the river Arno.Very comfortable beds. We did not like the hot breakfast but the rest is ok.Initially i did not like the interior as it's a bit old and i was expecting a nicer room like the one shown in the pictures when making our booking, but then i got used to it.
The location of the hotel was superb! (Right next to the station, walking distance to sightseeing spots etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there bext time I visit Florence.
The location was good. The lobby smelled bad every single day we were there. The bathroom shower leaked water all over and created a mess. It was not as nice as I expected for the price.
The beds were very comfortable with wonderful linen. The room was spacious and clean. There was a strange smell outside the hotel.
Convenient location, helpful staff. Good roof pool area with nice view. Room smaller than expected (for a superior double). Work was also taking place in the square meaning the church was covered in tarpaulin and some access roads were closed making it awkward to drive to - also car valet parking service was expensive and we didn't know where vehicle was stored.
central location, excellent pool area, very good breakfast, nice staff jacuzzi in bath didn't work; no shower curtain, so bathroom got flooded when we had showers; piazza outside is being refurbished, so it is a bit run down at present
Fabulous location and very pleasant staff. Would return any time.
Ideally located, within walking distance from the various places of interest, including cathedrals, shopping district, dinning, bus & train terminals.
Great location, great pool, great bar, great breakfast. Rooms were not sound proofed and we could hear quiet music next door and everything in the hallway. The beds also rolled far too easily and we're constantly shifting
Location, quality, service, rooms
Location and good mountain view from suite. Great breakfast. Not particularly clean and the folding beds in the suite not comfortable. Staff were professional but not particularly engaging however.
the pool was vert useful as it was so warm. there was a building site outside the hotel which we did not know about it.
Breakfast was included No extra charges, service charge and taxes -a true plus Construction in front of the hotel
Good location in relatively quiet piazza, easy walking distance to main sights in Florence. Also close to train and bus station for excursions.
The Grand Hotel Minerva is in an excellent position for touring in Florence. Close to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. For the price charged over a weekend, breakfast should have been included.
The location cannot be beat. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome. And the staff were friendly. The only drawback was that the walls are too thin and you can hear a lot of what goes on in the room next door.
A world-class hotel. Staff excude hospitality, the hotel is grand in its design. Rooms have a 19th century ambience, and 21st century appliances. In its excellent location, the hotel leaves nothing to ask for. I would not have minded a simple plastic comb as part of the bathroom accessories.
The hotel is situated in a good shopping and sight-seeing district and is very beautiful. The floors in the room were beautiful but very slippery.
Very nice hotel . Old but when you walk in a room looks totally different . White tiles in bathrooms and all very clean and good quality with and charm . Beds a little hard but dig. Great quite rooms looking over inside gurden. Restaurant overlooking all Florance at breakfast and also for dinner with many outside tables . Stuff very friendly and helpful , concierge knows their stuff , ask for their suggesting if you need to travel around. Everything
I have been travelling in Italy for 2 months and this hotel is the best. The position is perfect, the view sensational. Rooms comfy and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and efficient and are smiling which is rare in customer service in Italy. The restaurant has a wonderful view of Florence, the ambiance and service from the staff are great. A very comfortable and ejoyable stay..10 from me
Location and interior of the hotel lobby and rooms. Internet connection available (for a fee). Room felt outdated - maybe as in all old 4/5-star hotels in Italy.
The beds were extremely hard.
