Location is great
Breakfast is good
Being close to all the sporting events arena's
I stayed here because of its close proximity to the Georgia dome.
The convenience of the location.
It was near tourist attractions. And it had valet parking. The alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. After evacuating twice we did not get a good explaination as to what was going on and we should have gotten a discount or something for being woken up by an emergency alarm twice!
The Location Nothing
The hotel was very pretty and clean and the complementary breakfast was really good. The parking rates are outraeous .....
The staff could not have been any more helpful. They were never too busy to stop and answer questions or help us with anything. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was wonderful as well - easy access to the aquarium, coke museum and centennial park.
The two room suite is great when traveling with children. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There was a sign on the door to the pool stating the hot tub was not working. However, it was but it was full of children. It would be good to have stricter rules for the hot tub. The corners of the room (behind the lamp and furniture) were full of dust.
Location, location, location. I didn't like that hotel had no complimentary breakfast. I understand that the hotel has a very nice restaurant, but if you have to spend $15 on breakfast you can't afford to eat dinner in the evening at hotel. I think you will find that more would frequent hotel restaurant and bar if could have a little breakfast on the house. bagel, muffin , milk, juice , something simple for pregame. 24 hr pantry is nice for midnight cravings.
The location is very convinient. Georgia Aquarium, the Coca Cola, and the Centennial park are just within walking distance, great for family vacation. Coming from South Florida where parking is always free, I was surprised about the price of the psrking fee per day.
They charged me an arm and a leg and were not very reasonable or lenient. I did not like the $ 80 in local phone charges!
It was very close to the Georgia Aquarium and the Coco Cola Museum which is what we wanted to see in Alanta. I never like being charged fo parking.
Indoor & Outdoor Pools - Hot Tub - Clean Room - Close to so many restaurants and places for the kids Nothing!
we were let of the second night when we explained why it was not suitable location. amenities. lack of breakfast. loud air con. price of car park
Situated adjacent to Aquarium and CC World. Good choice of Restaurants in the neighbourhood
This hotel is very well placed in central downtown Atlanta, I was able to walk to the World of Coca-Cola, cnn and the Centennial Olympic Park, as well as Phillips Arena and Georgia Dome. It is conveniently located to a marta station as well (as I had no luggage, I came straight from the airport). The room was very comfortable, there was a well-equipped gym room, and breakfast was awesome, with a chef that would cook eggs, pancakes, waffles etc at your request. Well... I was woken up at 1 am by the noise of an electrical drill in the neighbor room just outside my door - the guest there got locked out of the room and they couldn't open the lock with the magnetic card. I called the front desk, which explained what was going on and the noise stopped some 5 minutes later. The next morning, nobody seemed to know or remember what happened, but during check out, when asked about my stay, I mentioned the episode and they promptly excused themselves and offered hh points on my card as a minor compensation, which was the least they could do.
Free Internet is hard to beat compared to other downtown hotels. They also gave me a 2-bedroom which was also a plus. Location is great as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Best hotel experience in Atlanta for me.
Central location, friendly staff, good value for money
Very clean and modern looking. Nice spot for couples or adult fun. Very dark motif. very busy with non-guests but guess the marketing dept is heavy on the events
I love, love, love the dark cool colors of the room and the modern design! I also loved the peak-a-boo shower! I did not like the $30/night parking fee.
Free hotel car within downtown area
Beautiful corner room! Very chic and modern. Great staff.
Great Concierge - Indira Wrick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, Thanks!!!! Cant think of anything I didn't like
The staff was excelent. The bars in the hotel were great and the convenience of great restaurants was wonderful.
The friendly effective checkin, the pool area, the BLT, the bed Ordering a burger at the pool - it took more than an hour to arrive ? Minibar was not replenished on a daily basis
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and clean. The drinks were too notch. The weather...... But that's not your fault.
It was a cool, fun hotel. The room was tiny for the price and the shower did not have a door so it was freezing!
The nice staff, the incredible view and the accessibility to everything we were doing that weekend. No.
