ข้อเสีย: Pickup was not easy and hard to navigate through. Additionally, I brought back the car a full day early and was not issued a refund because I pre-paid. Terrible customer service and business model. They kept my money even though I brought it back a full day earlier? That’s awful. I will absolutely not ever use them again

ข้อดี: The Payless booth was closed in Houston, so I had to go to the Avis booth to pick up my car. Also, I flew into Bush Intercontinental airport and had scheduled my pick up at that airport; however, I was booked to fly into Hobby airport instead......of which I did not want to do. Why would I rent a car at Hobby when I was flying in to Intercontinenal????? I specifically put in Intercontinental airport in my "search" for a rental car. Avis charged me $171.77 for renting at their airport instead. Please try to help me get that refunded to me. I contacted Payless and have a case # 34321114 but have not heard from them. ข้อดี: I liked nothing. The worse company. Payless is a scam. I have been renting from other companies for years and this is the first time I used Payless. It was miserable experience.

ข้อดี: I had to call multiple times to call center who could not give me info as to where to find the shuttle. Turns out there was no shuttle it was a van and there was no signage I had to ask another company’s driver. The only nice thing was the kid at the counter who knew I was flustered getting there.

ข้อเสีย: I got my flight moved up and showed up at 9 am Sunday morning to find they didn’t open til 10. I called main line. Said nothing they could do has to wait til they opened but that was after my flight. In tears budget guy shows up at 9 am to tell me I could return at Avis. Why didnt Payless tell me???
