A very plesant atmosfhere, a true summer holiday....many oportunities to have fun but also to relax after....an exceptional enterteiment teem, friendly personal and good food...looking forward for another holiday
Nice locations, 50m from beach, but small bathroom. Generally, quite good for couples.
Very nice staff to deal with, specially Ofuk and Moustafa at reception, also very nice animation team Poor A/C system !!
Food was decent and of good quality, rooms clean and pretty. Very kind staff :) (big plus) good location. Pluses did outweigh minuses Drinks were to be honest terrible. I thought it was an exaggeration but no. We even paid 10 euros a drink to get premium thinking if would help ....it didn't but we got some fancy straws. Also because we only stayed one night we found out after checking in we could not go to a la carte restaurants which we had looked forward to because you need to reserve 24hours in advance. Very disappointing.
I stayed with my friend and the value for the money was good. Pool and beach and spa were excellent. Obviously the location is far from the city (we had a rented car which fixed that problem). The balcony was not really to the sea and there were no chairs there. We stayed in a family room, and website showed a large room with two single beds. However, we had two separate rooms with queen size bed and an additional single bed. Not what we thought.
I really enjoyed my stay in Sealife Sotel, with excellent staff, comfort and food. Location of hotel is properly chosen, with amazing views of sea and mountains. This was the best holiday in my life......
Cleanless, very good food, helpful staff, fantastic swimming pools, Mediterranean sea very close to the hotel. Comfortable room for two adults and two kids. When had something to complain, the staff reacted quickly and put the things all right. Taxi service was on line front of the hotel and security guards made our feel relaxed. Actually small details: we didn`t get any kind of hotel manual, which would have been a great help. Usually hotels have hanbooks in their hotel rooms, but not this time. Some Russian tourists were noisy but when we complained their noisy behaviour to the hotel managment, it stopped.
Everything, This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and super clean. The All Inclusive service is very good. Entertainment team is nice, not too pushy, and creative. I recommend this hotel for its price The staff is very young and inexperienced.
The cuisine was wondeful, especially desserts. The personnel was always helpful and friendly, they even allowed us to use UAI plan before we checked-in and after we checked-out. We would reccomend this hotel for those who prefers to eat, but not for those seeking something more than that. The territory is rather small, smaller than we understood from the comments. The rooms cannot be rated for more than 3 star hotel, and the housekeeping service was the worst we'd ever experienced. It seemed that the maids took only tips and did nothing else. If we'd known before, we wouldn't have stayed at this hotel; there are much better places for almost the same money. The sea was clear and wondeful, but the stones on the surf made going into and coming out of the sea a torture. Think twice before coming here!
frendly staff and u can make relationship with other persons food good animation team must be fair with arab
We liked the quiet location by the beach but still very easy reach of the city. The cafeteria-like restaurant and the crowded and chaotic Kurban Bayram dinner
Location is near beach but away from any near restaurants or activities nearby where you need to take a taxi which is costly in Turkey. The lobby is beautiful, large and nice. Rooms were adequate but not large enough. Aircondition in rooms was not working adequately. Breakfast was served up to 10 AM onlly and exactly removed without caring for holiday makers who like to take late breakfast. being a 5* hotel, the breakfast juice is rather drink but not fresh juices, fresh juice is sold during the breakfasyt at cost of 8 TL. Receptions staff are few and there are always queuing of passengers. Expensive
nothing I did not like the construction of the hotel it was a concrete tower, which was cold and bleak.
Rooms are nice and well maintained. The swimming pool is spacious. The hotel is especially suitable for business travel Prices of food and drinks are very high. The music on the terras and the outdoor restaurant was too loud.
Good location right on the sea... good price to quality when you take it on a special offer Internet very slow... no animation entrateinement.... i had to wait 1 hour to check in ... at 12.30 !!
The location is on the beach but not direct on it. Luxurious, and clean The staff are not speaking different languages (English is a global language). Staff at check in are lazy and consume a lot of time to do that.
the night activities held by the pool and beach the airconditioning system was very poor
Hotel is located right next to the beach, it's private beach was not crowded. Massage service, and turkish bath was very good at a correct price. Between the hotel and beach there is a main auto road, which can be loud for some rooms at lower levels close to the road. That can disturb the perfect view of the sea a little bit.
Excellent food, good pool and other spa and relaxation facilities, helpful staff. A long way from anywhere - a good taxi ride into Antalya itself, with nothing to do around the hotel apart from the beach.
The wifi internet was functioning very poor. Food & beverages were too much poor for a 5 stars hotel , and the smells in the restaurants , bars & restrooms were not good .
spa facilities. Poor pebbly beach, very busy and noisy road, poor choice of kids facilities, smokey lounge, average choice of food and snack menu was basically a limited choice of what was already on offer either at lunch or dinner - no imagination. No ala carte option or shuttle even though advertised on website. I don't believe this hotel is ideal for the tourist seems far better equipped for businessman.