The facilities and location The way the staff stared and treated us as if we didn't belong there. It was a long three days.
I loved the decor of the rooms,it was very romantic and exciting. I enjoyed the whole stay!!!!
Very nice and friendly staff.
Breakfast - waffles were very good! Proximity to downtown also good
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The room had an odor due to wet carpet. It was evident that this was an older facility that had been rennovated.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Close to the main attractions
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good-- a couple of blocks from the Peachtree marta station. The room was in fairly poor shape, and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired--the bathroom floor was never swept in the 4 days and 3 nights I was there, and it seemed as if the room was not actually being cleaned during the day, just towels being replaced and bed made. The hotel had begun a much-needed renovation about a month before I stayed there, so hopefully things will be better for people who come later.
Close to downtown, easy to get to freeways
I liked the fact that my room had a stove, refrigator, and microwave. This was convient for a family that do not want to eat out every night. I did not like the bed, it was very low to the ground and the could not sleep. I also woke up with back pain. I also did not like the fact, my family did not have any soap and lotion. The bathtub was also not really clean.
Positive attitude of staff to handle any & every matter....keep it up
The location of the hotel is well suited to reach downtown things to see and do. The hotel is in a dilapidated state. To be fair, the hotel is in the middle of being refurbished, however, it would have been nice to know about this beforehand. This means sections are inaccessible and noisy builders are around during day time. Room door didn't close well. Staff is friendly, though.
The people working there were friendly and helpfull The first room they gave us the air was not cooling the room. The next room they gave us by the next morning the whole floor by bathroom and sink were wet. Finanly they gave us a 3rd room and it was ok. They had only 2w4 room they were using and the rest were under renovation.
good location. friendly staff not the newest hotel
Convenience to what we were doing. No.
The bartender made the best Lemon Drop Martini I've ever had!!!
Clean hotel. Nice staff. Good location.
Location Property under construction. Pretty beat up.
First and for most the staff was amazing and helpful. Being so close to downtown attractions saved so much money on parking. Where to start, first I booked this room months ago, so I get that stuff changes but my biggest problem could of been fixed by simple things. First WE COULDN'T FIND THE HOTEL!!!!! Apparently sometime from the time I booked to when we showed up the hotel got bought out or something. The upper management must of decided to renovated the hotel. So when we showed up (around 11pm) the hotel didn't look open. so we drove around for an hour to find it asking 3 other hotels where it was and getting directions from a homeless person to find it and still missed it! Until we walked ALL the way around the building through the construction area to find the front desk. Second part of the reason I picked this hotel was the pool and breakfast, didn't find out about the pool till after we checked in. We were informed about breakfast but to loss out of the free breakfast with only a 15% discount at waffle house, was not what I was expecting because it was another way to save money we now had to spend. Also the construction workers started work early in the morning near the occupied rooms after such a late night trying to find the hotel, the wake up call sucked!!! We had no DO NOT DISTRIBUTE sign so the cleaning staff nearly walked in even though we called out telling them other room was occupied. I do want to point out that the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make up all of our complains. They make off the construction zone, put up an entrance sign, and got us a do not disturb sign. But all of these complaints could of been fixed by a simple call before our check in date to let us know what was going on at the hotel. So a way we knew what to look for instead of leaving us lost.
the value Unusual smell to room, loud air conditioner and water ran in commode every 2 minutes
People very nice and loved the valet parking....was quick and hassle free We were there for the u2 concert. Was disappointed that the front desk couldn't help more in finding us places to eat at after the concert or entertainment. Saw the usa paper as we were checking out. Also, neither phone in our room worked. Would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast. I would stay again though. The rooms were comfortable. More information need to be put in the room....what is located around that area.
Great value for location Like most hotels downtown parking expensive. There was some type of construction going and there was no restaurant in the Hotel.
People were fine Room, mainly the bathroom was horrible! Grout missing, mold on shower curtain. Disgusting.
