My car didn't get broken into in the night , so that's good. The morning staff was friendly. Stepped in to the room to kill a spider right off the bat. Filthy walls. There was an old washcloth from whomever used the bath last draped over the shower curtain. Toilet had nasty ring like it hasn't been scrubbed in a while. Only one body towel for two people. Truly surprised the good ratings this place has gotten.
Very nice staff. Not clean at all. Very dirty floors, it appeared to never have been vacuumed. We found several hairs in the beds and in the shower, and there were a lot of stains on the sheets.
My husband and I stayed here for one night, and booked our hotel room for cheap online. We were surprised by the cleanliness of the room, and were overall satisfied with our stay. It is certainly not luxurious, but a great deal for a low price. We would stay here again if we ever return to the area.
THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS STAY AT SUPER 8. The one person who was curious was the night shift desk clerk, but little did we see of him. The woman manager was rude. She entered our room several times while we were out, and openly admitted it. Instead having house keeping clean our room she made several rude comments about how dirty it was when she went in (without our permission) . Forty seven dollars were missing from my belongings and an expensive bottle of liquor. The first 24 hrs of our stay, the entire hotel had no water. They made no efforts to compensate for our conditions. Instead they warned us not to use the restroom or try to take a shower. My wife asked for towels to take a shower once the water was returned on and she asked for three , the night watchman stated that he could only give her two.Every time we returned from being out, our room key did not work.To add insult to injury 15 minutes before check k out time on our 3rd day, the very unpleasant lady manager banged on our door and told us it was time to leave.I will never stay again and I am sticking with hotels.com for my booking needs.
Got a great price for my weekday using Kayak! Location is right off the I-40 interstate and next to a roller skate rink. Good breakfast in the morning too:) Staff was terrible! One in particular, the supervisor Salazar! She was very rude and always seemed another every time I approached the front desk. My tv remote ni batteries, then had to go back because the cable box was expired n did not work. I elected to stay for exercise too but all but one peace worked! She literally yelled at me and told me to stop complaining! Unacceptable!!!
The manager came out and fixed the problem. My husband went to pay for the room and they wouldn't let him pay for it because the room was under my name even though he had my credit card and ID. My husband was upset so I went in and the lady at the desk told me she would not rent me a room and I had to cancel my reservation because my husband had attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me no. I remained calm and finally spoke with the property manager. She apologized for the mix up and checked us in. I was a little shocked. We have stayed there before but will not be staying there again.
It's a cheap place to lay your head for the night. The room was clean but sparse. The only plus was even though it is close to the highway, the road noise wasn't a problem. The continental breakfast is basic, but worth it if you have to head out early on the road.
There was never anyone at the desk. 4 times in three days I needed someone at the desk and had to go looking for someone. Then when I found her she was incredibly rude.
Location was ok, but confusing to get to. Cheap for the price... but there was nothing else that we liked. Both of the queen beds were infested with BedBugs... Shampoo bottle was half used already... there was MOLD in the cramped tiny bathroom and smelled moldy also. The TV also was broke and not working when we got there. The curtains were also ripped and not attached to cover the window. We came down for breakfast at 8am and there was nothing left. It's a cheap motel... you get what you pay for. Note to families... bring your own sheets and insect spray.
Friendly staff Carpets needed a cleaning, some doors weren't accessable from the outside. You get what you pay for.
Quiet, attractive, comfortable. Delicious hot breakfast choices. No
check in was quick and staff seemed organized cant think of anything. my husband loved the breakfast. i didn't get a chance to eat.

It was very scary when we got there an obvious drug addict came in sniffing with a wad of money and wanted to pay cash for his room to add a day and was on the phone with someone talking about the girls he had. He left when they told him no cash and told Can't finish the story not enough characters...yikes. Nice try guys!!!!
It was easy to find This was an OLD HI that was converted to an express. The rooms were old and dark.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, handy location. Overall condition of the motel was not as nice as most HI Express locations. Looks like a motel that was rebranded. Outdoor entrances not as nice in colder weather.
Location Some construction and layout of parking.

It was near the interstate They advertise 'Pet Friendly' but no mention that you must pay $25 per pet in addition to the advertised rate. As opposed to the HIE we spent 4 days in at Henderson NV which welcomed pets at no charge AND loved seeing them around. Also old and not modern
S Staff and quietness.
Great staff Old and outdated. Not what I expected from a holiday inn.
The room was spacious, with a single king size bed. What I would have pleasantly accepted as a window at the back of the room, turned out to be a balcony to view the pool. Staff was friendly, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Good price for a busy weekend, early continental breakfast for people going to the Balloon Fiesta, friendly staff Stained blanket, sheets and mattress pad, selection at continental breakfast was pretty slim
Although the place has clearly been remodeled, it still had a stale, bad odor.
I didn't like the fact that it is located right behind a crematory building.
