Very compact hotel and the price is reasonable.I enjoyed the hotel life. Cooking facility like microwave is convinient.Washing machine and dryer are equiped so that we can enjoy the long stay.
The hotel has a very informal air about it and the staff were all friendly. The breakfast was excellent. the location for the city centre and the old town is perfect. There is a railway station within 100 metres of the hotel with direct service to the airport which is only 10 minutes away and costs 2 euro. n/a
great night view, to the tower
spacious shower; friendly and helpfully people, clean bathroom and I had the posibility to buy some goods after 22 o clock in a mayor discounter, not bad! The bed was all other, than comfort. The wood bed has a not mor than 10 cm mattress, good for hard taken gays, The Chair was durty and a breakfast for 8 € very expansive. The 'Mini'bar includes one bottle of water, 25cl for 3 €, not a realy great offer. I hat a room with Window to the Street, I really didn't need an alarm clock, because the S-Bahn is active very early and good to hear. also the street cleaning vehicle speeks against an alarm clock. The Room was for Duesseldorf with 35 nearly cheap, but I don't want to make the Experience once again. So I can't report many goods of this hotel
The location of the hotel is great - close to the center but not overcrowded. There are much space in the rooms and we had a kitchenette and a cot in the room. Access to the internet was also a plus|! Everything was fine. No complaints...
Clean bedroom, plenty of space, good breakfast A lot of traffic noise (not the hotel's fault!)
Location, very close to train station, it is really 1 min to get it. Sauna doesn't work.
quiet; good position (just a few minutes distance to the main railways and underground station, by walk); good breakfast
The hotel is very closed to a train station. Room is quiet and comfortable. There are a lot of interesting shops near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful...Everything is very good.
Good location, outdoor garden very convenient for guests travelling with dogs, clean room (other than the carpet) Breakfast was a little sparse, carpet in room was dirty
It was very easy to find and get to, excellent transport links, close to the centre, room was spacious, and very good value for money. The road it is situated on is a bit 'dark' at night, but had no trouble so was ok.
very nice staff , big room , good breakfast some shampoo in the room
Clean, very good breakfast buffet and good location with many tram connections nearby.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the city and very comfortable. The room was quite cool in temperature and pleasant enough. The price was 4 times higher on Wednesday and Thursday than on Monday or Tuesday. This was due to a convention being held in Dusseldorf. Whilst I appreciate an increase on the premium nights the price was very expensive for 3 of us.
Spatious, comfortable and wonderful decorated rooms ;helpful stuff;good breakfast good location for visting the city center Nothing we would like to come again in this hotel whenever possible
great breakfast and hospitality
Very friendly family runs this hotel. Service is nice. They don't even take tips left. A lovely little garden is in front of all rooms on the ground floor. Rooms are not ventilated constantly, so to remove excess moisture you'd better leave the window open for the day. This also causes problems with smoking (if previous guest smoked in his room, then smell may remain there upto few days). If it'd be fully non-smoking hotel, I love it!
Staff attention and services Bed too small, positon of tv ( can not be watched from bed), cabinet on the top of bathroom sink ( useless and it is on the way when you want to wash your face or clean your toothpaste from month), loo is to high on the wall ( it may be ok if you have very long legs)
The breakfast service was well above average for typical city hotel, and the room we had was large, comfortable and very clean. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The taxi to the Altstadt cost 6 euro - can't beat that.... Nothing. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who need to be in either the Alstadt of Dusseldorf, or who have business in Flingern.
the comfort of the room which are brand new and very clean. Very good breakfast in comparison of other hotels of same category a bit more soap and shampoo in the Bathroom
Near business location
Cheap and well located small hotel. Breakfast was good but monotony. Rooms were untidy. Actually if you are allergic don't choose this hotel.
I loved the big rooms, huge windows and the fact that my bathroom had bath-tub It is very complicated to get there
Very need and friendly staff. They need new mattresses and pillows. And the need aircons.
Large room No air conditioning
The front desk attendant was extremely helpful - and even with her somewhat limited English, she was very determined to communicate with me and meet my needs!! The neighborhood wasn't too exciting, and I didn't think it wise to be walking alone after dark outside the hotel.
Not seeing anyone, no staff, reception does not open after 11am and we got the key off the pigeon hole with a note of room number and breakfast between 7 and 10 am....
Clean, close to Tram station, friendly staff
The breakfast was very good. There was bath not shower cabin in bathroom!! There was not hair dryer in bathroom.
the service was excellent : we needed to call a german number for our tickets of train, and they did it for us, without making us pay the call. thank you! as we arrived, there was in the room a strong smell of cleaning products, and even with the windows open, as we came back in the evening the smell was still present.
Nice clean budget hotel -price was a little inflated - but this was during Mediac and everyone puts the prices up! Very good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff
