close to theatre did not get room type requested. room poorly furnished, no refrigerator as promised, no king bed as promised. very disappointed
Staff were very helpful and concierge was extremely good at recommending services in hotel and local tours and as we were only staying one night we found this information very useful and time saving. hotel as a whole was beautiful especially foyer and balony outside was lovely for late night drinks rooms were huge but room we had could really do with a complete overhaul although it was clean it was very outdated towards rest of hotel.

The staff was exceptional. Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.
The staff and the front desk went out of their wayto make surely stay was perfect.
The location to the Fox Theater I stayed in a suite and it had a kitchen but no wine glassed or any kithchen supplies. Was not very nicely decorated for a suite.
location across from the Fox our friends got super huge spacious rooms with suites and KITCHENS!!! We asked for an upgrade and had a small room way way down the hall and around the corner, what is up with that?? No one answers the phones - called room service, front desk, conceirge, and the operator---VERY ANNOYING THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER REPEATED PHONE CALLS will not stay here again..,.,

I was not there a lot but the shower was clean and spacious. I had a great view of midtown Atlanta. I felt secure because of the valet parking and floor accessed only with your room key. The beds were clean and fluffy but supportive. When it was time to get my car the valet did not provide clear communication. There was a crowd because the hotel was having an event and it was raining. He took my card and never said anything else or what to expect.
The doormen were excellent and so was the concierge, Brent. Very nice room and it was very comfy!! not a thing
nothing. it was terrible. staff were rude. tv in the room did not work. door did not lock. bathrooms old. they overcharged me by 50 dollars on my room rate. door didnt lock. room service food greasy and too heavy. film crew filming in hotel so guests could not use the main lobby or bar. awful experience for business related stay. business center not working

Good location to the aquarium & other tourist attractions. We had no hot water for showers even after running the water thirty minutes. This happened three times.
The workout room was clean and updated. Service was slow across the entire operation. Expensive - Three of us had breakfast one morning and it cost us $70 for breakfast buffet. We also used the valet to park our rental car and it was damaged in an accident when they were bringing our car around to us. Where they park your car is a block away and requires driving the vehicle in heavy traffic. It is built in to be slow with a potential for accidents. I would not stay here again.

pricing It took about 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around even thought we called 10 minutes ahead as we were told to do.
Online at checkin I followed the prompts and requested a room with a view. Wife and I stayed in town for a Fox Theater visit. The room we had was one of the latest round of renovations called live/work. It was average to small size acceptable of a downtown room. The room was extremely clean and and the furnishings were leisurely and new. There were about 6 USB plugs in the room which was convenient for gadgets. I was obliged with a bellman to my room with my bags. He did full service including turning on all the lights and opening the blinds to the skyline view. I think there have been major renovations in this hotel and the older reviews on this site do not at all reflect the hotel in found.
Hotel location is very convenient, access to all areas near the hotel and or at walking distance. Hotel amenities, although under construction and/or renovation were acceptable ( I refer ti the pool). Fitness room and facilities is a plus . Not that I don't like but that was not always available, the concierge services in my case would have make a difference.
The Hotel is Newly refreshed, and has a very nice and accommodating staff, Room was Clean and Well appointed. In a different location this would be a Four or Five Star hotel. Sorry but the negatives with noise The Hotel is on a main thoroughfare that is being used as a place for idiots to cruise blasting with speakers that rattled the windows and I was on the 12th floor. Atlanta must not have any sort of noise ordinances. It was Mf this and MF that and MF MF That was disturbing in and of its self,. But coupling the music with ambulances with wailing sirens at all hours (there is a major cardiac hospital across the street). I would not stay here or recommend this hotel because in two nights I never got a good nights sleep.

This hotel has a pretty good location for Georgia Tech visitors. The rate was much lower than others, probably due to the fact that it was under construction. No free coffee after 9 am -- who gets up before 9 am on a Sunday? At 9:04 it was long gone. It's like making it look like you are giving away something for free but not really doing it. The hotel will probably look nice in a few more months, but lots of drywall, and some jack hammering. Also, it's right next to Emory Hospital, so more than a few sirens. The sliding doors need to be replaced -- they leak like a sieve. Also, my Mac can never connect to the WiFi in the rooms. Down in the lobby it's not a problem, but something about the Access Point upstairs isn't happy with my laptop.
Room service was very quick to respond to in room dinning and bringing extra things. There was a 35 min wait in valet after I called for my car and there was no indication of how long we would have to wait.
We enjoyed the location and room service. Valet was slow and inconvenient. Rooms were beat up and in poor condition.
The staff was very accomodating, for example I was allowed to review several rooms and to select my preference and they were patient with my late dparture. Parking can be a bit of a hasssle and is rather expensive.
The hotel was perfect for our stay and very comfortable and clean.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Small bathroom had nice walk in shower Staff was not that friendly, the bar area was not willing to serve us at closing time, simply stating that "We're closed."
Our room smelled pretty bad. Running the AC didn't help. And the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen. Staff was great, but I'd never go back.
Easy to use wifi was provided. Location was great. Room was a little shoddy. Cracks in the wall, worn paint and the flooring had large gaps that didn't meet the wall.