Always try to pass the buck when problems arrise! Did not appreciate being asked for more money on checkout with no proper explanation (English very poor)
Food variety was very good also delicious. Hotel is not far Antalya, if you rent a car it would be more easy. Very clean and hotel staffs were very friendly. We have 6 months old baby and we did not face with any problem. We do not have any complaints, it was such a nice holiday.
Good hotel and good facilities. Excellent food. Location is little to far from center
excellent location little difficulty speaking english
The service which was given to us was excellent. The staff behaviour was perfect. But I specially liked the Activiteis Group who made peace and eciting times over there for the passengers. The games and the dancings was nice. Just the rates for currency changing was not real. It means that it has some difference from the original rates.
Very nice place, very clean and excellent staff
nice design, private beach, swimming pools the stuff is terribly unqalified. They even used to be rude. One we were asked to show what we have in our bags "to prevent carrying food into the hotel". The payment for the whole period is required in advance while check-in. No internet in rooms and poor connection in lobby.
Wifi connection is very bad. Inapropiate for a modest hotel, but unacceptable for luxury hotel
rooms The staff were terrible.Espically reception staff was very rude.
the hotel located near the sea staff mostly don't know English well. I booked room with sea view in this site, but we in the hotel administrator said that all rooms with sea view are booked by other guests (it wasn't true, hotel was empty)
Literally nothing! everything was very bad We booked sea view room, and once we arrived they refused to give us a sea view room, they said that we should pay extra 30 EUR per night! So we refused to pay and went to a normal room, the room was smelly, and we found a spider walking in the room and it was dusty, the minibar was empty and nothing complementary, we were the only people in the hotel, EMPTY HOTEL! There is no lights, they don't turn on any light! the location was bad, far from everything alive, so at night you cannot do anything unless you take a taxi for 30TL to go to the city. Next day there was nobody at the pool to give us towels so we opened their cabinet and took it ourselves. We couldn't stay longer at that hotel so moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay
Very friendly staff. Close to Konyaalti Beach.
breakfast wasnt good
Hotel staff was friendly, open to all our queries.Great location for a weekend a little bit noisy due to traffic on the street
The hotel was fairly easy to find and only a 2 minute walk fro the beach. The Staff in the hotel were friendly and very helpful, Continental type breakfast was given and there was plenty of choice. The only downside was the room walls were thin and you could hear many irritating things to disturb your sleep, but overall everything ok.
Price was OK, and facilities mostly did the job. Thermal insulation - place was really hot in summer. They have AC but then it's a split system which makes usual sound/noise (not silent as central AC) plus for a small room is always blowing in your head.
Very affable personnel, excellent service and a feed.
Despite the low price and economy ststus the hotel is very comfortable, rooms are clean and big enough. Hotel personnel was helpfull and nice. I consider this variant is excellent for those who plan to go to Antalya by themselves. Personnel is russian-speaking - usefull for russians. Bare in mind that you will have to pay in turkish liras, hotel will use their own fx rate to convert euros in liras (can be little bit different from expected)
Very clean, air conditioned, close to the beach (100 meters), large enough pool for some 20 people to relax at one. VERY helping staff. They helped to find locations, advised transportation routes, etc. They don't have their own beach = we had to pay for beach entrance. Drinks are extremely expensive. Food is tasty, yet variety could be improved. In General one of the best hotels in the area for the money. Plan to return myself and recommend others!
Superb in every way! Great location (a block from the beach), beautiful scenery, helpful staff, nice room, good lap pool, excellent food, and outstanding price through Booking.com!
The staff f were also polite and nice - I would stay there again - I was looking for a hotel centrally located to the city for a reasonable price and The hotel was located close to the beach with easy access by bus into town to see port - museum- shopping etc.... Would have been great to have toast! Instead of just bread- and honey at other hotels antalya I've stayed there was honey all hotels!
I liked that it was close to the beach, that we got bath towels from the hotel. Beds sleep well. And not so far from Antalya city.. The management of the hotel didn't really know how to manage a hotel, everything was just not well done. For example reception, bar area the aircondition switched off, it was like a sauna.
the hotel is in an exellent location and is very clean staff did not speak english
a lot of bedding in the rooms, - much more then was promised very cold at night in the rooms and air conditioning didn't help much. Half board doesn't include drinks :(
it was the most unpleasant stay we ever had! hotel, room, restaurant all dirty bad smell coming from the pool! staff were on holiday themselves! breakfast we couldnt eat everyting very poor quality...there is more to say but this will give you the picture..
very nice personal and location maybe they have to make and organize some activities for the guests.
Hotel is quite ok, not big budget-hotel with swimming pool, located close to the sea, but far from the center. Althought it is possible to get on the bus and arrive to the center in 20 minutes. Service in hotel is ok, on reception they speak English. Food was ok too. Room facilities correspond to normal 3 star hotel. Door lock in my bathroom was broken. For breakfast only eggs with sausage and cheese and some vegetables and bread were served. Walls are not sounds proof, and when somebody watched TV in the next room, it was heard.