I was t Baglioni Hotel for the Florence marathon. I have apprreciated everything, the location, distance to the train station and to the city center (Piazza del Duomo is only 5min walking). Breakfast, very good selection of food, is at the 5th floor with amazing view of the Duomo and Giotto campanile. Staff was gentle and helpul and let me use the room until 2pm (after the race) without charging the extra time (usual check out is 12). great stay, Thank you
The rooftop garden restaraunt panoramic view is breathe taking! the food was delicious pricey but well worth every bite. The service was very classy, polite, attentive and friendly the staff made me and my two daughters feel very special. The waiter brought my daughter a shawl when he saw that she was cold and offered us one as well. Our room had a window with a view for people watching, the maid kept our room very clean, every evening when we arrived back from a long day our beds would be turned down waiting for us. The location of the hotel was perfect every thing in walking distance. Doormen and bell hops very friendly and courtesy. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and welcoming and accommodate us with a bigger room when we revealed to him that our room was too small for 3 girls. We were hoping to see him again next day to thank him but we never saw him again. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious! Lots of food even at 945! i love the historical story of the hotel and old pictures of the hotel in the past. The antique furniture, history, and decor can only be appreciated by historical buffs. A historical beauty! Some of the front desk staff were snooty and not very welcoming. The first gentleman we met was friendly we saw him only once out of the six days we were there. When I did ask questions front desk staff very short and make you feel like you are troubling them. The first room #145 was way to small for a mom and two teenage girls. I had adapters for my phone and the only one it would fit in was the bathroom. The Internet is very weak (which I knew coming in seems to be # 1 complaint). When you first walk thru revolving doors there is a woman sitting at a table not sure if she is with hotel however she is not very welcoming she is first person you see and she does not smile or say hello she does not make eye contact she is setting the tone and it is not good, smile say Bon Journo!
Centrally located, easy to walk all over the downtown area. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and the view from the restaurant during breakfast was outstanding!
The hotel is right in front of the train station and in walking didtance of the shopping and sites. Staff very friendly and nice The rooms are quite old and kind of a musty smell
It is close to railroad station and downtown. Staff are proffessional and rooms are clean. We used two rooms. Very nice hotel. None
It is exactly next to the train station The night duty snoring officer sleeps on the sofa of the reception area !!!
Good location, servise, exelent meals ( just was problem with group, was very noisily during breakfast, very nice atmosphere. Many thanks. I do not have any complains.
The good breakfast and near to train station.
The location of the hotel was perfect. One minute from the train station, in walking distance of the town center, and there is a good restaurant a few doors down. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.
close to train station poor breakfast quality
Close to the train station and very central. Staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable and modern. Loved it.......
I booked a room with a satellite tv, however it had only 4 black and white channels. When I called reception, I was told they had a problem and so we couldn't watch tv. I complained when paying the bill but it was all in vain.
Got a room in the City Residence - a suites portion of the hotel. Good value Breakfast location was in a diferent hotel (connected) a long walk.
Location. Very friendly and helpful staff. An executive double room is supposed to have a good view as per hotel room descriptioms. Mine did not have that.
Perfect Location ; Good Breakfast ; Great for the City Trips Because to near the train station ; noisey
Location and raymond the the only staff that was nice and courteous in the hotel. Rooms are relatively new but very dirty, u can smell the toilet. Stains in the sink. Receptionist have no manners what so ever.
Nice situated in the centre of Florence. Good atmosphere. the elevator, but steps are fine for you health
The location is exellent, near the train station and quite central. The breakfast is very good. the rooms are quiet, the matress confortable. The shower although a bit too small had a good pressure and plenty of hot water. The lighting of the room is not sufficient.
Very good location, next to train station, easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi, and Arno bridge. air conditioning is typical of Europe, not U. S.
Very helpful staff. helped with early arrival, booking a tour since we had limited time. even extra help with things like charging a Kindle device.
Very convieniant location to sites of interest & transport links Nothing
We were two couples occupying two rooms. Air conditioning did not work in either of the two rooms. At around midnight, a terrible noise emanating from the internal courtyard would not let us sleep, and the receptionist explained that the noise was due to the septic cleaning activity that would only performed at night. The above noted septic-related activity lead to an incredibly disgusting smell that quickly propagated through windows and vent openings. The front desk staff proved to be extremely rude and useless.
Central location. Excellent and attractive room. Good breakfast.
