Leaving early = terrible customer experience

ข้อดี: 15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!

ข้อเสีย: Customer service representative was too busy to give individual care. When she tried she gave policy information but not personalized care. Due to this I hesitate using or recommending Budget to my family or my company and friends.

ข้อดี: There was nothing to like because the location was closed when my flight arrived.

ข้อเสีย: Booked the car, flew in late, and closed leaving me stranded at the airport late at night. No where or no time was the hours of operation given when booking the car.

A reservation that was not a reservation

ข้อดี: Lockheed the vehicle.

ข้อเสีย: My reservation did not guarantee me a vehicle. Went to pick up location to find that no cars were available. Had to complete a second reservation and also call the location to confirm the availability of a car. Inconvenient and a waste of time and the loss of a day not having access to a vehicle. Very frustrating.

Bad customer service!

ข้อดี: Vehicle was nice and clean

ข้อเสีย: Sylvia the agent that helped us was extremely rude! She didn’t greet me when I walked up to the counter, and she kept working on her computer before helping me. Her overall demeanor was rude and unprofessional. Then she gave us a 5 seater car instead of 7. When I went back in to get the correct car she had said someone else gave her the keys. I would retrain or hire new employees that actually have customer service skills.

ข้อดี: We had missed a connection, so we came in on a later flight than planned. Realizing that the Killeen Texas airport may closing before we get there, I called the counter. They said, yes they may be closed by that time but assured me someone would be waiting. Sure enough they were, and he greeted me by name, since I was indeed their last customer. Great service!

Bad customer service!

ข้อดี: Vehicle was nice and clean
