The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a very large and comfortable room. The pool area is really nice with plenty of shade provided by lage palm trees. Would definitly use hotel again. Surrounding area not very pleasant at night
I appreciated very much being upgraded to a junior suite which was very quiet despite the beginning of the holiday season and the hotel starting to be busy.
We were able to walk into Denia easily from the hotel. Our room opened onto the garden. It was very quiet in the hotel.
Nice Pool area. Comfortable, quiet air conditioning. Closeness to a lovely beach. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Old style TV. Some poor surrounding areas due to building and dogs.
The room was clean, with a kitchen area (not expected) however there was no facilities to make drinks in teh room (why a kitchen area). Staff were difficult to find and not helpfull with the language. Tried to charge fro breakfast which was included.
Excellent suite, great b'fast, good location, staff very helpful. Very relaxing difficult to book spa treatments at preferable times, air conditioning not activiated in the hotel
Very modern hotel.Friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean & spacious rooms. Close to the beach & an easy stroll into the old town & castle in Denia. Will use again.
Friendly staff. Wonderful spa facilities. Spacious tasteful accommodation. No shower. Approach road is grotty with delapidated buildings and gives a bad first impression. Hotel itself is very smart.
Cleanliness of the hotel in general. staff very helpful and plesant. Marbel floors outside rooms made it very noisy. Also location of the hotel, a taxi was required to get to the centre.
Restuarant 'a` la carte' menu, poor quality food badly prepared, Menu of the Day mostly cold dishes. Hence restuarant hardly used. Cafe good.
Frendly staff, chef was nice, the girl who was on duty for breakfast was exellent and very polite. Smoking while people were dining was very off putting, beds were not comfortable and could do with some improvement in that department
Good stay, everything all right, basic amenities. The only bad thing I can say is about the road to get to the hotel: it is terrible and apparently several cars have broken down trying to get to the hotel. Better park a bit further away.
No wireless internet or satellite tv, But stated there was in the hotel information, So very disapointed.

Some of the rooms are very poor, a couple in the next room had a dog in with them!!
The location, right near the beach. This is like a beach bar with rooms for rent. Very laid back Goa seventies style. Nice breakfast outside in the sun looking out at the beach. I didn't have balcony or sea-view, or pool view, despite claims. But some rooms did have very nice views of the beach, and there were gardens to sit about in.
It was so close to the beach and the staff were excellent The air conditioning unit was very loud and it was difficult to sleep at night with it on.
Friendly staff, value for money, excellent location, good food. Mosquitoes in our room but I sorted the problem with suitable spray
proximity to town and beach.All meals served if required.Breakfast included in price was very adequate.Hot showers Bedding was pretty poor.No proper bottom sheet, more a mattress cover which had a hole in it. A shower mat would be greatly appreciated.
Location (on the beach) but that was all, nothing more. The wife of the owner and serving girl where very friendly. The owner and a Spanish person where very unfriendly to all guests. No TV and no hot shower!!!! Yes, 2 snowing Spanish TV stations. Shower gives poorly cold water and nearly no hot water. So it is nearly not possible the take a normal (hot) shower. Further is the hotel noisy, very poorly insulated so you hear everything from all the other rooms. It is impossible the sleep all night trough without been waking up by other guests. As mentioned was the owner fare from friendly. A good morning or good day he hasn’t learnt. By asking questions he answers unfriendly. The restaurant was bad and fare from Spanish but more typical cheap English food. I use around the 160 nights/rooms a year world wide but have seeing seldom so many bad things in one hotel. Yes, in 50thies but the Spanish food was at least very good.