It was a bit difficult to find it, but it is very close to the rail station and a 5 min was to the Duomo. Not so comfortable mattress, but clean and comfy rooms. The complementary breakfast was amazing. Not so comfortable mattress
The location was great. Easy to get to the outdoor market, the train station and all different types of resturants. It was easy to book day trips with the front desk and they were very kind for the most part. I had two superior double rooms and there were no views out of either room. The mattress was the hardest I have ever had.
Stuff we liked: 1. The location was hard to beat - we could walk everywhere. 2. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start the day. 3. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - got us reserved tickets into Ufizzi and Academia and provided helpful suggestions. 4. Room was clean and bathroom was on par for what I have come to expect from Italy. Air conditioning and wifi were nice to have. To be honest, we were really pleased with the place considering price, location, and friendliness of staff. The one thing I would say is that the bed - while not uncomfortable and completely adequate - was not an incredibly comfortable bed. But it worked - we slept great.
I lked the staff and I also had a very spacious room. The bathroom was very small.
This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence. It is steps away from the Duomo, but tucked away so that it is quiet and seems to be off the beaten path...perfect location! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive. The lobby is very comfortable, lots of attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, with many options.....something for everyone. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will return. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Comfort and location for our city trip.
Good service from staff, good standard of cleanliness, quiet location although nice and central.
Friendly staff Bar was dead.
A classic Italian hotel, in a quiet location yet close to the railway and bus stations, and within easy walking distance of the main city sights.
we were impressed with the level of personal service that whilst very helpful was never intrusive. Perhaps one word of caution was that as our bedroom dooor opened outwards we nearly tripped over the vacuum cleaner pipe that was plugged into the wall by our room. The sort of thing that could easily give rise to a liability claim.
I do a lot of travel, and I have to say this is a great boutique hotel , really nice atmosphere. The hotel has a nice diningroom with a great menu. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are super clean.( which is a must) . Great location.
very convenient location, lovely room, comfy bed!
I can't state how helpful this hotel staff was. From check-in to check out, they handled everything. The hotel is short on frills, but the staff alone is worth the stay. the shower - weak pressure, barely warm, took a few days to fix, but it eventually got to tepid, so good for water conservation!
The courteous staff and the facilities available. They were renovating a room above ours and the noise was too early, but this is not a criticism of the hotel itself

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The location is great and very quiet. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable.
The location of the place and near the center and the train terminal.
The hotel is in a fantastic position, nearest to central station, and in front of the magnific Santa Maria Novella Church, and just at two minutes walking from the center. It is really fantastic! There were a problem with car parking and only with the same time of the Firenze Marathon, were traffic was closed... We had to wait the finish of the marathon before leave the hotel and the hotel (due to an error of car parking staff) did not inform correctly us about time of car disservice.. It was beliveable that the problem were not from hotell staff and in this the hotel refund us of the car parking cost. It were possible skipping the problem, but they really did all they can.
We liked a lot the design of the hotel and the location. It is not easy to find such a standard. We had a very pleasant stay. Just put the Information labels with the name of the hotel in a visible place.
Style, location. The room that lived in wasn't the one I reserved, but still it was very good. And the reception gave me several options to choose.
The convenience to everything, including the train, was flawless! The hotel was very classy as were the staff! The breakfast was top notch and delicious!!
Everything - Staff, Reception, Helpfulness, Friendliness, Efficiency. We particularly were impressed with the decore, cleanliness and spaciousness of our room. The breakfast room overlooking Florence supplied a huge, tasty array of foods. The location was excellent for exploring Florence for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, as we were travelling by train and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the stations, a major factor with luggaage. The cocktail bar's colourful fountain/pool together with the prompt service contributed to relaxing pre-dinner drinks. No complaints.
Friendly staff. Upscale decor. Comfortable beds. The bathroom floor and the floor in the shower were extremely dirty. This was particularly evident to us since we had just stayed at a nearby hotel where the room and bath were immaculate.
The design of the hotel was outstanding. A huge charge was added to our museum tickets.
Excellent hotel .Wonderful position. We found the staffextremely helpful. The standard of cleanliness was extremely high and we loved the unusual decoration and style of this very comfortable Hotel.
The room was fabulous and the concierge staff is truly outstanding!
Very good value for the money (especially if you get a good rate). Very complete breakfast and excelent location (near to train station, major attractions, good restaurants). Excellent amenities and design. Very comfortable and quiet. Everything was just fine, except that one night they decided to turn on the vacuum cleaner at 1 a.m., the noise was very disturbing (considering that is has central vacuum and it can be heard in the rooms)
the hotel, in a beautiful florentine setting, is done in very good taste - spacious room - very pleasant staff - breakfast and breakfast room both exquisite
Decor was stunning. I am a Designer. Staff wonderful and made us feel welcome. Was one of the best Hotels we stayed in, nothing all was great
Toured Florence and surrounding area. Canned fruit at breakfast, rather than fresh fruit. Only one computer for guests' use.
The hotel was clean, wifi worked well (but the pw was too long), good breakfast, polite staff, able to give a good advise for a restaurant. The location is also very good, just few minutes walk from the major touristic attractions. Unfortunately the bed was too short and even if I could sleep, the quality of my sleep has suffered. The room was also rather small, no slippers in the room.
the location, could not have been better the staff was v unfriendly and un helpful.they need to be more welcoming
Spacious clean room, free internet in the room, breakast terrace the shower was damaged
historical centre it is not easy to come to the hotel with the car, hotel has no parking, paking is too expensive.
the breakfast parking price
Centrally sited with lovely views from breakfast terrace. Clean and efficiently run. Tea and coffee facilities not automatic. Have to ask for each day.
Location Location. You are a brisk short walk to the Galleria and Duomo. The price point for this hotel given its location is a steal. Very friendly service. Nice breakfast.
The location is quite good, which is in the heart of downtown. The bathroom is very big and comfortable. There're many useful sockets in the room. Nothing to complain.
Helpfull staff/ excellent location, good sized rooms
location and very clean hotel every thing was perfect
Der kostenlose W-LAN-Service ist wirklich praktisch (in anderen italienischen Hotels fehlt dieser Service leider oft).Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, auch dank des freundlichen Personals.
Room was clean and reasonable quality. There was a slight odor in the room.
The breakfast was excellent, wide choices, enough to satisfy most. Bed was very comfortable. All was super clean. Wifi worked just fine and was free. Lobby staff were friendly. They allowed me to check in 3 hours early, which was nice. The noise insulation between rooms wasn't great, including the door going out to the hall. They are doing some construction to the entire exterior of the hotel, so you may have noise (but it was only during the day), and you may have people walking around the outside looking into our room. It's also a loss of safety to have all that scaffolding up. Also, loss of views out the windows from rooms that face outside. Some people may not be bothered by any of this.
Good location and price The a/c not working good
Clean and fancy rooms. Location was not great as next to the bus station, too noisy. Small lift.
Die Lage ist exzellent und für jene geeignet, die für ihren Florenzbesuch nur wenig Zeit haben.
good location, good breakfast, big room, nice reception none
Incredible offer, ideal for business trips and for getting to the train station.
Very stylish and modern hotel. Staff was very warm & helpful. Extremely convenient location across the street from the main railway station in Florence and a short 10-15 minute walk to all the major sightseeing destinations. Solid breakfast was also included. Highly recommend! Will be returning there the next time I visit Florence. Our room faced the street which does come alive every morning with cars and pedestrians. Other than that, can't think of anything that
Excellent location, breakfast and service. Nothing.
location no air condition as advertise and tv remote do not work. Staff are not too helpful.
