I stayed at this hotel because this is where the conference I attended took place, it was very convenient being able to just go downstairs to the meetings. The front desk staff members are very friendly and helpful. It's a perfect location if you are there for business but not so much for sightseeing (see below). The location seems to be in the outskirt of Berlin and there isn't much going on around it. The room is comfortable but lacks certain amenities such as coffee maker, safety box, iron or extra blankets/pillows. Most items are available but you have to ask for them specifically.
Frindly staff. - Comfort - Restaurants
value for money
Convenient for conference I was attending. Good range of food in restaurants Charges for internet use
Staff was friendly and the facilities were good. It was convenient for public transport but it still took 30+ minutes to get to any tourist sights. We were there because of a specific event happening at the venue, but in normal circumstances we would choose either a cheaper hotel or a closer one to the centre.
Very nice hotel No
Good location and great accomodation.
I was attending a conference at the hotel and so it was very convenient to stay at the hotl at the same time. The staff were polite and helpful.
A variety of restaurants at a one place and a realtively large selection of food; abundant breakfast; complaisance and accesibility of the hotel staff, services and facilities I missed a swimming pool !
the room was great and we got a good deal, so we were able to pay it and spend our wedding-night there. I liked the colors in the room, bathroom and bed. The breakfast is too expensive
The staff was attencious and a good breakfast with good options and ingredients. It is a business hotel and should have free internet
The price was really attractive factor since we got special offer for a family room. The environment is also confortable. One day the side table did not clean properly
good hotel, clean, garage under the building, not that expesive, stayed in the junior suite. breakfast is poor and expansive
The big pure number, the attentive personnel The small TV-set of old generation
it was the worst hotel i ever booked through Booking.com i think you should review whether it should be listed on your website. Everything it is a shame i cut my stay for two nights and had to leave knowing i paid in full and move to the Westin hotel.
Mercury had big 'airport' ambitions, in a still downbeat neighborhood. A walk away from trendy NeuKölln. Had an awesome room with a view, all perfectly kept in that 80's style and feeling.
I know it well and it is in a good position for my needs. Staff are not very friendly but they are working on that, at least. Reservations staff not always effcient either.
Rooms were comfortable and cool There didn't seem to be enough staff in the bar area, had to wait a long time to be served.
I really enjoyed the view from my room. Don't loose the breakfast. Good quality, a lot of food and nice environment.
room, location I thougt it would be more child-friendly, since we stayed in a family room, but I suppose I should have checked myself for childrens facilities
The hotel was *beautiful* and the romance for 2 evening deal was the best price for an amazingly swank evening. The room they gave us was also enormus, even for non-european standards. There was a big bed, a bookcase, 2 desks, a patio door, and 2 couches in the room!
staff were extremely helpful, especially when my pigeon German was atrocious! Bed was really comfortable, rooms were exceptionally clean. Even arranged a late check out as our flight was very very late. it was far from the main tourist interests of Berlin.
The hotel was clean, the facilities were good quality. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was upbeatband friendly. The wifi worked well. The bathroom was big, clean, and pristine. The hot water in the shower was very weak, seemed to run out immediately. The area around the hotel didnt have much life to it, literally, there was a large cemetary 100 meters away.
Arrived at 10pm. Went to room. Stinks of smoke.Went to front desk. There are no non smoking available. Stinky room will equal to a bad nights sleep and my clothes will stink in the morning. The TV set is an Phillips antique. There are no restaurants or shops within 1km minimum. Do not know how close the metro was. Internet speed.,
The wifi is 100% robust, the rooms are comfortable and classy. The staff are pros. The bathroom and room are spacious. The pipes are noisy, I could hear them all night. The location is dreary (cemetary close by and a datk river) but close to public transit and neukoln is a 10 min walk.
This place is a hidden treasure. Latest gadgets like flat screen and key cards are exchanged for fantastic staff and facilities. Even the housekeeping makes you feel like you are home. The room didn't have ac. It's Berlin. Hardly needed except for mid afternoon summer nap. Even then...
low breakfast choice, bad system for pay-tv, low information on internet availability, uneasy use of safe (need a paid key from front desk) no vallet in-room for costum trousers ironing, no toilet stuff in bathroom.
The proximity to bus stop. The hotel room was not comfortable. The double bed was actually one queen bed with two twin mattresses on top of it.
Very friendly staff. Good hotel for a family. The frequency of public transport to the hotel is low in the evening hours.
