I had a Tel. # for office in BKK, used in the past , they changed the # without even leaving a message or new #. I needed to change my departure date & because I could not contact them thru web sdite or Tel. this was not possible & missed a very important meeting in N.Y."

Using a corporate credit card I have used for several years. I didn't get confirmation before I went to bed. Only next morning, when I woke up 5 am for getting my flight, I finally had the confirmation. Could never get it before I went to bed 1.30 but - but they could confirm the payment was done alright! Hurray! Never booking with Momondo/Kiwi again."

Then wait for the previous minibus's crowd to clear then walk another flight of stairs up the plane :( I can accept this from a budget airline but not a commercial airline at a usual well-equipped airport especially when it's at its own home country."

ข้อเสีย: "The boarding was ridiculous. We had to get off the previous flight so far away from the main terminal, and wait on the tarmac for the driver of the van to come. He was late. Luckily, the Passenger Services Agent was reactive enough to check our boarding gate with her handphone and wrote the gate number on our boarding pass. It was a mad rush from where we alighted from the van to the gate which was at the extreme end of the terminal, coupled with stairs up and down, and carrying our hand luggage. Anybody with a weak heart would have collapsed. What more when we are both senior citizens! The time to change plane was incredibly short. That was a torture. One more hour would have been just right."

We were taken at pace by an airport staff member who kept telling us that they were closing the gate so we had to hurry. Fair enough but having raced for a very long distance, minus shoes after the security check, we arrived at the gate to find that boarding had not even begun and did not for at least 10 minutes after we arrived at the gate."

ข้อเสีย: "Food was not good, also they served dinner at 5 pm which was very early for me. I had late lunch at 1:30 and was not expecting dinner at 5 pm. I did not feel hungry and so refused the meal. Unfortunately they served only a cup cake later in the evening. It was a 6 hour flight, thus a small cup cake late in the evening did not suffice."

Boarded plane to find later on business class was only half occupied. Safety on plane was minimal to non existant. 2 year old girl freely running around and over seats, mum laid her on floor ALL while on run way taking off and on steep incline in air. Staff saw earlier on and did nothing, even stood there and spoke about it for a bit but left it."

ข้อเสีย: "I have been a gluten-sensitive foodie for 7 years. I am not vegetarian. I still eat sugar, salt, spices, dairy, and fat. I have order a GF special meal for the past 3 or 4 trips I’ve flown but I always end up asking for one of the regular meals instead because the GF meals are SO awful. They are completely devoid of all salt, sauces, spices or any flavor, and are so bland that it’s like eating astronaut cardboard food. For example...the last flight I took (Manila-San Francisco), the regular meal options were a chicken sausage dish with some mashed potatoes and veggies, a wonderful colorful julienne vegetable salad, a flan pudding (GF by nature) and some bread with butter. The other option was a delicious smelling pork belly over rice (seriously some of the best pork belly I’ve ever had) and some veggies with the same sides. Everything was gluten-free except for the bread roll and looked much more colorful and fresher overall. By contrast, the GF “special” meal that I received was a plain chicken breast with no salt, steamed veggies that were overcooked and mushy to the point of colorless baby food, with no spices or sauces, a watered-down fruit salad, a rice cake with no butter and a banana instead of dessert. I was amazed at how bland and flavorless it was. Gluten-free does not mean sugar-free, low-fat, or dairy free. It simply means the absence of wheat flour. I still like sauces and spices. And I still like butter. A non-fruit dessert would have been nice. And since when does gluten-free mean flavor-free? I would have MUCH rather preferred the regular meal option with just a gluten-free rice cake substitute. Thank god they had extra regular meals for me to eat instead. Point being…if you’re not extreme celiac and just gluten-sensitive, I recommend ordering off the regular menu and just omitting the bread roll. The flavorless meal isn’t worth it!"

One of the taxi drivers wanted to take me for 800 pesos. But not only did I not have to deal with traffic on the street but be cause we were riding on the tarmac we saved a lot of time. Thanks to the helpful flight attendant."

Delays ranged from 30 minutes to 75 minutes and all four flight delays were reported to be due to delays in getting baggage on the planes or getting the meals loaded on the planes according to the pilot's reports. Of note, on all four flights, the crew ran out of food before getting to our isle and had only one option remaining with no alternatives for those allergic to any portion of the meal. I would absolutely never recommend Philippine Airlines to anyone. The reduced cost of tickets was absolutely not worth the experience."

I got a cheap fare of $600 roundtrip and now I know why it was so cheap. The airport in Manila is so shitty limited seating and limited choices of food."

Not really good enough given we paid extra in order to be able to travel together. Pick up your game MAS - 2 planes out of the sky and you won't regain customers like this!"

They were not clear, hesitate, call around. By the time they found out what is required, we already spent close to 90 minutes. If it is not due to flight delay, we left with very little time to clear the immigration, security screening and locate where the gate is."

ข้อดี: "We missed our flight connection in KL due entirely to our fault. M-Air staff helped us get onto the next flight. Economy was full so we paid for an upgrade to business class but we were seated in first class. Wonderful crew, service, cabin and flight."

ข้อเสีย: "Cue to check-in was ridiculous! Employ more staff so that the wait time is comparable to other airlines. Alcohol - why is there no alcohol on the KUL/BKK leg? I thought that this was an international flight."

ข้อดี: "I like the interior of the plane and the comfortable seats. I also appreciate the crew's warmth and efficiency. It was a very short flight hence I truly appreciate the snack and drinks provided and especially the fabulous ice cream treat on the return flight. I would certainly consider taking MAS again in future (this was my first MAS flight), despite the one glitch (please see what I didnt like) if the price is right."
ข้อเสีย: "I had only one large backpack to be checked in (due to the minimum liquid that can be brought) and it was left at the airport somehow by whoever who was handling it. Waited for more than an hour at KLIA for it and finally made a loss baggage report. The staff at the loss baggage counter was only helpful after finding out that I am not a Malaysian. Needless to say, my bag flew on SQ and was rushed to my hotel 5 and half hours after landing. I also did not receive a copy of the baggage delivery report."
