Excellent for the money / terrible drop off
Pros: The vehicle was clean and an excellent value for the money (partly because of the great USD exchange rate).
Cons: The drop off is terrible. There were no signs and we needed to drop off at the international terminal (T1) yet nobody said that the drop off was at domestic. Had to hike all of our luggage to the underground train station which was a huge hassle.

Solid rental for a very reasonable price
Pros: Very low rate for the 8 days I rented the car, clean and modern model, very easy pickup and drop off at Sydney airport
Cons: Car was a bit small for a tall person (Holden Barina).

Excellent service and spotless car
Pros: Car was spotless, comfortable and the service was efficient and quick
Cons: Insurance pricing a little crazy. $3000 excess seems a little outta whack
Cons: I did not like the price and eventually ended up returning it early (which I had to pay a $30 early-return fee for). I reserved it online for $169.00 but by the time I got to the counter at the airport, I was paying over $600 for the rental for 6 days. I could have rented a GPS (which I needed bc in a foreign country) for $20 a day (pricing is way too high for this) or upgraded for another $10-$11 per day on the car (basically forcing the upgrade). The insurance was around $47 per day which would have put me up to around $870ish for the rental so I opted out of that, which led to being worried the whole time about other drivers who might damage the car in some way, leading me to have to pay for any damage that might have happened (was warned I might have to pay $6000 if damage occurred - higher because of upgrade). This was a vacation and I definitely was not expecting to pay so much for the rental car (money could have gone towards vacation activities). Hertz strikes me as a company that strives to always have the lowest prices on kayak and the other travel sites so they can get max customers in the door and then charge them for everything under the sun after that. I will definitely be comparing prices a little more closely from now on.

Pros: Price was good. Car was as advertised.
Cons: I requested a rental at SYDNEY AIRPORT, the pick-up and drop-off was about and hour away from the airport, no shuttle, and cost us $100 to get there by Uber...
Pros: The Mitsubishi AX was good for accommodating 5 passengers in comfort. Though it struggles with fair luggage for 5.
Cons: No satnav/gps. And it was a little underpowered.

Pros: Convenient pickup location near arrivals
Friendly and helpful staff
Dropoff was quick and easy once we had descended into the depths of the underground car park (Pullman Hotel in central Sydney)
Car was clean and mobile - although small even after our upgrade
Cons: Very slow pickup - took over half an hour to complete paperwork although there was no queue. For us, it was a big comparison with Launceston (Tasmania) Europcar where we had rented the week before and where pickup was almost instantaneous (to be fair, Launceston is a much smaller airport).
Price increased more than expected over original booking - 30% (of total car price) extra charge was applied for picking up at Sydney airport.

At drop off they tried to charge me for previous damage
Cons: At the Sydney drop off they tried to charge me for previous damage. They wouldn't resolve it, so I cancelled the second rental in Cairns with them. I took video when I picked up and dropped off the car , and I told them I had the video. So far they haven't tried billing me for the damage.
I recommend you us a more reputable company.
Cons: So the unholy alliance between you and other vendors results in confusion over who owns the reservation. Price-line, you, Dollar Rental? Who knew? The address was wrong. No help calling anyone. A mess. I get there are bread crumbs for each referral, and its easy to wipe your hands and pass the buck, but it makes it hard for poor consumers like me. I vote with my feet. Will not use your site, nor will I allow it to be used by my employees for travel planning. I think I'll block access at our firewall.
