The staff were very helpful. The location was excellent, very near BTS skytrain. The rooms have really beautiful formica doors and counter tops. The people who installed it didn't remove the protective plastic, so it's ripped in places and says 'Formica' in big letters. Looks really wierd and shabby. Walls need a paint job.
room was functional. a/c worked well. seemed to be clean (for bkk conditions) location was good, city center can be reached by skytrain in 15 minutes. breakfast is basic but, toast and jam works. staff does not speak any english at all, they cannot even answer a simple question. they serve hot water with pouder in it (nescafe) for breakfast and name it coffee. high noise level in the hallway at 6am when they start prepearing breakfast
location is good and the room is very clean. There were no showercurtain or divider fixed with the bath tub.It was flooding in the bathroom after I took shower every night.
I was upgraded. It was duplex suits. Very large bed. TV system freezed time to time
Very huge bed, nice furnishing and good breakfast selection. No shower screen (as it does not go well with the chic design) causing some slight flooding in the bathroom when using the rainshower.
Definite best value and and definitely come back again. :)
Their bar menu includes a list of cocktails. However, if you order one they can't actually make any. I don't understand that logic.
The hotel seemed new. Close to the sky train. Right next to a big mall. The check in process was very slow. They originally put us in a non smoking room but it was in a smoking floor. We asked to move because our room smelled very gross. It took a while to get us moved to another room. No breakfast included in our room rate. To purchase the breakfast it was way too much. It was just ok for 1-2 nights.
This was a very quiet hostel/hotel in a non tourist area. Quite peaceful is that is what you desire. The bus #40 will get you into little India and Chinatown, and there is a ferry very close to bring you to Wat Pho and the Grand Palace. I didn't like how quiet and non tourist this was. While a perfect getaway for those who want the authentic feel, for me it was far too lonely and distant from the areas across the river I wished to travel.
very close to the airport that's why I have chosen this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very good shopping center (Bang Kapi) near bye. I did not stayed overnight so Yi can tell nothing about the breakfast. to short stay to give a comment, I like everything
Nice lobby. Incessant banging emanating from plumbing system-all night! Thin walls and doors-great for eavesdropping on neighbors! Cigarette smoke pervades the bathroom at night. Staff lacked the typical Thai froendliness.
hotel staff was very friendly the cleaning personel used some products that were really (really) strong. I couldn't stay in the room after it has been cleaned for a couple of hours.
nice room, clean, enough space, comfy bed, good breakfast very loud birds in the mornings (from 7am). night times quiet.
The hotel was quite close to the main markets and the Nana sky station. The hotel rooms had an odour, and besides the hotel staff werent very helpful in providing us with smoking rooms even though we had requested for them in our booking.
Location The room The noisy cleaning staff Being charged the 1070 baht for an extra bed Being across the street from the main hotel in an outdated one star hotel room The bathroom was terribly run down with poor water pressure
The staff were amazing. Facilities were amazing and was right in the middle of all the tourist spots Nothing
The location was excellent as I have to walk for a few minutes to reach the eating spots / night bazar/ Nana Sky train. Seven Eleven was also nearby. The business centre was not free for the hotel guests which was strange. The breakfast need to be a bit better as far as taste and variety is concerned. We have the same menu in breakf ast for our entire stay of six days.
price and location
service. i have stayed many times and frequently. most staff recognise me. housekeeping is lazy and doesnt want to change sheets unless you make them.
Actually nothing nice to say about this hotel, needs to be closed for refurbishment Reception staff are in their own world and can take ages to check you in, The rooms do not have a pleasant smell, Toilets and shower areas have seen the end of their periods, needs to be immediately renovated. After 3 days I had to pay extra and upgrade myself to a suite just to be a bit comfortable, however other than the lobby everything else is dated commencing from the time you get into the lift.
Logation was good near the BTS-station. Good svimming pool.
the location size of Room, executive studio suite was just a very small room !!!!!
The first room they gave us on L1 was great, but unfortunately next door they were demolishing/renovating the building, so they trashed their rubble with the pile right next to us. They start at 8.30am and we thought we didn't want to be awoken every morning. So they gave us another room, not as nice slightly, but we had asked for it and will live with it. They were good, slightly long walk to Sukhumvit Road itself, maybe around 7-10 minutes, but if your young and travelling, why not? Besides the noise from next door that starts at 8.30 and ends at 5, which most travellers would not be at the hotel then, the breakfast was good enough, and service friendly and helpful.
the staff were brilliant
the room space that the buildings are sperated
Friendly Staff A lot of mosquitoes near the internet computer area.
location is convenient swimming pool is small, hotel is now rennovating, morning very noisy. Also, equipment in renovated room is not adequate.
good location and comfort and the staff good no
Great location, friendly staff and excellent value for money Room facing inwards so very dark. Free WiFi network in lobby difficult to get good signal. In room internet expensive at Bt 350 per day
The location is amazing and the staff is friendly. These rooms would be great for someone staying a few days or a month on business. Honest there was nothing Indisliked about our stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean, the air con cold, and it is set back enough off Sukhumvit thatbitnis quite at night and in the mornings.
The staff and the location were both excellent. The rooms were very dark we moved up tp the top floor but it was very nosiy from the aircondtioners.
value for money little dated n building site next door
All the staff were friendly, and the maids cleaned the rooms very well, and a very nice buffet breakfast. keep the tuk tuk going till 10pm
I did not like anything about the hotel accept for the fact that its near to good shopping areas
Staff is very rude and abusive
yes,absolutely..its so relaxing..i will definitely go backto baiyoke suite soon with my family again no..im ok with everything...
the location and value for money no complaints
security system,breakfast was superb. carpets.
the breakfast with the view, change all the furniture, carpets ,improve the cleanness etc
centerally located .value for money.no frills
The room The neighbohood
Plenty of wholesale shops around the hotel. The suite is reasonably clean and comfortable. Maybe to change the breakfast spread each day - ate the same food every morning for 3 days.
I like the spacious room (Deluxe room chosen) and its quietness. Location is the best so far, very near to the night markets and airport rail station. First when we advised the reception @ 10am+ on 24Oct2015, she told me check in is at 2pm.We expected the hotel to bring our bags to our room once available. But to our dismay, room keys are not even ready when we went back @ 8pm.Lousy service!
The room was OK :) Internet and Skype available. STB in reachable distance ~10min walk. Taxi from Airport about 200THB No doors to bathroom.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great - very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the computers as I did not bring my laptop with me. Very good location, near to Skytrain and lots of places to eat on Soi Thonglor. Very quiet, even though it is close to a busy street. Great value for money, and I will stay here again (I am usually in Bangkok every one to two months). There is absolutely no parking, my friend dropped me off and couldn't stay because there was no place for his car. Later I just told friends to meet me at a restaurant on the street. Would like to have seen the name in Thai, it was hard to know exactly how to say "Nantra de Comfort".
The bed is comfortable and is pretty close to the skytrain. The fact that there's no door to the bathroom.
very kind staff, reasonable price, comfort facility,,,, no, it`s all perfect!
Simplicity, cleanliness, location, friendliness of the staff, location.
