ข้อเสีย: Dropoff isn't as convenient as most airports. There was no one to meet you at dropoff, you had to record mileage and go to desk in terminal.

ข้อเสีย: My firm made arrangements to charge the car to firm card. This didn't happen. Grrr... insurance option way pricey.
