Good location and staff...
ข้อดี: Easy process, staff was very polite and helpful. I was also given a Camery when I reserved a compact car, so that was appreciated.
ข้อเสีย: The damage waiver I purchased was too expensive.

ข้อเสีย: The surprise in fees for such small car. The car had dents, seats were stained, and had a little smells to.

Clean car, friendly people
ข้อดี: The ladies who helped us out were very nice, and made sure that we were satisfied wth the rental.
ข้อเสีย: I didn't like that we got charged for a full tank of gas when we only used a quarter, but it was a cheap overall rental, so still not a huge deal.

Buena ubicación y personal...
ข้อดี: Fácil proceso, el personal era muy educado y servicial. También me dieron una Camery cuando reservé un coche compacto, así que fue apreciado.

Podemos hacerlo mejor

ข้อเสีย: La sorpresa en los honorarios por tan pequeño coche. El coche tenía abolladuras, los asientos estaban manchados y huele un poco.

Coche limpio, gente amable
ข้อดี: Las damas que nos ayudaron fueron muy agradables, y aseguramos de que estábamos satisfechos con el alquiler.
ข้อเสีย: No me gustó que nos cobraron por un tanque lleno de gas cuando sólo usamos un cuarto, pero era un alquiler total barato, por lo que todavía no un gran trato.
