ข้อเสีย: Our flight from VCE to CDG was delayed 30 minutes and the flight from CDG to FLL was early. We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience.

ข้อเสีย: Plane was. Hanged. I had booked a business class seat and plane had NO PREMIUM / BUSINESS CABIN. I got an economy seat AT 70-80% if business seat cost and also was forced to pay for my bag to be checked at checkin - even tho the ticket I booked had 2 BAGS INCLUDED IN FARE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

ข้อดี: Dreamliner was a very good place to be for seven hours. As budget airlines go Norwegian are the best we've used, amazing value to cross the atlantic.

ข้อดี: Very good service on board, crew very attentive and polite.

ข้อเสีย: Lack of communication with customers in change of situation. Airline had to change the aircraft and as a result all passengers had to be transported to the new aircraft by buses rather than via boarding bridges. It was the longest airport shuttle ride ever because no one told us what to expect. People complained. But airline could have managed expectations better by giving notice to customers what will happen next, customers will be more forgiving that way.

ข้อเสีย: No hotel provided for 24 hour stop over. Also the bags were not checked in for the whole travel so we had to collect the bags and carry them for whole time. It was really pathetic experience. The officers at the Beijing Air China counter don't understand English which made the simple conversation more difficult. We had to pay for the hotel, taxi and food.

ข้อดี: Almost 2 hours delay, crew couldn't confirm if our connection flight in Cologne will wait for us. It was very stressful.

ข้อดี: Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly.

ข้อเสีย: Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks.

ข้อเสีย: We had 4 hour delay causing a stop over at 3am. So yeah

ข้อดี: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

ข้อเสีย: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port

ข้อดี: Helpful and Friendly Crew. Did their best to help during the delay. Able to take hand baggage on board (unlike our kid journey when forced to check it in at the gate)

ข้อเสีย: Staff were reluctant to serve us extra drinks. Asked for 2 miniature bottles of wine as they are so small. Told that customers were only allowed one. Bought some later though although the staff weren’t keen

ข้อดี: Despite being a very late flight at 11 pm, the crew was courteous but not over the top, when all the passengers wanted to catch some sleep

ข้อดี: When the seat folded down (business class) into a bed, it gave almost a twin size bed that was flat.

ข้อเสีย: Being in business class, I had expected the food to be better. Also, the red wines offered were only a sub selection of the ones in the menu.

ข้อเสีย: - Food is mediocre at best. - Slow boarding at Moscow, due to tiny waiting area. People had to queue long through small corridor and stairs, and then stand some more in the bus to the airplane.

ข้อเสีย: The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out

ข้อเสีย: A bit more leg-room and there is some scope for improvement in the food. Also, the entertainement could have more south Indian content and also allow to access entertainement for more time.

ข้อเสีย: Food quality was pretty poor. It used to be so good. I had sea bass which was so dry. There were a group of 30 people travelling together. They monopolised the lobby bar and were rowdy and noisy despite requests from the crew. The flat bed is so hard, it needs a mattress.

ข้อเสีย: Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again.

ข้อดี: Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates.

ข้อเสีย: I went from beyrouth to Amman and then to istanbul it was just a transit in Amman when I came back I saw all the passengers went to the plain except me I asked the manager of the royal Jordanian about what is happening so he told me : yes you missed ur flight u should pay another ticket we didn't made a boarding pass for your luggage so I told them that it was your fault I didn't get any help I paid 80$ just to get back home I will never use it again !!!! the flight was in the name of : Georges Zakhour.

ข้อดี: I travelled by my myself from Heathrow to Amman on a direct flight. The staff at every stage were polite and helpful, the food and in-flight entertainment were good especially for a 5 hour flight, the seats were comfortable and the toilets clean. Everything was on time and I had no problems with my luggage. I would happily fly with RJ again.

ข้อเสีย: The plane hadn't been cleaned properly, there was still food in the pocket in my seat from the flight before. And they didn't bring the trash through nearly often enough which resulted in passengers leaving wrappers and cups on the floor. We were 30 min delayed as well.

I specifically heard one attendant who had swapped out a meal for a passenger say out loud "she didn't like her vegan meal so she wanted another one" in front of the passenger. I found that rude and accusing. I know I did not pay for food and I expected that. However, I think that's a bit austere for a 10 hour flight. Not even water offered for non-paying passengers. I don't know how you expect people to be healthy and ok on such a long flight without water.. Will not be flying Norwegian again.

ข้อดี: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

ข้อดี: Modern newish plane & generally a good flight with minimal air disturbance

ข้อเสีย: Over an hour delay before taking off although we landed only 35 minutes late. Would have thought some free drinks might have been served given length of the flight even if it is a budget airline. Room between seats is a bit tight.
