The sports facilities were very good and the resort had a nice open feel with lots of greenery. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. Food was consistently of a good quality.
Shame that the hotel fronts a busy road which spoils the otherwise stunning views and setting. Food could have been a bit more varied. Charging for hire of tennis rackets was a bit petty.

The hotel was in an amazing setting, beautiful clean pools outdoor, heated pool indoor, tennis, squash, archery , surfing and sailing school, trial dives, excellent buffet food - something that we looked forward to morning and eve, and you would never guess that it catered for many guests - it was very well organised. After dinner you could mingle in the various corners with cosy sofas, meet other guests, play games chat - very welcoming - I would highly recommend it! (stayed with an 8 and 12 year old)
the front rooms might be noisy as close to the street, which runs infront of the hotel, but this was not noticeable at the sides d back, which overlooked a nature reserve

I liked the location as it was very relaxing.
I think there should be more evening entertainment, the group who did it were a mime act and it was a bit boring. It would have been nice to have had a variety of entertainers instead of the same faces each night. The other thing I think would improve the hotel is the non-smoking facilities, the best room with the piano was set aside for smokers, this was a bit disappointing for the majority of us who do not smoke and most of the time the room was empty. This hotel is supposed to be a sporty hotel after all!. I think if the room was reserved for non-smoking adults who would have also liked to have had the opportunity to have a drink with a nice piano player,this would have improved my holiday SMokers area could be outside next to pool table
