ข้อดี: New Boeing Dreamliner plane was very comfortable. We successfully bid for an upgrade which was of course spacious. Most food and drink was complimentary.

ข้อเสีย: The movie selection was limited. If there was on board music I couldn’t find it. There are usb and power points so you can bring your own though. It was awkward to eat out of the meal boxes with little plastic cutlery.

ข้อเสีย: Delays with very little information. Cramped plane. Unprofessional staff. No free refreshments. Bad website and faulty app. A budget airline to be avoided.

ข้อเสีย: Our flight was severely delayed 6 hours from Heathrow, and that is where this horror story began. No one bothered to tell us anything. When we arrived in Beijing for our connection to Bangkok, we had to search out people for help, there was absolutely no one forthcoming with explanations. We were travelling as 2 friends, I was booked on one flight and my travelling companion on another 15 hours later! This only got changed when we explained that we both only had hand luggage! To then board the flight and sit on the tarmac, engines running, simply waiting, no explanations again!! Will we ever fly China Airways again?? If we could exchange our return flight tickets to that of another Star Alliance member we would.

ข้อดี: Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly.

ข้อเสีย: Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was delayed too much for the connecting flight to Leeds. Detour to Vienna - Amsterdam - Leeds. I had to run to catch the Amsterdam flight - not easy for 72 yrs old with newish hip! Now 2hrs at Schippol and may get home by midnight.

ข้อดี: Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.

ข้อเสีย: YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH.

ข้อเสีย: The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.

ข้อดี: Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.

ข้อเสีย: Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

ข้อดี: The food was amazing with good And comfortable air conditioning. Cleanliness was maintained as well.

ข้อเสีย: The food serving was late it could be more manageable. The leg space is also not comfortable. Also the some seat needs to be repaired as the recliners not working.

ข้อเสีย: The seats barely recline backward which really meant I was basically upright trying to sleep for 14 hours on one leg and 6 hours on the next. My luggage was lost, despite being promised it would be delivered that day I had to wait 24 hours.

ข้อเสีย: Screaming babies, obese people sat next to me, water rationing, not a pleasant experience. Arrived sleep deprived and dehydrated. I have much better experiencs on a visit to Australia - this was my third time this year!

ข้อเสีย: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.

ข้อเสีย: The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically.

ข้อเสีย: One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight.

ข้อดี: Boarding was no frills and quick, service onboard the plane was an orange juice, however, it’s a 45 min flight and didn’t expect much else. No entertainment onboard.

ข้อเสีย: This grievance has to do with AMM airport. If you have a connecting flight, you will have to clear customs with your hand luggage and go to departures, you will have to go through security checks again and passport control, our connecting flight was 35 mins from arrival and we had to run to make it.

ข้อเสีย: Not knowing about no food provided but had to buy and book meals 72 hours in advance, which I couldn't do, as it was last minute. No blankets or pillows were provided - had to buy a blanket. No headsets were available, which also had to be purchased, but received text notification to bring my own.

ข้อเสีย: If you don't order food in advance, there's only the snack menu available, which is very limited and poor quality. Also, the cabin staff basically ignore you, while offering a range of goodies, at different times, to those who did order in advance.

ข้อดี: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

ข้อดี: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

ข้อเสีย: While Purchasing our tickets, it was not made clear that our bags and meals need to be paid for separately. Once we got on the plane, there was an option to bye food however most of the food was unavailable on our flight. The only thing we could purchase on a 7 hr flight was chips and corn nuts.

ข้อเสีย: Arrived 4 hours delayed, and they always say due to weather to rid of any responsibilities. Flight had no food and had some insane safety warnings saying gathering in groups was not allowed. That's the most big brother thing I've heard in an airplane.

ข้อดี: Just all in all, a really decent flight. The airplane was clean and tidy, staff were polite and I was really impressed with the free wifi. The flight was comfortable and I was able to get a little power nap in before we landed!
