Comfortable beds and excellent customer service. Nice decor in the rooms. Good location. Free airport shuttle. Nothing.
Good hotel, clean. long check in and check out...I had to change my upgraded room to a normal one after one day due to a water leak in the bathroom
The hotel itself was quite nice - very American. The staff was quite friendly and helpful - almost earnest. Many staffers were bilingual. The room was also a nice size. I had two issues with the hotel. 1. On both Friday and Saturday the hotel seemed to host a wedding/party. Loud music blasted through the hotel til 2am, making it difficult to sleep. 2. The hotel charges for guests to come up to your room. I was told that I needed to pay approximately 50USD for a friend to come upstairs. This, they said, is their policy. If this is true, then this policy should be explained prior to check in - not prior to a friend's visit.
the staff was wonderful an was there for everything we needed, they were always helpful an polite, they made use feel special, I would recommend this hotel an there staff to anyone
Hotel staff and shuttle transportation was on point! Lots of employees late night and very quick personal transport on the airport at all times. Rooms where new and clean. Value for the price is excellent! Great hotel for that night after a flight and being in transit. Bar service was slow
The shuttle to and from airport. Abundant breakfast included Cleanliness, Polite and efficient personal in the front office, restaurant and transportation.
Attentive staff, excellent service, great price, very good restaurant- all in all excellent experience. Not many restaurants within walking distance.
Location, price, Front check in clerks. ,Simple plain attitudes. I aSk if they can help me booked a flight to medellin she ended booking a flight to cali instead . Horrible experience
small room and limited staff on location small room and low shower pressure
The location between Zona T and Calle 93 is ideal. The room is kept clean daily with bottled water. Lot's of sports channels on flat screen TV. Wifi worked with no issues everywhere. Breakfast included eggs if you ask. Hotel taxi always ready and cheap. The main drawback is the noise, but that's something you expect in Bogota. A construction crew near the hotel broke the law one evening and made noise until 2 AM. In fairness this could happen anywhere in the city. More bilingual staff would be great.
Service/Aptitude provided by Hotel staff
It is a super nice hotel, beautiful room, clean, the staff is amazing, very nice bathroom, and everything works perfectly. Great breakfast. Highly recommended I liked everything about this Hotel.
The rooms are confortable, big and nice..The breakfast was excellent. They supposed to have a swimming pool.. it was closed for renovation they said
The breckfast The taxis car are very old
I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free The hotel understand and u guys not, i never get hotels from kayak again.
Its very fancy and comfortable. it took them 5 hours to bring me an iron board
Excellent room in Executive Floor with butler, breakfast, computers, happy hour and clean sheets every day! Outstanding breakfast buffet with local delicacies. None.
Professional personnel. Nice room. The swimmingpool etc. was under construction. This was not announced before !!!!
The room was very modern, clean, and sleek. The staff was friendly and thorough. All this for a very reasonable price.
- Location is good. - Clean - Consistent "Hilton" atmosphere - I called front desk and room-service, several times, and nobody answered. -After finally getting through, it took over an hour for my room-service order to arrive... and it was just a simple breakfast for two. -Rooms arent very big -Bed is supposed to be king, but it seems smaller - Bathroom/closet door has no lock.
The rooms were nice sized with a separate sleeping area. Nice large tub was a plus but the bed was rock hard even by Bogota standards, they charged extra for Internet access, their bar was closed and their on site dining was under construction.Being right around the corner to the US Embassy might be convenient if you are working there but if you are looking to go out to eat or drink find a hotel in a different area of town there isn't anything near this hotel.
The price for this hotel was fair but I expected more in the quality in the room. The prices for food services are on the expensive side. Food in the local area is extremely inexpensive. The food at the hotel, aside from expensive, is not that good. I was very impressed by the security at the hotel. At night there is no access to guests unless they sign in with ID and with you as escort. I believe guests have to leave the hotel at a certain hour. There was an armed guard by the elevators. Aside from the cramped room and bad food, the hotel is adequate and medium to high priced for a hotel away from the water.
This is a very clean hotel with wonderful service from the staff. However, the rooms are not much, no more than an average room @ Motel 6. And the bed is hard as a rock and small. You’ll need to carry an iron, as the hotel does not have one in the room or to loan. The US embassy is only a 5 minute walk away (two blocks) and you will be with-in a 5 minute taxi ride to an incredible 3 floor mall with a 2 floor Exito supermarket and 7 screen cinema. The complementary breakfast is very good and room service is prompt. The rooms we stayed in didn’t have an air conditioner, yet it’s not really a problem in Bogota beings the climate is rather cool most of the time. There are many little shops near that cater to the people going to the embassy, such as photocopiers, internet shops and such. Bottom line, the hotel is overpriced but that is due to location, clean room and great service.
Great location super close to the airport. They have shuttles leaving at the hour to both terminals (domestic and international). They have an awesome breakfast. If you have to catch a flight before 6am (when they open breakfast) they have coffee and snacks you can take with you. The rooms are spacious and clean. We traveled with a 2yr old toddler and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We didn't walk at all outside the hotel so can't help on that aspect. Overall, great option when you have an overnight layover.
Close to airport. Comfortable room. Good breakfast for the room price. Gym looked nice. Best be prepared to take a taxi (US $7) to the hotel. The shuttle only runs once per hour, which is not much considering it is a 2 minute drive to the airport. Other nearby hotels go every 15 minutes or so. The website says the service goes until 1 AM, the lady on the phone at the hotel I spoke to says it runs 24 hours, in reality it ends around midnight. Once the back office closed, I was unable to call the reception due to a repeating glitch in the automatic answering service.
