Just feel touched from food items and it’s all good
The prices are very high. The facility is great particularly from a high floor with espectacular views of the sea and Barcelona. Breakfast was hard to get in the morning and had to wait to be seated But there are many bars and restaurants near by that we decided to use instead of waiting and dealing with the dart at the hotel to get service
We arrived hours early. They upgraded us to an ocean view suite for free. Loved the Elicpse bar on the 23rd floor. Great hotel. Great stay. Great city.

Its a nice and clean hotel, with great views and a comfortable bed. The pool areas look nice, but the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy them.
Everything tries to have a super trendy vibe that just doesn't seem realistic. Too much loud music and emphasis on parties that seem over blown. The pricing for everything is easily twice any other place that we visited in Barcelona, and there just isn't a reason for it beyond the hotel just charging more because they can. Its very far away from anything else.

Almost everything was great. The view is just amazing. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very cool and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet does not have many varieties. The Jacuzzi in the spa was not kept warm for client's use.

Location visavis center and most attractions is bad. Too far without taxi or other means of transportation. This very much a hotel "been there, no waouw feeling, ain't coming back"

Dissapointed by the quality of drinks in the bar Eclipse, staff was not very friendly..They should improve their service towards the people which are staying in the hotel. Too much focused on over charging. And you have to pay also for the internet, which I assume could be included in the nice price of the suite.

The spa as guests should be offered sauna/jacuzzi and pool for free of charge as well sometimes room service took too long and I expected the service to be a bit more personalised

Firstly the location is great, you can basically walk everywhere from the W Hotel and explore Barcelona. Staff was very professionnal and helpful. Pool area was nicely design with great view of the beach and the city. The room obsiously was brand new as the hotel opened just 2 weeks ago and had all great amenities. Loved the shower.