On the outside it blends in perfectly with Florence architecture. On the inside it is refurbished and equipped with all mods and cons. A really beautiful hotel.
location, beautiful rooms
Great location for short stay in Florence in a 700 Hundred-year old building completely redesigned in a 18th-19th Century Franco-Italian decor with spacious rooms. Great service by staff for booking tours and museums Exceptionally breakfast service. Hotel did not respond to five emails prior to trip regarding our request for tour information and late arrival ... and we probably had the worst room (on top floor facing a construction site) for that reason but still loved our stay at this hotel.
Hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with a great view and a very large 5-star bath room. Breakfast was great and great location near train station. Two elevators to get to the room.
Fabulous room right on the square. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was extremely good with many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Wonderful time and we will return soon. Nothing
Rooms are beautiful! We had two adjoining rooms and both were fabulous. Staff were very nice and spoke English. One of the best rooms for the money. The breakfast is excellent with a large selection and plenty to eat. You will not go hungry! Very convenient - within walking distance of popular attractions. A 5-minute walk from the train station. Nothing.
The room was very spacious, the ceiling was very high. Window was looking at Santa Maria Church, nice view if the church was not under restoration. Very near to the train station, and main attractions. The main entrance is a bit too small, you can easily missed it.
We arrived at 6pm. After returning from dinner, we closed the windows and tried putting on the AC which didn't work. The hotel claimed I had a window open which caused the AC to turn off. Even after the hotel checked the windows, the AC still didn't work. I wanted another room but the hotel said they were fully booked. The AC wasn't repaired until 11pm. When I checked out, I complained that the room wasn't ready for me. The hotel responded the AC was working when we arrived which wasn't true.
the breakfast slow elevator
Good old fashioned service and a high standard in all ways. No
the bathtub was amazing - beds comfortable. Decor in the room was very nice. Location convenient to train station. Breakfast buffet was very nice and beautifully presented. Hotel was clean., but unfortunately , renovations were going on on our floor - next to our room. Poor choice of placement. View was lousy as renovation is happening to the square outside. Renovations in the hotel were a little noisy - but couldn't be helped. Unfortunately, plumbers needed to recheck their work, as the gorgeous bathtub wouldn't drain after the bath. (not connected by chain)
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice touch.

The location of Hotel Rivoli could not have been better. The staff was top notch, with a special thanks going out to Ermelinda. She totally rocks. The hotel was beautiful, spotless and I could not have asked for a more beautiful room which had a private terrace that was such a wonderful and pleasant surprise. This is the only hotel that I will be staying in when I return to Florence for future trips. There is absolutely nothing that I did not like about the hotel, other than that I had to leave it. I could have stayed in this hotel forever.
nice small hotel in good condition, room as we asked for, hotel within walking distance to historic center and RR station, right price, friendly staff, breakfast OK, we will recommend hotel Rivoli to friends some might be apprehensive of low-class neighbourhood though not us: area is safe
desk staff very helpful
Polite staff and good service.
the location is good
The staff were very helpful, very courteous and attentive without exception at the front desk, bar and breakfast. The peaceful bright ambience of the garden and patio were a very pleasant hidden surprise behind the plain stone exterior. The ability to darken the room completely made for a very restful stay. No negative comments.
the staff were very helpful there was a nice atmosphere with a lovely courtyard and trees which was a welcome relief as it was right in the middle of the town. the pool is not very big good for a dip but not a swim. the gym is well equipped not in the hotel but just around the corner and doesnt open until 10am and not at all on Sundays
Excellent location & availability of parking. Big bathroom. In their annexe - no explanation of which keys to use. Mattresses - 2 singles to make up double - were very uncomfortable. Had to vacate parking by 12:00 even though we hadn't planned to leave Venice until 14:00/15:00.
Friendly staff, great location.
Very nice atmosphere with excellent, friendly staff at a great location good value for money. Free use of the gym around the corner! I had a very large and nice room but unfortunately it was very noisy (found that out early next morning)
