The breakfast was phenomenal and fresh! Highly recommend! Service was awesome!
Bangkok has a LOT of pollution. The smog in the air by the pool from the diesel boats going by and overall air quality is quite harsh but if you’re going to Bangkok Shangri-La is definitely the place to be.

The atmosphere, accommodations, views and experience were exceptional. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our desire to go to an obscure vegan restaurant, communicating with the taxi driver & restarants to ensure our safe & Happy experience. Exceptional service.
