Scratched and poorly maintained cars
ข้อดี: Car was ready on time. Car was swapped out when we came back for a problem.
ข้อเสีย: Our first car had several scratches, to the point where I felt europcar doesn't maintain their cars and simply charges customers for scratches which they never repair. Secondly, our first car needed an oil change after we had only driven it 30km. The staff did provide us with a new car, but on this car the staff failed to put on a front license plate and didn't tell us this was a problem nor did they note this in the contract. Upon returning the car we were blamed for the missing front license plate until we produced photos showing it was gone already upon picking up the vehicle. Bad experience!!
