Pros: The agent was helpful and prompt. The rental was quite cheap, at least in US currency.
When I specified "SUV" on the rental, I wasn't expecting something the size of a Suzuki Samurai. That may have actually worked out well, though, since a larger car would have had a lot of trouble on Dominica's narrow streets. It got us and our luggage around, so it was big enough.
Cons: The car itself was dreadful. It had 110k miles on it, the wipers hadn't been replaced in years, the right windshield sprayer was broken, and the right turn signal didn't work. The engine just barely had enough power to make it up a hill (and in Dominica, there isn't much else *but* hills). It had the worst turning radius I've ever seen on a small car (and Dominica has lots of hairpin switchbacks and extremely narrow roads, so making a U-turn is largely impossible).
One traveller who hired a car in Marigot gave the car agency they used an average rating of 4.8
