Location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near the metro as well as Grand Place
Towels had holes in them and bed linen was not clean

The breakfast, the room, the pool, the videogame at the lobby were very nice.
There was a line to take the breakfast. We had to wait about 20 minutes to have a seat.

Good sized room with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities were good.
I was disappointed that the pool was too shallow to have a swim - probably more of a splash pool.
About
Overview
Western Europe is one of the great cultural areas of the world and most folks visit the big countries but miss the beauty of the smaller countries like Belgium. Belgium is a crossroads for German, French, and English culture. There is also lots of local flavor as well including the Flemish and Dutch influences. The city of Brussels is where all of this comes together. It is one of Europe’s great cultural centers and it worth exploring for tourists interested in great history. Staying in the middle of Brussels means booking a room at the Novotel Brussels City Centre.
The Novotel Brussels City Centre features 217 rooms and is located nearby to the Grand Palace. When this hotel tells you that it is in the city center, you can rest assured that when you step outside, all that is Brussels awaits you in just a short walk. The hotel itself is well-appointed and has everything a traveler could want for their European vacation.
Dining in Brussels is a treat as well. There is so much more to Belgian cuisine than waffles. Just stepping outside of the hotel will get you to some excellent restaurants, but if you choose to stay at the hotel to dine, you have excellent choices as well. The hotel’s restaurant offers some excellent Belgian fare along with other standard cuisine from the continent as well. Room service is a great way to avoid the crowd and get a great meal in comfort.
Staying in Brussels is easy and when you stay at the Novotel Brussels City Centre, you get the best of Belgium.