It was nice i don't have any particular complaints
Cleanliness and comfort in enough spacious room, fair price Everything was perfect, just bit long walking distance to underground
The staff was always very proffesional I had to leave one day before the total stay of six days and I could not cancel the last night and got charge for it
15 minutes from the underground so easy access to Berlin, Spandau and Potsdam. Good Breakfast and good Mexican restaurant attached. Breakfast room a little small
the staff and comfort
The hotel was of a good standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful I awrongly assumed the hotel would be nearer to the city centre than it was. There was a bus route to the city centre which took about 30 min.
friendly and helpful staff, food very good .
Slight smell of drains in bathroom
Clean, safe, quiet, excellent included breakfast buffet.
The shower is so badly arranged that after any washing the floor is wet.
The nearness to u-bahn The area around and the small bathrooms. esp the shower
Gute Anbindung an U-Bahn und Bus
Wonderfull breakfast.... I did not like the door at entrance. Its made for security but sometimes we have waited a little bit outside.
Excellent and varied breakfast
clean, friendly, very good breakfast never had to pay in advance, very thin walls
Breakfast was good. Very close to public transportation. Clean and private bathroom. Area/ location doesn't feel that safe at night but it could be only my impression.
cleanliness of the room
The bed was extremely comfortable, needed post marathon. Staff at desk were very helpful at all times.
good location close to U-bahn and shopping area. Free wifi
Nice and clean rooms -
i was in berlin on a conference, but the conference hotel was book out. I wanted to close as close as possible to a conference centre and Erlanger Hof was the closest one. The rooms are very (really very) small, but clean and nice. If u plan to spend most of the time outside, this hotel is a good deal for the money u pay. not all the reception staff speak english
We very much enjoyed staying here. Staff was very helpful, U-bahn is closeby and the 4 euro breakfast is quite extensive. Also we appreciated the clean room. Parking is close-by in the next door garage. Tip: First get the parkingcard at the hotel. Pillows were not very comfortable (very fluffly). For the rest, no complaints about this very nice hotel.
The facilities offered for internet and wireless connections. The shower place was too small.
It was very close to Metro and big shopping mall. Nothing
location in old town
Near to the city center, just about 10 minutes with a car, some 20 minutes with the metro. Very nice rooms, tidy, good furniture and bathroom. I was expecting a bath tube and a lift.
clean rooms, calm stay It was not so easy to find the location when we tried to reach the hotel by public transport. No precise information was mentionned. (we were coming from Tempelhof airport). It's a pity since the hotel is easily accessible by public transport.
the breakfast, the room
Overall hotel is absolutely quiet. The difference between the hotel pictures during researvation and the true.
near to Conference hotell ,, calm and clean far from downtown and shoping area , expensive for services provided
Amazing Breakfast Buffet for only 10 euro! The room was high standard for Ibis.
Everything was fine. Very clean. The hotel is a little way from the centre of Berlin but the tube was only a short walk away and they sell travel passes at the hotel reception. The passes also have discounts with certain museums and attractions in Berlin so well worth purchasing.
cleaning-hospitality-quiet- no porter for luggage
Hotel great for our needs which was a quick stop off from coming in from Schonfield Airport. We needed a hotel which had a late check in as our flight was due in at 10pm. The Hotel Manager was very helpful and helped us with understanding the public transport system.
Location - convenient to ring road for driving (arrival/departure) and convenient to U-bahn for access to city.Hotel is practical in design and facilities. Room service, towel and sheet cleaning and changing was to a very high standard. Charge for breakfast is too high so we avoided it. Also was not clear when booking that there is a charge for use of car park (website said parking available, but not made clear that it was not free).
Convenient, cheap and easy. The area and dirty glasses weren't cleaned or replaced once during our trip. Expensive breakfasts but that's Ibis prices I guess.
clean, comfortable, efficient staff, excellent value
The hotel staffs are all kind. No
Reception was closed after 8pm, had to get room keys from nearby petrol station (not mentioned when I booked the room, I had to spend 10 minutes figuring it out in the street and calling a german phone number). They also refused to give me the WIFI password until the next morning, making the included free internet useless. Towels were old and not soft. No hot milk for breakfast.
