ข้อดี: I was not able to use my debit card to rent the car. It was frustrating to not have been told upfront. We ended up canceling our reservation because I don't own a debit card.

ข้อเสีย: During the order process the pickup and drop off hours changed without my changing them or knowledge. Therefore there was no car available when I arrived and when they did have a car available the price increased.

ข้อเสีย: We came in in the evening, most of the lights in the parking lot were out from a safety standpoint I would say this needs a tremendous amount of work. But overall the process was excellent