Room was very dusty! Bathroom fixtures were all loose. Bathtub did not drain properly. Room door was coming off the hinges.
The staff were all friendly, and the room was pretty nice. Although the valet guys were really nice, they did get pen on my leather seats. the room didn't have a fridge.
Beautiful lobby Room very small, paint peeling in all rooms, looked dirty. By vent towel with plastic bag taped to it.
Location and parking were great. The bathtub would not drain. Very gross.
restaurant was nice Only valet parking available; one-hour free wi-fi only
The proximity of the hotel to major tourist attractions is great. Easy walking distance to the them all. The hotel was looked worn and rather unclean. The rooms were cramped. My TV did not work. After 3 attempts by the staff to make it right (and two comps on my bill) they move us to a different room. The staff did everything on their power to make it right for us, but I think they were handicapped by the facilities and resources available to them. Hilton needs to make an investment in this facility!
The location, the friendly & helpful staff, and the very comfortable room made for a really nice stay. I really didn't expect to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Of course, I always appreciate a free muffin or donut at breakfast when I'm paying over $100 per night, but this isn't a deal breaker for me.
I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel, although almost too much. Nice, clean facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Hard wired ethernet connection. Free WIFI Bathroom door was a sliding door which didn't lead to very much privacy. Wouldn't be a huge deal to a family but you couldn't feel comfortable using the bathroom for fear of someone hearing :) The overall lighting in the building was a little dark. I think they were going for a low light, kinda intimite feel but it was almost too much. Almost spooky in some instances. No breakfast. Price.
The staff at the front desk were exceptional The internet connection was unstable
It was located to what we were visiting but a little far away from other areas of interest (midtown) The bathroom door did not stay closed or lock.
I love the front desks agents and staff they all were WONDERFUL!! VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LENGTH IT IS STILL TAKING TO CLEAR A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO MAKE RESERVATION TO MY BUSINESS CARD.. SO MUCH CONFUSION .. NO ONE RETURNING CALLS!!! VERY UPSET ..
Excellent & friendly service Lackluster breakfast selections
Close to attractions. Breakfast.
Everyone and everything about the room was great. I would most definitely stay there again. It was was in walking distance from the aquarium and moat of all my little girl enjoyed it the most.
Friendly staff - accommodated every request I had Location Facilities Clean Slow elevators - need additional signage for the second elevator and stairs
The staff was great! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved everything
Location beautiful room. Site lies about free parking. Only 5 spots available for free parking and people not staying at the hotel Park there. I was ripped off with 26 dollar valet after being told free parking. LIES!
Nice hotel. Very good value. Very close to Coke headquarters.
the staff is friendly and location is nice i did not like the breakfast. the fruits are not fresh and the scrambled egg is like the fake egg from McDonalds.
The staff was absolutely fantastic! Always cheerful and willing to go out of their way to help. Very clean and beautiful decor. There were two MAJOR drawbacks. First, there weren't any curtains on the windows. With the light from the city, it was SO BRIGHT in my room that I couldn't sleep. Second, the walls were so thin that I could hear EVERYTHING my rowdy neighbors did until 3am
It was a nice hotel. Clean and very friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that we were charged to use their valet parking and we were guests of the hotel. That is ridiculous. No discount no flat rate for days spent there but charged for every single day.
The staff was amazing. They upgraded me at no additional cost. The room was very spacious. Location was great. It was walking distance to everything downtown. I can't say enough about the staff. The manager in charge of check in was impeccable. The only this I didn't care for was the noise from the busy street at night. That being said. The hotel is downtown. Something like that is to be expected.
hotel room was very nice everything was good
rooms were nice, but the entire staff was really incredible very friendly group not much in close walking distance
Breakfast was awesome and room was very cleanly. No.
I thought the room was well appointed and very up to date for business travel. On the website it says you can park yourself.....they only have 5 self parking spaces. I was not surprised to pay for parking although $26 a day is a bit steep....especially when this is a hotel without room service or daily housekeeping!
