A very good location for our visit to the Theater Hotel and we will certainly stay with you the next time we are in Antwerp. This time the room was not of the same standard as when we stayed with you on our last visit
Friendly staff and clean hotel Bathrooms are very clean but somewhat old fashioned
The staff of the hotel was very attentive and ready to help at any moment The temperature in the room was very cold, the central heating didn't work
were upgraded to superiour room without additional charges room was located on 2nd floor with the back window coming out onto the car park which caused a lot of noise from people getting into their car and slamming doors etc. during the night. Would not recommend the same room to anyone.
The location: the centre!! The price for the room: good! The price for breakfast was rediculous: too expensive!!! The staff was fairly rude!!!
Location, hotelroom, friendly staff.
best was location breakfastroom too crowded in the morning,
Kindness of hotel staff, enough space in the room
General atmosphere and appearance No bar lounge service after midnight
Breakfast choices Room tempertaure control not available
It's clean and nice, nothing is broken or anything. City centre is only max 10 min walk away. I used national bank parking, 6 min walk and 5 euros a day. The room was big enough, but I had hoped they would be a bit large.
Location 5 - 8 min walk from Centraal Stn. Room facilities were excellent, comfy bed and the wired free internet in the rooms fast and excellent. Would recommend if the price is right!
the room was very nice and spacious. Location is great. Room cleaning service could have been more efficient.
The bed was great The reception staff never took the phone when you called them...late at night....but when you finally got a hold of them, they were polite though
Fast effective check in, decent rooms, good beds Nothing special, therefor maybe overpriced. Parking definitely overpriced/
charming staff Airco not sufficient and too noisy (room 701)
Good location. Nice rooms. Street parking possible. Very close to the city center. Everything's perfect...
The staff very helpful and lovely. Design of rooms. Location opposite the park and city center. Internet connection/Wi-Fi problems. Housekeeping (after the first night was not very good).
Free Internet access in the room; The breakfast with the croissants; The decoration of the room, really modern and confortable; The big park nearby; no restaurant
Good price-value ratio, good location, nice staff, breakfast really tasty and more than enough...
Location to the centre During my stay, the internet was not working in the room. Just a temporary glitch, but the main issue is the centralised air conditioning... the hotel will either be too hot or too cold for some people, and it cannot be set to give individual temperature zones
Excellent location--8 minute walk to Central Station; Clean, modern room with excellent internet access in the room; friendly, helpful front desk staff.
quite place, but close to the center, clean and renovated, discreet.
Great locaion, Comfortable Room and Good quality breakfast. Great value for money
central location for sight-seeing and station small lounge area with no bar
Excellent location. Just round the corner from Diamond Center, and only 5min walk from the central station.
value for money
proximity to centre of city rooms looking a bit tired
nice large rooms, kosher breakfast available! street not too nice
clean, nice breakfast, in the city center wifi too expensive
This hotel is in a good location with compact, but nicely renovated rooms. Underground parking is directly across the street for about €15 per 24hours. Walk to Grote Market is about 15mins with lots to see on the way. Restaurants and pubs near by. Cot was provided for infant. Would stay again.
Its a nice new rebuilt hotel
The Hotel was freindly, clean and situated nicly in Antwerp. The location is one of the stronger points of the hotel. Only one disapointment was the 14 euros per breakfast which is expensive if you only have a cup of coffie and bread.
Central location. Clean and modern. Bit difficult to find.
Nice room, nice lobby personnel. Noisy room at times (bad insulation). Not during night hours though.
room to small
Location and price Noise as the hotel room walls are very thin
Value of price of room comparted to other hotels in the area Location away from main Meir district and train station and smallness of the rooms
friendly and helpful staff breakfast was too expensive
The personel of the hotel was polite and the decoration of the room was nice. At midnight reception/restaurant are closed. In fact at that time you enter in the hotel with the room's key which is unsafe. No mini bar at the room,if thirsty there is one small bottle in the room otherwise you have to use tap water. There was no heating and despite my complains same was not repaired.
What a fantastic Hotel, great room quite large and a very cool decor. The best I have been in for a while, very well styled and a good restaurant with a nice terrace, the breakfast was also very good. I loved this hotel and will stay there again
The kindness of the staff and the quality of the service were really awesome. The quality of the hotel is very good. The restaurant is excellent.
This is what we expect from a hotel: Clean, beautiful design, friendly staff, good location and good food. Hotel Les Nuits has it all: the hotel-restaurant was full on friday and saturday (!!), we had a delicious dinner, shopping was right across the street, room was perfect, not to big but with everything we needed. The restaurant & hotel staff working with a smile. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. They understand what service is all about. With 20 rooms, you never get the "chain-hotel with 325 rooms"- feeling!
Cool restaurant with patio. Good location. Nice rooms. Nice staff. AC. Strange design. Dark lighting in hallways. I think could be slightly cheaper, but still decent value.
Good design and space of rooms, though some poorly executed details ( i'm an architect). Good breakfast (though a touch expensive). Very good location for centre of town. It's a new hotel so there were bound to be teething problems; we had to wait 30mins for our room to be prepared when we arrived mid afternoon. They said they were closed on sundays (after 12). very often there was no one at reception. The security was questionable with the front door open through the night and no staff so easy access to floors.
It was very intimate and the hotel took the time to make sure our experience was good. .
late check in
the room is really spaciouse and it can easily fit two people the toilet has no privacy and i would prefer if this could be closed or behind a door
