Couldn't even check in 1 hour early. Stayed here due to proximity to Camden Yards so we could park and not have to worry about our vehicle. When we arrived we were told they didn't have room to valet our car because of the game, which is the entire reason we picked this hotel. Whatever. We went to the 4pm baseball game and came back to check in. They gave us keys to a room occupied by another family. Went back to the front desk and was told they had no room for us because of a flood and they were waiting for a room to become available. Said we could go to the pool and then get dinner. While in the pool they told us the restaurant was closing early so we would have to order carryout. We ordered carryout at 9:30pm and didn't receive our food until 11:15pm because we were told to wait in the lobby by the front desk staff and apparently our food was taken somewhere else. My 3 kids aged 5 to 10 were miserable waiting until after 11pm to eat. Finally got into our room around midnight. Complained the next day to the manager and was told we wouldn't have to pay for our stay. It's been over a week and we are still waiting for the credit to our account. Called the accounting department, left message and never heard back from them. When we were there it was very apparent many people were having numerous problems with the hotel including 15 minute waits for the elevator. It was also apparent management is not willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. They appeared more likely to be found hiding in a back room somewhere.
On a business trip - checked in at 2pm and because check-in wasn't for a bit, front desk helped me out. "Upgraded" me to an amazing suitt overlooking Camden yards. It was a rainy cold night, and the orioles were not in town. I can appreciate upgrading someone when neither of the above were factors. The room (667) had great views and hangout areas, BUT NO BED!!! WAS RELEGATED TO A PULL OUT COUCH DESPITE PAYING TOP DOLLAR!!
We traveled here for a one night trip to attend an Oriole's game. The ball park is immediately next to the ball park and you can actually see the park from most of the rooms. It's also abuts the convention center in addition to having its own meeting space. Would be an excellent place for a conference or to stay for an event at the convention center. The coffee bean and tea leaf was excellent and the room was clean enough and pretty comfortable. Really wanted to use the pool with our baby but it was incredibly cold. That was a big bummer. Also didn't know it was pet friendly and we had a dog that was pretty unhappy near us.
Stayed there as we had come in town for an Orioles game. The hotel is across the street from Camden Yards and the gym has an awesome view of the park. Overall nice facilities and upscale feel. It's also a block from the Light Rail station so getting there from BWI is very inexpensive ($1.70) although parking was $35.00 a night of you drove. Some normal amenities were missing, no breakfast although a Coffee Bean is in the lobby. Charged a fee to use things like the conference room and the business center has the computers set up so the sun is at your back and difficult to read the screen.
The location was great, right next to Camden Yards to see the Orioles baseball game. Hotel reservation could not be found and they were not helpful. Our room was not cleaned until 3 pm and we needed towels. The indoor pool was cold, not heated and was so cloudy and dirty you could not see in it!!! Coffee shop/restaurant had long lines.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was chronically understaffed. Groups left without receiving their food due to the long wait.
My room over look at Camden yards as does the executive lounge Mattress needed to be replaced, digital key did not consistently work, executive lounge food and beverage not as good as most
View was great of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay and recommend to my friends and family.
Beautiful accommodations, great view of Camden fields, well priced, pool was nice, coffee bean in lobby, a great place to stay whether it's for business or pleasure! - staff was extra accommodating
The location was convenient. The staff was rude. It took 3 hours to "find" my reservation, it was dusty, dirty, hairy, ac unit wouldn't work and extremely overpriced. At 8 in the morning a woman who worked there put her ear to our door waking us all up tapping and when I opened the door she said she was just checking to see if we were all there. Checkout was at noon.
Since the hotel was so big it was very impersonal so I guess that is what you get for a large hotel. The service was Omni the certainly not incredible.
Loved the location Besides from the hookers on our floor from room to room, the fighting in the hallway at 1am in the morning and the party going on down the hall with employees and guest with drugs being used
Good location. Safe. Room was fine The lack of an included breakfast and the fact that the buffet was 15 bucks. Seemed a bit steep.
Friendly, efficient staff. Nice restaurant and bar. $25 a day parking charge.
Staff was helpful in recommending eating, transportation, directions. Just genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was expensive and poor quality.
Proximity to ballpark.
The location was great, staff were nice, and all basic services and amenities were in place. The building's age is starting to show (lost an elevator bank for half a day during our stay, leaving 1 public elevator and 1 service elevator to serve 12 floors of rooms). Parking price is $25/night and parking keys aren't always coded properly. Cheaper parking might be available at nearby garages (saw some at $20/night). Room price was absurd because of I stayed during a convention weekend, but even considering that, the costs were pretty abusive ($400 a night is a prime Times Square price; Baltimore should never command that sort of fee). Most of the Inner Harbor hotels were charging in that range, and prices for convention weekends are now steep enough that I'll be looking to stay off property, then drive in/garage my vehicle to save a couple hundred bucks a day.

Was impressed with the room for cost. Staff was helpful. Parking was expensive and low ceiling No breakfast.
I love the pool and sauna. I love the bed sizes. I like the courteous guest services and front desk employees. Best swimming pool in the national capital region. Hands down. I did not like having to pay $25 for a night of parking and I absolutely did not like paying $16.95 for a buffet breakfast that was literally the same quality as a normal buffet at a days inn or a budget hotel. I would pay for a breakfast if it was a decent breakfast, but this was really substandard. Dry hard muffins, a toaster that was not working, dry dry plain eggs, fruit that looked old. This breakfast needs to be free or the menu and the cooking changed immediately.
The staff was excellent, beyond polite! Best room service breakfast ever.
Bed was comfortable, location was convenient. No hot water from the sink.
Location to Ballpark and Stadium Hotel is seriously showing its age inside and out.

It was a nice place to stay, nothing extridinary. The acoustical value of our room was horrendous. We could hear our neighbors conversation. Could also hear people's conversations in their rooms as you walk by the entry door. Even heard a couple having relations walking by their room. We won't be staying there again.
Close to Convention center. Great renevations. Comfortable room. Used to have a really super Buffet. Now its good but pretty limited; no smoked salmon or other higher quality items normally expected at an upscale facility (with an upscale price of $19) & provided by its competitors. Also, I was charged for the room (interestingly at a lower price than I paid to Kayak) as they had no record of the prepayment! I called HotelBeds and they are working on it.
The hotel was in a great location and beds were very comfortable. I booked the hotel because it said kid friendly. After reviewing the website, I realized there was nothing to keep kids entertained. I tried to cancel but was told no refunds. We decided to make the most of it. My 5 year old was going a little stir crazy in the room so we decided to walk around. He saw an escalator and would go up and come down the stairs. I was told he was not allowed to do that. I figured it was high up so they didn't want him to fall down. We went to the other side where there was only 4 stairs. Again I was told he was not allowed to do that. He wasn't running or bothering the quests. I could have allowed him to run up and down the hallways (which I thought was inappropriate) to let out some energy, but decided going up and down the stairs was a better option. I felt as if my family was not welcome. Why label yourself kid friendly, when you prefer not having kids there. I was truly disappointed.