The indoor pool was filthy, water cloudy scum build up on tiles. When a white towel touched the floor near the pool it instantly turned black. No to wells in pool area 4 of us had to share 2 towels. The rooms were in disrepair, lighting fixtures lose from the wall. There was only 1 wash cloth in each of our 2 rooms. I had to use my coat as a pillow because the bedding triggered my allergies ended up only staying 1 night of the 3 we booked.
Large room, nice bed, customer service was good. Hair all over the place, especially in the bed. Also found what looked like nail polish as well as little black specs on one side of the bed. It felt like the sheets weren't washed. I hate complaining so I threw the pillows off the bed and slept on the edge of the bed. Woke up took a shower, I finished dressing and found dried blood on the sheets that I apparently overlooked. DISGUSTING. I couldn't even think about eating any food that came out of this place if the rooms were that bad. There were also a few other things wrong but I don't want to continue complaining. Ugh, it's just so bad...
Close to the freeway. Everything was fine.
None This place is run down, broken furniture, broken smoke alarm, dirty walls, had blood stains on walls, tv was very old it only showed half screen, cable was not clear & wifi reception was poor.
Fit my needs perfectly, friendly staff, clean, great location!
courteous, polite and helpful staffgood and cold A/Cclean sheets and towelsnice fridge and tv couple of bugs made their way in
The service and the place were is located No comment
Was just a place to sleep. Breakfast want much to choose from every thing was gone.
Room was very plain Only one wastebasket, there was no basic toiletries such as shampoos and lotion, there is a pool but does not work and I don't think they will ever fix it
I liked the decor. It was fresh and the floors were nice compared to carpeting. The air unit was broken and we couldnt turn it of. Since no thick extra blankets we were cold all night. The walls were thin and people were outside til 4AM. We got very little sleep
Meh 90s zenith box TV. Ancient heating/Ac system that has 2 settings, off and burning furnace. Guy in front of me in the office was requesting a room change because appearantly someone was murdered in that room
Location to Fairgrounds Staff response times were not the greatest from Saturday - Monday. We had to make repeated requests for towels & toiletries. Did not begin cleaning room until Tuesday. After that all was good.
LOCATION, PRICE Problem with mattress: very firm around outside edge but softer in middle; makes hammock effect. Okay for single sleeper, but two sleepers tend to gravitate into middle. I complained and mattress was promptly replaced with another just the same.
I appreciated the homeless people camped on my room's front door. I appreciated that most of the hotel's "guests" did not drive - It made for lots of parking spaces and I applaud the "inn" for not having a sign. They are helping the environment. Everything. Easily the most frightening place I have ever stayed. If it hadn't been prepaid, I would have left. Sleeping in my car would have been safer and more hygienic.
Price was okay Breakfast was two dishes of cereal that looked like they probably sat out 24/7 Location felt a little sketchy - hotel personnel check you in from behind glass cage No one available to check us out in AM - just dropped our keys Poorly lit lot No information shared on breakfast, etc during check in
There was nothing there for me to like! First of all when we arrived, one person came to my cousin and offered him drugs. This is more of a home for drug dealers and prostitutes. Saying that, I was shocked coming here with my children. Not only that but people that were already staying there came out to see what we were driving and seeing what we have inside our vehicle, saying that, I did not feel safe for me and my children. When the receptionist gave us our rooms, one of the door locks seemed to be broken in to. To quite honest, that was the last straw. I am from Los Angeles, California, and I know what a bad neighborhood is, so when people book online the first thing you do is read the reviews because you never know where you're bringing your family. I went to the hotel's receptionist and explained what just happened and demanded my money back for false reviews (I felt deceived) to my luck, she hardly spoke any English so she had to call security (they do have an armed security, his gun was already cocked back and ready to fire if he needed to). Even still I didn't feel safe after I saw him because I don't know if he's in it with the rest of the people that's staying here. Saying that, I was asking for the manager's name and number and they refused so I was asking for their names and refused again. By this time my husband and I were very upset and the security guard told my husband that the owner speaks very little English. We told the security guard that's not the problem, the problem is that I booked this hotel based on the reviews and we want our money back, they refused, we explained that one of the locks is broken because it has been broken in to. Because of that, they did refund only one room. By this time we were upset and tired so we took it and we left but to be quite honest I don't think that they were professional in handling business, very unprofessional, not friendly, here is about your money not customer service or your safety. I think we deserved all our money back, oh and the total time we were here was approx. 30 minutes and most of that time was speaking with the security guard. I told them that I was going to give them my review of what just happened and they said they didn't care and to me that says a lot of this place!
The cleaning lady did not touch our belongings. She put out more fresh towels than when we got there. The breakfast was really limited. There was cereal, and I think that they put out literally five honey buns everyday. The coffee was very bad. The pool was closed in the SUMMER due to remodeling. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. There was tally marks on the wall. I have no idea from what. Murder, rape, a couples' romps in the bed? Never again
Clean, no bedbugs, everything worked Internet was weak and slow. Pool and spa were closed. Extra parts should be on hand to minimize down time