Very close to public transport facilities. Very very nice breakfast room and breakfast. Shower very small
good acces to U-bahn and S-bahn I prefer one double bed instead of two singles. They move away from each other
near train and supermarket No have the internet
Casual, informal atmosphere and friendly staff
very nice and friendly personell staff, free wi-fi internet access reception is frequently empty, and, as such, it might result quite difficult to interact with the hotell staff. This includes checking-in and -out. No reception between 8 pm to 7 am. In case of need you have to make a call to a german phone
clean and quiet. very helpful staff. bathroom is spacious. Room is rather small. Far away from most eating places and shopping. Also quite far away if walking to the Estrel. Surounding area was quite dirty and sidewalks were strewn with dog poop.
I enjoyed the unlimited access to WiFi, and also the friendly people in hotel. The breakfast was very good too. It was very convenient to Estrel Hotel which is the host of lots of International events. you can walk to estrel Hotel or use subway. People easily speak english and they help you kindly. The area in which Hotel is located is not that good. It is so far from city center and Hubbahnhuf (Main train Station).
Location is close to a bus stop (50meters) that stops at metro station (10 minutes). Hotel was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Did not partake in the breakfast but it looked like a typical European style breakfast (rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit etc). Staff spoke minimal English but were willing to communicate via broken english and hand signals Parking was limited to on street.
Close to rail and large shopping centre. Staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Quiet comfortable room and good variety of food at breakfast, which was constantly replenished.
It is not ideal for couples, they have only 4 rooms with a double bed. It is 10-15 minutes by walk from the first u-bahn station. In the night there is only a bus that can bring you there. Maybe an hotel near the S-bahn it is better fro who is coming from schoenfeld airport.
Very easy check in. Quiet rooms and calmly living. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Check out also without problems.
Much better and bigger room than expected. Very clean and nice room. Whole hotel was relatively clean and had well care. Staff was also nice and flexible. Away from center.
clean and convenient, bus stop is really 2mins walking distance
Clean. Location near the airport. Strongly recommend. Nothing
Breakfest and distance from the airport You can add description - how to reach this hotel from airports.
Very bad hotel staff. Have to pay for luggage deposit
Value for money, access to public transport, the efficiency of the reception staff especially Helke. No
The cleaning service was very good No
The rooms were very comfortable. The air conditioning did what it should do. The mini bar was well stocked. The rooms were quiet. There was no tea or coffee in the room. Limited UK T.V. The hotel was too far from the Berlin tourist sites. Hotel guest maps do not show location of hotel. This confused us to start with and took time out of our short stay.
During my stay at the EuroHotel Berlin Airport I feel great. It is far better than more other hotels, good location, staff very friendly. An enjoyable experience for me and my family. I'll be back as soon it's possible; in fact I'll be back next month around 20-25th July. Also it's a good value for money.
Far from city center. I had private car, so that was not a big isue. They charge for wi-fi internet access.
The price of the room was very good and I got what I paid for The time to got to center of Berlin was longer than I expected, thought it was closer to center of Berlin
The room was cute. The room was all bed, the TV was tiny, the cleaning ladies opened the door with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the handle. The wifi was not good and then you had to pay after you used all you had. The guy at the front desk was short with us and rather rude. We came back late one night and the doors were closed and he came out to ask us what we wanted and was shocked we had a key... not the best experience.
silent and clean
I did not like any special things in azimut. It was an ordinary hotel which is not qualified for 4 star... The internet service was awful. Telephone cost was too expensive and the staf could not speak English very well.
good location near bus stop .
Well, it's not really a 4 star hotel - it's rather 3 star, but it was great for the price we got. Clean nice rooms, you can park the car in surrounding streets for free. There is a McDonald's just next to the hotel in case of acute hunger Expect 3* hotel, location - far from the centre, expensive internet, expensive carpark
For a busness trip to Berlin to attend Innotrans exibition at Messa Berlin the Hotel was perfect.
Location was good and quiet. Friendly people that want to help you any way they can. It's necessary a car and they speak almost no english.
Breakfast, location, price/valie. The staff don't speak Englisgh at all.
Friendly staff, comfortable & quite room, nice breakfast The location was too far from city center. However, U7 underground was just a 5 minute walk away
I like the staff, the bar/lobby is nice. The location is close to public transit. Maybe too close. The water buffalo with sleep apnea on the bunk below me destroyed any hope of real sleep. The guys coming in and out at 2am 3am 4am etc finished it off. The sound of the S trains is very noticeable. The hostel cant really control the guests so its not their fault, just a reminder that much of the time, Hostels suck!
