Service and location The way weddings spill uncontrolled into the main lobby interfering with the hotel staying guests comfort and well being. Running children and wedding party people watching TV over the heads of hotel guests eating at the bar tables are unacceptable.
I would suggst to revise the openeing hours of the swimming pool / 08.00 - 10.00 /
The clean and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and had a good knowledge of the surrounding area.

This definitely no five star hotel en very unfriendly staff. Too much Chlorine in the pool. You can smell it on the first floor of the hotel caused by not closing the door to the pool, unfriendly staff, bad breakfast.

Simple room, value for money. Excellent parking opportunity (important there if you have a car that you do not like parking on the street). Well located. Jacuzzi in bathroom (!) No alarm clock in the room, remote control of TV did not work from the bed (bed was too far from TV?). Floor strange under carpet.
Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were not from the city so they could not provide accurate information about the city.
people at the reception are nice and helpfull i made a reservation for a suite and i got an apartment (cheaper) the breakfast is ok, but could be better
Restaurannt was very good, my complements! Also service was perfect. A bit noisy, there were some dogs barking very much during the night, perhaps it was only during my stay,

Good location, clean, and reasonably well priced with staff whom speak very good english. We booked a room online which was advertised as having air conditioning, however when we got to the room it was over 30 degrees celsius according to my digital thermometer. I checked the room and couldn't find any controls for the a/c so checked the room user guide manual which stated that the temperature of the room was controlled via the air conditioning panel on the wall. There was no air conditioning panel and at the same time the sink in the bathroom would not drain so my wife called reception and asked them about the a/c and the sink. The receptionist stated that the a/c was on a remote control and that someone would come to fix the sink. 20 minutes later no-one had come to fix the sink and still no a/c so my wife went down to reception and asked. They said that someone would be along soon to fix the sink and that the a/c was on the main hotel a/c plant and the room would naturally cool down but you couldn't adjust the temperature yourself. We waited another 20 minutes and still no one had come to fix the sink and nupon inspection of the room I could see no a/c ducts etc so knew that the room had no a/c at all. At this stage with the temperature rising in the room I went to recpetion with my wife and questioned the receptionist. She told me that they had called someone at their house to come and fix the a/c and the sink. I stated that there was no a/c so couldn't be fixed. She eventually admitted that our room had no a/c and would change our room to one that did. I questioned her as to why she had lied to my wife on two occassions stating that the a/c in the room was controlled by the remote and then that it was not controlled but was connected to the hotel central a/c system. At this point she said she had not lied - as you can imagine this annoyed me greatly as I do not like being lied to, I do not like being stuck in a hot room, I do not like waiting 45 mins for no-one to come to the room, and I do not like incompetent hotel receptionists. In the end the receptionist said "what do you want" and I said "for you to admitt that you have been lying to us and for an apology" - she looked at me and said in a sarcasitic voice, "well, if that's all you want I can do that".
Helpful staff, very spacious room, free wifi.
Secure free parking, large modern refurbished rooms, close to city centre, pleasant bar and breakfast room. Strange smell of distinfectant in corridor. Incessant barking of dogs in adjacent houses. Couldnt turn down ceb dow central heating to a comfortable level.
The rooms on the first (112, 113, 114) floor are dirty and wore down.
Front desk staff was very helpful to us. She booked us a taxi fro our early morning flight & helped us to get internet access for our e-mail.
We booked two rooms and both were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good except for the smokers you had to pass to get to the non-smoking area. We booked two rooms - a double room for my husband and myself and a twin room for our two adult sons. Our room and bathroom was a little smaller. Our sons mentioned that their room was very warm. Reception staff very friendly but our room faced the car park and we had to complain twice during the night as staff went out the back for smoko and loud talking - which woke us during the late night.

Polite and helpful staff. Advertised as having air conditioning, but room temp was 29 degrees at midnight. Hotel admitted that ac was unable to cope with excessive temperatures. (We were there during an exceptionally hot period).
It was very good value for money. The service throughout was excellent. The room and the general ambiance was comfortable. The bar could have had more food selection.
My room was quaint, comfortable, and clean. The maids were helpful with their efficiency and ability to get my TV remote to work to some degree. The shower was fabulous for drying my umbrella, too! The front desk staff need to go to smiling school. Also they were not helpful in using their wi-fi. I finally used one of the unsecured networks from the hotel next door.
